Stimulants on PH Cycle?

So i had all my ducks in a row for my first ever PH cycle starting beginning of next week. All 8 weeks worth of 1/4/epi andro, 8 weeks of mega cycle support on cycle therapy, clomid pct, 4 weeks arimiplex pct by Hi Tech, 8 weeks of sustain alpha by BPS pct, 8 weeks alphamax XT pct, 8 weeks x gels pct, 8 weeks ep1c unleashed, 8 weeks str3ngth unleashed, 8 weeks anabeta elite, 8 weeks massmax XT, 4 months worth of OL tr1umph, and had every detail worked out for the next 4 months, and now i read its bad to combine Andro's with stimulants because of blood pressure reasons......

Im assuming like a lot of other members here, I am a stimulant junkie, 24 years old, and i checked my blood pressure last week it was 105/60 and my pulse was at 61 or something. I take anywhere from 600-800 mg of caffeine a day, some days that includes a serving of DMAA or DMHA in my pre workout.

It would be nearly impossible to cut caffeine out of my daily ritual because i work carpentry 8-10 hours a day and then head straight to gym for a 2 hour workout. Stimulants keep me going. I dont want to do something bad for my health, but can some people with experience with this please chime in with some knowledge on best way to procede here? Ive spent so much money, and dont want it all to go to waste, but also dont want to risk my health as i have a 4 year old son to care for. Thanks in advance!
 
You might be going bad on your health already. That's a lot of up in your diet my man. I should know I'm a supplement monster and I can go too strong also. It's easier than u think to cut down on caffeine, it's harder to eliminate it all at once.

Okay so is there a daily limit for on cycle or something or how can i gauge whats too much?? Ill only be on cycle for 6-8 weeks, and i could try to cut down on the caffeine as much as possible, but ill always get at least 250-300mg in my pre workout alone. And thats after working all day. I need some "pick me up" for my hard work days.
 
Might be going against the majority here, but I personally dont change anything about my caffeine intake when I cycle. I do however cut out other stims unless I am trying to drop bf quickly. I used to be much more cautious about it in the begining, but Ive been on test for years now (trt) and have seen zero difference in blood pressure either on or off caffeine.
 
You are already harming your health with that much caffiene. Im suprisedd you arent suffering g from severe heart palpatations. I would cut back to barely any with the PH cycle

If it was harming my health, would that not reflect in my blood pressure or pulse? I feel fine and been taking a lot of stims for years.

Not necessarily. It effects many things as well as the electrical system of the heart not trying to scare you or anything but I have no seen or heard of manypeople ingesting a much caffiene as yourself. You should be safe under 300 to 250 mg a day

Most good pre workouts have 250 to 350mg of caffeine alone... Per scoop. Theres no way i could get the same intensity workout without a good boost like that. I could try to cut down what i take at work maybe cut it down to about 200mg or so...

So 500mg a day give or take still too much to use on cycle everyone? Want to be safe but still have enough energy to get done what i need to get done on a daily basis... My days start at 530 a.m and i dont stop until 10 p.m

Holy **** Zach, you must be making great money at that carpentry gig to have that solid of a cycle with all those PCT supps added in!!!

Regardless of cycle or not you should probably try to cut stims for a few weeks every once in a while, which will also drop your tolerance.

Lol not really making great money. Just put in the time to find the best of the best deals and stock up on the goodies. I definitely spend waaay too much on supps though and i know my GF would agree haha. BUT about the stims on cycle... Any more recommendations. Today is day 1 of trying to cut back and keep it under 550 mg of caffeine total for the day. Does anyone see this number being a problem or not safe while on cycle?

Get yourself an omron wrist BP monitor and check it at different times a day.

Upon waking
1hr after PH dose
After stim dose
Before bed

You get the picture. Once you know what you're up against, then you can adjust accordingly. I would NOT stop taking your stims. Your body is used to them and removing them is going to make you absolutely miserable during cycle. I ran stims for my whole run and it never budged my BP. I was running Ar1macare Pro though. Also...if you are running your EPI dose at 1000 and using 500 pre, you can lower your pwo stim dose a little bit as EPI will give you a boost.

This is off your subject, but IMO I think you are overkilling the PCT here. What are you trying to accomplish with the above? Sustain the gains? You have some products that overlap and I recommend you do something like Alphamax XT and Xgels only with your clomid. Have you ran everything separately you have listed? You can save the other natty anabolics for after PCT or your next run.

Save them on pct. On is too dangerous for the BP

I know haha didnt specify that, definitely spacing them out for separate natty cycles. It will be like my post post post cycle therapy lol.

For my true 4 week PCT was going to run clomid, alphamax XT, x gels, and either hi tech arimiplex PCT or sustain alpha dermacrine by BPS unless you think either one of those combined with Alphamax XT is too much still?
 
Thats what i was trying to explain.. I cant just cut them out cold turkey. Been taking them for years.

If you are going to cycle. I think having a BP monitor is a must. BP is known as the silent killer.

Also our body is use to having the stims. IMO...removing them completely would do more harm than good. That would be like quitting smoking and running a PH cycle at the same time...lol. Just cut back the crazy stuff like DMAA etc... Stick with just caffeine based stuff while on.
 
I'm just going to state the obvious things here that have not yet been mentioned:

- obviously you have built a hefty tolerance to caffeine - hence the necessity for higher dosing
- get a BP cuff monitor or if yiu have one, check BP often - no need at guessing
- take blood thinners and supps that help the heart do it's job. A few come to mind - Nattokinase, Garlic Extract, Trimetazidine (pharmaceutical), beta blockers, calcium channel blockers, ACE-II inhibitors, etc
- you probably wont bother with pharma products because if you were willing to go thru the hassel of getting those, you probably wouldn't bother with OTC PH cycles and go straight for the authentic AAS like Test/Deca/Mast etc.
- there are other equally safe alternatives to caffeine that will allow you to get thru the day while regaining your tolerance to caffeine again. Take Hordenine HCL, Theacrine and PhenylPiracetam in place of high doses of caffeine. Those three will crush the effects of caffeine easily.
- if you aren't someone who easily gets addicted to things and you have deep pockets in the case that you do get addicted, consider Green and White vein Maeng Da Kratom. This is extreme, of course, and should not be considered lightly. The stuff is amazing but while officially it is classified as a tea, it's really an opiate that should be treated as such. Check your local and state laws on the product. The benefit here is that it lowers BP while stimulating and boosting mood dramatically (about like a micro dosing of Morphine without the sedative nature). It IS addictive though but fortunately it's not dangerous and destructive like it's cousins in the opiate family.
- take L-Theanine 200-400mg every morning with higher doses of ANY stimulant. Keeps you from going overboard on the sides.

Wow thanks for the detailed post man. Will look into all of the above. I know L theanine and teacrine are in a lot of my fat burner stim products i take. But as far as blood thinners or things to help the heart do its job, are there any of these products in my on cycle therapy support "Mega Cycle support" by primeval labs?

Also, if you cant tell i have a very addictive personality. Why i dont drink anymore. Actually a recovered opiate/alcohol addict and had to go to 45 day rehab a couple years back. Changed my life around since then. Or i should say just channeled my addictions in more productive behaviors lol.

In that case, x-nay the Kratom. That'd be something more suitable for coming off alcohol or harsher opiates or in my case, to use recreationally or for contest prep because it is by far the most potent drug I've used on any regular basis.

Yeah anything slightly euphoria related i always have to be careful with. No benzos or narcotics or opiates of any kind for me even if i break my leg lol going to have to stick to ibuprofen.

But ill look more into theacrine by itself, hordenine hcl and L theanine. And product reccomendations for any of those ingredients and how do they "feel" or act when you take them

Hordenine is a potentiator for caffeine, theacrine and DMAA. DMAA @ 25-50mg and Hordenine @ 50mg is pretty good. PEA and Hordenine is freaking potent too but careful because that one can make you high as a kite if not careful.

For the most part, if you nail the dosing, it just feels like caffeine did when you first had a signifcant amount of it (more than what a typical Coke/Soda would offer). Lots of energy and mental buzz/clarity but minimal jitters. The theanine keeps the jitters at bay and lets you get a little more liberal with dosing protocols without the concern for taking too much.
 
While I'd suggest you cut down on stims as much as you can, regardless if you're on cycle or not, your caffeine intake isn't that high compared to many normies out there in the world. How many basic bitch girls do you see going to starbucks multiple times a day drinking 2-3 of the large iced coffees, which actually have a very high amount of caffeine.

As for being on cycle, keep checking your blood pressure. I'm sure you'd make the right decisions if it becomes too high.
