And yes, I've also experienced the runny nose. I just assumed it was because I was overflowing with awesomeness after taking Radiate that it had to o somewhere.

I thought I read in a study that so long as the muscles were still under a regular load (IE: regular workouts) that the likelihood of losing muscle was greatly reduced, even in a deficit. Sorry, I don't have the references handy though.
 
Morning Weight 205

This morning Workout will be Abs, Chest Barbell Flat, Cardio, Chest Barbell Incline and Decline. I will be doing 1 scoop of Radiate before Abs and 1 Scoop after Cardio..

Alpha-Y doesn't mess with my sinuses much, but if I take more than 2.5mg of Rauwloscine (a source of Alpha-Y if I recall) I end up in the bathroom within 30 minutes of taking it. Not necessarily in a bad way, (except for sometimes being inconvenient). I get this with pure Rauw supps, so I know that is what is in Radiate that gets me. If I take a half-scoop I do not have it happen, but a full scoop does (and being a stim junkie I need a full scoop to really kick it in to gear :)).
 
I did Abs, Chest Barbell Flat, and Incline bench.
Went to the gym and did 5 miles.

Amazing job, do you do LISS cardio when you do cardio or HIIT during your cut? I noticed the runny nose thing too when I tried the samples.
 
Morning Weight 204

This morning I pulled up to the Gym and didn't want to workout, But I thought about Me telling people to keep fighting through the Trenches.. Well this morning I was in the Trenches, and I had a Great Shoulders and Back Workout!! I am almost done with the Orange Candy Radiate.. I will be giving My final review soon, also I Oder Cherry and Sour Peach yesterday! Upon awakening this morning I took a picture of My Abs and they are looking pretty Good!

I had a Great Chest Workout this morning! also I received My New Sour Peach Rings, and Cherry Slush Radiate! I had a full scope of Sour Peach Rings in 10oz of water. With my Steak and Sweet Potato dinner today. Tomorrow will be cardio!
 
Morning Weight 207

This New Sour Peach is on Point!!! I pulled out 10 Miles of the old gas tank of mine.
My body was warm and I was Laser focused!! After cardio My arms and shoulders had a nice Pump!
