Testosterone Booster (Bloods)

I'm looking to run a testosterone booster for the next 8 weeks and want to know which one is best and that people are confident in reccommending.
I've just had some bloodwork done and will be having more bloodwork done in 10 weeks time. This should be the perfect opportunity to see if the testosterone booster actually increases testosterone levels (and have bloodwork to prove it), or if "they're all bunk" as people keep saying they are.

Throw me you reccommendations guys :)
 
For a natural testosterone boosting product, Alphamax XT would be a solid option. Very complete profile that includes high quality tested ingredients for helping to increase natural t levels and limit cortisol/estrogen. I would be interested to see how Alphamax XT would impact your bloodwork on an 8 week run too.
 
I would suggest M test! would be very interested to see your results. Cant go wrong with M test, Alphamax XT, or KingsBlood
 
Not tryin to 'hate' but there are some great threads on this exact topic within the last month!
 
I would recommend CEL M-Test. I enjoyed my 8 week run so much I am making it a part of my contest prep.

AlphaMax XT and K1ngs Blood are also solid options as well.

Unfortunately yes, hence why I have to have blood panels done every 11 weeks. My last reading came back at 6.9 (the normal range is between 8 and 27 here in the UK).

Well, I think it can help you get into normal range. Honestly, most OTC boosters you are looking at a 100-200 point jump. It isn't enough to make change for you. What M-Test does is give you higher drive and focus. You also have an overall improvement in mood and confidence. You also feel some more aggression in the gym. Nothing crazy, just really ready to take on that day's session. All of these things add up to better gym sessions, which add up to a better body. Libido increase is crazy. You are eyeballing almost EVERYTHING...lol increased and better feeling orgasms.

Sounds like M-Test is exactly what I'm looking for then. The mood improving benefits sound especially interesting to me seeing as my overall mood these days is just low. The focus improvements sound grear too. My concentration has definitely taken a dive and the brain fog is a massive hinderance.

Did you get any size and/or strength increases whilst on M-Test?

I think any size and strength increases go hand in hand with you taking advantage of the better hormonal and mental environment it provides. No OTC booster is going to "make" you stronger or bigger. I can say that while running it it was the first time I manned up and did the 90s and 95s for reps on dumbbell incline bench.

Sounds great.
I'll get last weeks test results back next week so will start a log and post the pre-bloods there.
I'll be running it with a 500kcal surplus diet and hypertrophy focussed training, keeping reps in the 6-12 rep range with mostly compound lifts.

If you took 4-5 caps per day of M-test would that be more beneficial.

While not as pronounced, I do notice improvement the first week or so with only 3 caps. I don't think it would hurt to experiment. I can't give you a definitive answer because everyone is different.

With your 1000000 tbsps of soy lec per day and constant current search for the natty-anabolic-holy-grail you are a perfect candidate for future AAS use.
 
I can't imagine an OTC is going to move the needle much for you unfortunately. I'd be interested to see blood work though for the sake of curiosity. M-TEST, Test RX, Tropinol, APE and Bioforge are all products I've enjoyed and would suggest for a test.

I don't think most on here say they're "bunk" - they/we/me just say that they only give you a bump of 100-200 points (all blood work seen so far), the lower you start the better they do that, and if you are say 500 and up, the only thing that might happen is your horny-ness may go up. The ones that contain stuff that may work on SHBG, may increase free Test instead of trying to stimulate the HPTA. SHBG also binds Estrogen, and by binding Testosterone, sort of keeps it in reserve for later unbinding - so not sure that messing with SHBG is all that great unless it's a problem. "Hyper-Excreters" have low SHBG and need a lot more Testosterone. Then there are the ingredients that are supposed to prevent the conversion to DHT (so actual Test is higher) - but that too is controversial, as DHT is the "Man Hormone".

But they *do* do something. As long as the ingredients are actually what they say, of proper purity/strength/dosage - then any of the 'usual suspects' will work. Quality Tribulus and Long Jack at least have some human data, there may be others. Check Suppversity.

I say run AlphaMaxXT or Kinsblood.
Kingsblood would be more interesting since it is advertised as a PCT.

Boron and Forskolin seem to be quite popular test booster ingredients with some good data on them. What do you think about those two?

Good data? IIRC there is only 1 study by Godard, paid for by Sabinsa:

No idea on Boron, but it's probably on the same level as "Zinc and Vitamin D raise Testosterone" ...if you are nutritionally deficient from food.

What would be your reccommendations for a decent test booster?
 
Or get some more tests done before you make the decision to pin once a week for the rest of your life. A lot of docs doing TRT put guys in a shytty up and down spiral by only giving injections every couple of weeks. If you can find a TRT doc in the know, that is a very viable option.

Most have been covered already. I'm 38 years old, so quite a bit older than OP.

Alphamax XT and M-Test are my two favorites. Yes I rep for Performax Labs, however the profile speaks for itself. Increased Libido, Morning wood, lower refractory period, agression, all great for an old man like myself lol.

I suppose it also depends on what you want from a "Test-Booster" at the end of the day. While I do believe that a quality test-booster may slightly increase testosterone levels in the normal range, and perhaps a bit more in the lower range, we know that it's not going to increase testosterone to supraphysiological levels. With that said, many ingredients in effective "test-boosters" (AlphaMax XT, M-Test, Testify, etc) have ingredients that, while having research showing increases in testosterone, also have effects independent of increasing testosterone levels (other MoAs). Ashwagandha comes to mind, as while it does have research showing increases in test, it's also an adaptogen that can reduce stress/anxiety, and improve body composition and endurance. There's also forskolin and its effects on cAMP, besides potential test increases, etc. Basically, the goal of a test-booster can be to increase test levels, but they won't go to supraphysiological levels, but you can provide the benefits associated with increased testosterone levels via other MoAs, and I do believe a good test booster can provide improved wellbeing, libido, body composition, performance, etc. Of course, keep your expectations realistic, as they're natural, not AAS, but I do think they can be useful/valuable.
 
I think someone should sponsor this IMO have him log it and post bloods sounds like the most perfect marketing scheme possible for a forum.
