Any body composition measurements to defer if the weight loss was associated with fat loss?

A diet solely consisting of grains doesn't sound very friendly to one's muscles either
 
It should pretty obvious that not much of it is fatloss.

Aside from it probably being some form of spam.
 
I'm personally not familiar with a diet plan like this, but if the weight loss helped to kick start healthier lifestyle changes with regards to diet and exercise, then in my eyes it's a success. Use your experience to find the willpower and momentum to stick with a more long term plan.

A lot of people believe that the only "correct" way to go about weight/fat loss is through a small reduction in calorie intake along with exercise, but everyone is different. Congratulations if this 7-day diet gave you some newfound dedication

Mostly water
If tissue, a fair whack of it will be mussell

Water. He should have taken his shirt off for the pics. Wonder what the tape measure would have showed? "Losing Weight" by dehydration is useless for health/appearance purposes.

Even if water 16# in seven days can't be to safe to do. Would be interested in the method used.
 
If it was just water, then it doesn't actually count as real weight loss. Actual weight loss is fat and/or muscle.

My 3 main takeaways:

1) you need to invest in hair products, a comb/brush, or just generally a haircut

2) you also need a new wardrobe

3) congrats on your excessive bathroom usage / water loss
 
If all you used were those 159 pouches, you lost weight because:

Water was lost
Glycogen was lost
You were starving yourself

That is not healthy or sustainable

You worried too much, thousands of people including children have tested, more and more people start to eat it, I think people have their own judgments,we should not give up eating for fear of choking.
senshirly you need to re-read Jiigzz statement...

losing weight DOES NOT necessarily mean healthy... Especially the way you did it here. What you ate for a week is not sustainable for any length of time and that amount of weight loss is 100% unhealthy for anyone that's not morbidly obese and in their first few weeks of dieting.
