Working on it now, I forgot to take a pic for you last night but the wifey is currently on it!

I skipped yesterday's lifting session because I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to waste a session. But here are today's numbers.....

Today's Lifts:
Deadlifts 5/5: warmup, warmup, 430, 430, 435, 435, 435
T-Bar Rows 5/5: warmup, warmup, 285, 285, 290, 290, 290
Pull Ups 4/failure: 6, 7, 7, 6

Weighed in over the weekend at 202 completely dry (first thing in AM after peeing) so that could mean I am walking around at close to 203.

Love this stuff, the recovery is amazing! I will admit that I think all users should still couple it with good joint support. I tried it without and joints weren't too bad but I ended up going back to my joint stack. MIGHT just be due to the heavier weights whereas if a user of Laxogenin was focused more on 3-4 sets of 8-10 there may not be as much joint stress.

The rock surrounding it is muddy, but once it rains the rock is rainbow rock which looks awesome! Excuse the dirty patio as well because after I powerwash it the graphite color shines and looks really sharp!

Today's Lifts:
Incline BB Bench 5/5: warmup, warmup, 220, 220, 220, 220, 220
Seated DB OHP 5/5: warmup, warmup, 70, 70, 70, 70, 70
Dips 4/Failure: 15, 15, 15, 10

I am going to weigh in again on Saturday, but I feel great. Recovery has been good, although I have had some tendonitis flare up in my elbows. I started to use straps a lot more for my pulling movements because I know gripping to tight while doing pulling movement can add to the issue.

Anybody have any experience with elbow tendonitis? :-)

JahCure Thanks brother!! It used to be all farmland, but they are putting in a rich neighborhood so hopefully the view is still nice (and property value goes up) haha

You'll probably be one of those guys that the rich people don't like because you're not fancy enough for them. Lol!

Yes, it sucks!! To alleviate mine, I quit doing high reps and tried to find different lifts to do to still hit the muscle groups I wanted but not aggravate the tendinitis as much. I also found that putting a warm rice bag on my elbow for about 10 minutes prior to lifting helped as well.

Good advice! I'll try that out. Also thought about trying out the arm cuffs from Slingshot....

I hear that the cuffs work pretty good but have never tried one. I have tried the velcro bands that you get at the store that puts a little pressure on the elbow but lifting with them sucked because I was constantly having to adjust them throughout my lifting session. The more my arms got pumped, they would start cutting off blood circulation and my hands would start to go numb. In other words, go with a cuff not a velcro band for elbow tendinitis. Lol!

Friday's Lifts:
Squats 4/6: warmup, warmup, 230, 235, 235, 240
Leg Extensions 4/10: warmup, 135, 135, 135, 140
Leg Curls 4/10: warmup, 90, 100, 100, 100

Today is a Pull workout and I will have those numbers up later. Still haven't had to up the dosage yet, but I have noticed that the weight gain (with calories still the same) has halted so I might use up the rest of my supply to take a dose every 12 hours and see if anything changes.

Love this stuff....

Hey guys, was in an all day conference at work yesterday so I didn't have a chance to post up my lifts from Monday.

Will get Monday and this morning's lifts up ASAP.

Monday's Lifts:
Deadlifts 5/5: warmup, warmup, 435, 435, 435, 435, 435
T-Bar Rows 5/5: warmup, warmup, 290, 290, 290, 290, 290
Pull Ups 4/failure: 6, 7, 7, 6

This Morning's Lifts:

Incline BB Bench 5/5: warmup, warmup, 220, 220, 225, 225, 225
Seated DB OHP 5/5: warmup, warmup, 70, 70, 75, 75, 75
Dips 4/Failure: 15, 15, 10, 10

I have been feeling great in the gym the whole time I have been using BRAWN. As I mentioned I do have tenderness/pain in my elbow that hasn't allowed me to do direct bicep work, BUT I am resting them, icing them, and joint support.

I actually just added drinking fresh made bone broth this week to see if it helps at all.

Weight on Sunday was 203 dry, that might mean a gain of 1lb since the last time I weight in on 5/14. :-D

Only because weight and strength gain has slowed down, I am going to finish off the bottle with (2) caps per day. I want to see if it gives a "second wind" type of boost with an increased dose.

Typically if I wasn't logging this product I would more than likely create a slight surplus in my caloric intake, but I want to see what the product alone is capable of in terms of gains.....

Sounds good to me. Do it. ;)

Friday's Lifts:
Squats 4/6: warmup, warmup, 240, 275, 275, 275
Leg Extensions 4/10: warmup, 145, 145, 145, 150
Leg Curls 4/10: warmup, 90, 105, 105, 105

Squats felt really good for the first time in a while so I went heavier. I think next session I am going to try out 300 and see what I can do with it.

Only 3 days on the 200mg dose, so I should start to notice some changes this week.

Will keep you all posted, but I am going to wait a couple days to weigh in since yesterday was a big cheat all day haha

So no issues with the squats huh? That's great!
Yesterday was a cheat?!?! What?!? Lol! Yeah, I actually had 2 beers. Been a while since I drank any and dang did they taste good. But, back to getting my beach body! Lol!

Squats felt good!!! I've been doing more stretching all around. I used to just do a few warm up sets and go at it, but these days I've realized that I'll have to start stretching regularly haha.

I had 2 beers as well! I very rarely drink at all but we were out by the pool and it just felt necessary haha

Today is Deadlift Day so we'll see how it goes!!! Expecting numbers to continue moving up.

Tuesday's Lifts
BB Flat Bench 5/5: warmup, warmup, 240, 240, 240, 240, 240
Chins 4/failure: 9, 10, 8, 8
Cable Curls 4/10: warmup, 60, 60, 65, 65
Tricep Rope PDs 4/10: warmup, 60, 60, 60, 65

Updates on hold, I am staying in a cabin through Tuesday morning and wifi/cell reception are close to none. :-)

Back in the house!!

The cabin was awesome, and a good chance to unplug and just relax with the family for a few days.

This will probably be my last post aside from final thoughts and final review (also posting reviews on other sites that sell BRAWN), OR I may post up Friday's lifts as well depending on supply.

After upping the dose to 2 caps per day (every 12 hours), I noticed that weight gain did not stall, and strength gain continued. BUT my supply is definitely about gone haha

Today's Lifts:
BB Flat Bench 5/5: warmup, warmup, 245, 245, 245, 245, 245
Cable Curls 4/10: warmup, 60, 65, 65, 65
Tricep Rope PDs 4/8-10: warmup, 65, 65, 70, 70
Chins 4/failure: 9, 10, 9, 9

Glad you had a good time out at the cabin! Everybody needs to take the time to just unplug and unwind from everything going on and to just enjoy the time with loved ones.

It's a funny thing how the bottle goes empty faster when you up the dose. Lol!
