Yeah. I'm cutting. Trying to get as lean as possible within the next month or 2. 6'0" 195lbs. 35yrs. I know I'm in a calorie deficit but not sure how much cause I don't track everything. I do cardio and do intense training an hour a day. Struggle to lose weight and bf%. Not sure why. Anyways I didn't know if taking all of this was too much.
