HIIT: Elliptical 2mins warmup, 5 intervals (20:40), 5mins cool down
Good workout today despite hitting failure on 225 bench. My back feels much stronger and rows seemed really easy today.
Anyway, I didn't take the Cordygen yesterday and noticed that I felt more sore on my off day. I can definitely tell it helps with recovery.
