Product to improve cardiovascular endurance ?

Hey guys I need your advice when it comes to picking the right endurance supplement. I am now using my last bottle of FD 2.0 and I would like to move on to try a different product.

I don't want to use ABE/MassMax when my priority is riding my bike (8 to 10hrs/week). I think it would be a waste even though I lift at least 4 times/week.

You could look into PeakO2 and/or rhodiola (preferably an extract with 3% rosavins and 1-2% salidroside). Both have promising research/studies, as well as good anecdotal feedback.

Was going to suggest Peak02 as well. Heard nothing but good things so far.

Are products like these any good for high intensity sports such as hockey or football? JW and I don't want to mess around with Sarms just not ready to make that move yet.

Cardarine - it's non-hormonal and isn't a SARM, it is PPAR delta agonist
creatinol-o-phosphage
creatine
beta alanine
citrulline

Ok my bad I just see it on SARM websites. I'll definitely look into it then!
I already take beta alanine, citrulline and creatine monohydrate.

Peak O2. You can also try beta alanine, creatinol o phosphate, and capros but nothing has helped me as much as Peak O2.

From the above it sounds like you should pick up PeakO2 and give it shot if you haven't. I've heard a lot of positives from this product as well.

Safe (No Cancer worries) and cheap: Capsaicin at ~8g/day (Do the HED for your weight). I use Cayenne Pepper from Sam's Club and just heaping gram scoop it, as I'm sure it's not pure CAP. I do 5 super heaping scoops, 2x/day. Stuff is cheap.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the potential beneficial effects of CAP on anti-fatigue and ergogenic functions following physiological challenge.

Female Institute of Cancer Research (ICR) mice from four groups (n = 8 per group) were orally administered CAP for 4 weeks at 0, 205, 410, and 1025 mg/kg/day, which were respectively designated the vehicle, CAP-1X, CAP-2X, and CAP-5X groups. The anti-fatigue activity and exercise performance was evaluated using forelimb grip strength, exhaustive swimming time, and levels of serum lactate, ammonia, glucose, BUN (blood urea nitrogen) and creatine kinase (CK) after a 15-min swimming exercise.

The grip strength and exhaustive swimming time of the CAP-5X group were significantly higher than other groups. CAP supplementation dose-dependently reduced serum lactate, ammonia, BUN and CK levels, and increased glucose concentration after the 15-min swimming test. In addition, CAP also increased hepatic glycogen content, an important energy source for exercise.

The possible mechanism was relevant to energy homeostasis and the physiological modulations by CAP supplementation. "Therefore, our results suggest that CAP supplementation may have a wide spectrum of bioactivities for promoting health, performance improvement and fatigue amelioration," the authors conclude.

PeakO2
Robuvit (Invalid Link Removed Increased performance in triathletes in all three events)
Sup3r-Shred (naturally occurring PPAR-delta agonist)
Rhodiola
Citrulline
Beta alanine (more of use if you're doing shorter interval-type work than long rides)
Carbs preworkout and intraworkout (if the workout is long enough)
Caffeine (duh)

Rhodiola extract: I finished 1 tub of Bloodshr3d Raw a week ago and I have two sealed ones to be used.

PeakO2: Friend of mine used the one from a manufacturer I would have access to and he wasn't impressed at all. And I know: "different people/different expectations."

Cardarine: I used it for a week and put it away. Possible sides etc. But the effects were there. I usually take stims and sleep around noon. With cardarine I was able to go through my day and sleep in one phase at night for 9 hours straight without taking stims.

Creatinol-O-Phosphate: I will start using it

Capsaicin: My friend knows a girl who had her stomach "replaced" by some plastic bag or whatever because she used to eat mega spicy food all the time. I don't know if I want to go this way. Hmm?

Robuvit/Orig1n: I had 3 bottles and I can say I started to feel something after 6 weeks. Nothing spectacular when I compare to some other natural products I've tried.

Sup3r-Shred: I am thinking about this one. The price for daily dosage is going to be the same in comparison to capsaicin. Am I right?

Citrulline: There's some in all pre-workouts

Peak ATP: Where I live (in Europe) I wound 90 caps of Peak ATP for 20 euros (1 cap = 200mg)

Here's the thing. I am going to take part in an event during summer 250km with lot of climbing (4900m elevation). As I mentioned I lift 4 times/week and go ride my bike 3 times:
1x long distance 120km+ with lot of climbing (avg speed ~20kmh)

1x climbs (basically I go to a place where I have hills and go up and down), It's something around 15min ascent and 5min descent, and I did it 6 times last time I went. It's more inclined to be in the anaerobic threshold area - BETA ALANINE might be useful

1x flat road for speed 40km - 90km (avg. speed 28km/h+)

Did her surgeons say it was for that reason? because if they cited that, they were lying.

For one, certain cultures practically have spice in their blood they consume so much of it, and two, spices activate regions of the tongue into sending signals of 'pain' without actually inflicting damage.

I would imagine she had something else going on as spicey food is 100% safe to eat - but maybe just mildly unpleasant for some

This should be worth trying!

Make sure you use enough: Label recommendations are useless. You need 0.41mg/kg

Invalid Link Removed

During the 4 weeks, mice from both the sedentary and trained groups were either treated with vehicle or GW1516 (5 mg/kg/day).

In another study, male C57B/6J mice (8 wks old) were treated with GW1516 (5 mg/kg/day, oral gavage)

5 * 3 = 15/37 = ~0.41mg/kg Human Equivalent Dose
