Week 3 Day 4 blasted arms this morning had a killer workout woke up same weight 282 took my usual staff of supplements warmed up and got going the workout was
4 sets 7 reps* no rest betweensuper sets
Preacher curl - v bar press down
Hammer curl- rope press down
Ez bar curl- close grip bench press
Reverse grip curl- reverse grip bench press
Pump was on loving this combo of supps more to come
