So, I've had a solid 10 months of training, 3 hours a day 6 days a week bland ass chicken and brown rice 6 times a day, and my results have been pretty lackluster, my buddy who is some genetic freak I've been trying to ketch up with kinda pushed me into steroids (he started them as well, steroids kind of infested our gym like a disease lol)
now I'm 4 weeks into my Test-E cycle (250mg twice a week) and It dawned on me being almost 21, am I ****ing up my body? Finally did some research on the effects and now I'm ****ting my pants... Don't know if at this point its too late to stop my cycle and start pct or just finish it (doing 10 weeks)
pretty much your usual case of a dumbass kid doing something stupid and rash, kinda wanna know at this point throw more experienced people what I should do

If you're having second thoughts and are legitimately concerned (which you seem to be) about the potential damage that you are doing to your relatively young body, then yes you should stop and pct with a SERM. Also, you probably want to be training a good bit longer than 10 months before you make the the jump to gear. The main reason your gains were probably lack luster is that you were training 3 hours a day almost everyday with little experience and probably not knowing 100% what you were doing. That is far from optimal for muscle growth and way too much time to spend training, you're probably keeping yourself catabolic and your cortisol is probably way too high. Even if you are sleeping ~60 hours a week that is way too many hours to spend lifting if you are doing it with any level of intensity.

yeah, that's probably what i should be doing, and i've always known I kinda do to much in the gym, like I said I was trying to keep up with my buddy who worked out like that even spend more time in the gym sometimes 5 hours and he just kept getting bigger and bigger, all I have right now is arimedx for pct I'm hoping I stopped it soon enough before I really ****ed anything up,

Arimidex is NOT for PCT. you need a serm like nolva or clomid

Not too late to stop. Just drop the test and get on ralox for a few weeks, you'll be fine (most likely). Use this as a learning experience not to give in to peer pressure. AAS should be used to break barriers, not because you're a beginner lifter trying to look like guys in the gym who have been training for years.

Yes, go ahead and stop, shorter is better in terms of suppression/sides etc. Make sure you PCT correctly with clomid which you can get on research chem sites.

Also, you need to learn how to make your body grow naturally so that you can grow even more on gear, and then maintain those gains naturally.

The bland chicken and brown rice part is the most disturbing piece. Also, the Test is just about to kick in.

Have sodium in your diet. Drink a lot of water. The more the better up to around 2G/day. People underestimate how much water your body can utilize for muscle growth and recovery, especially if you have lots of it.

At 21, this is quite normal to cycle Test. I'm not saying it isn't risk free - that just isn't so. But nonetheless, if you started, might as well finish the cycle. You are shut down now and if you quit now, it will be for nothing. Your recovery after your first cycle will be just the same at 4 weeks as it would be at 8-10 weeks. Assuming you have a healthy endocrine system, you'll bounce back from it in either case. If you have PCT products ready, quitting is an option but if they aren't in, keep going and order the PCT products now and don't quit until you have them ready to use. For me, if I'm going to now brand myself as a "cheater" as most beta men in society seem to view steroid use, I would want to get something from it that I couldn't ever hope to get natty so as to say there was at least a return on my calculated risk.

Freaking EAT though. Get higher calorie foods in your diet just avoid excessive sugars and anything that could cause systemic inflammation like alcohol and trans fats. I didn't notice your stats but I'll go ahead and say that you need at least 250g protein and 250g carbs daily but if you weigh more than 160lbs, probably more than that. Let fats land where they want just by cooking with coconut/olive/MCT oil and fat sources like PB, almond butter & nuts of various types.

Make it taste good and get some GHRP if you are a hard gainer that doesn't like to eat. Train legs 2-3 times per week and everything else once per week. You'll grow up just fine this way.
