Big thanks to The Solution for picking me to run this promo!

So most of you are probably like wtf happened to this guy?! Well I've been working a ton, dealing with ****ty work internet, dieting, (you know that part of bodybuilding we all hate), and trying-without success-to fix my foot injury.

Current stats are about 165lbs, 8-9% body fat.
I have no idea what my maxes are because I'm in that weak state at the end of the cut where your lifts suffer.

I'm really looking forward to using Quake Stim Free because my workout times are almost always in evenings now and insomnia is a huge issue for me so if I want to recover properly I need to get sleep and if I want to get sleep I can't be taking stimulants at 5pm!

I will be dosing 2 scoops so the tub will last 20 workouts.
Other stats are as follows:
Calories starting Monday will be 2500/a day, with 200 grams of protein, the other macros will be adjusted around muscle/fat gain as the bulk progresses.

6 day workout plan, I'll be recording those on the days I lift.

Aim is to gain about 1 pound a month. I know that sounds low but I'm pretty close to my genetic limits and everytime I go hog wild on a bulk I put on fat too fast.

Well that's about it except to say I did use the stimmed version of Quake for an AM workout last week and just like all things Scivation the taste was amazing.

The intensity you feel 10-15 minutes after taking it is amazing, I almost ripped the steering wheel off my car on the way to the gym lol.

Worked legs, pump was great and felt very little fatigue during the workout. Had playoff hockey after the gym and did not have any muscle fatigue issues there either.

Flavor was watermelon and even though I'm not a fan of watermelon flavored supps it was awesome. Wife did lemon drop version and loved that flavor as well.

Well that's all for now, I'll keep you all posted!

Incline bench cable flies
Incline bench dumbell presses
Flat bench dumbell flies
Flat bench press

Underhand cable bar pull downs
Cable bar push downs

Going to give blood later but still staying at 2500 calories a day.
Thinking to keep cals at 2500 everyday and then 1700 on Sunday (rest day for the month.

June 2600 calories a day, 1800 on Sunday (rest day)

Going to try to get body maximal muscle gain with minimal fat addition. Started at 11% body fat rather than 10% like I wanted but oh well.

Used regular Quake this morning as it was an AM workout and still haven't gotten Scivation care package yet. Lifted fasted, muscles feel so beat up might have to sip some aminos later, probably after blood. I'm thinking Xtend should do it.

Post workout meal was a Starbucks breakfast Sammy and mocha crap with a scoop of protein in it

When I got home I had an MTS chocolate coconut cookie protein shake, super yum.

Tonight's meal, turkey tacos!!!

Macros: carbs around 180, fats 90, protein at least 200.

Here's some post workout newds, forgot to grab morning ones, sorry.

That is a massive drop on your rest day, I would do no lower then 2200. Remember that offday is vital for recovery and growth especailly in a growing phase. Don't want to drop your calories that much.

I would just drop your carbs to 100g (from 170g) which is a very good drop of almost 300 kcals.

May do that then, don't plan on cheat meals until May 18th and May 21st so I wanted to get myself a low Sunday in there to earn some extra calories for the week of 5/15.

He looks better in person. He looks depleted in the pics, if he had some more food in him and filled out he would look much better.

Yeah I meant to throw in an update last night. No package yet.

Deadlifts 4 sets: 275x10, 255x10, 235x12, 225x10

Leg extensions 4 sets of 10+
Lying leg curls 4 sets 10+
Calf raises 4 sets 10+

16 total sets abs work, 8 upper ab focused, 8 lower.

Calories maybe a little over 2500, but it's about easier doing 2500 than 1200-1800 like I was.

Maybe do another photo update Sunday morning. Tonight is back and bis, hopefully get my Quake in time for that.

I sent in an email to check in on the status of it. Since it is delayed if it did not ship I am adding extra things in there for the wait.

Things are mixed up right now with all of our stuff in the warehouse being transfered to nutrabolt after the company was bought so it is crazy.

Quake should be in the mail tomorrow I hope for chest day, until then I've been using some old OL Conquer Stim Free, so between that and my old Max Reps run I should be able to paint a detailed picture of how this pre stacks up.

Get ready to sweat, and feel the pumps. Just make sure your optimizing your pre-workout nutrition to get the full dose of carbs with the heavy citrulline and nitrate dose :)

if you respond well to max reps, think about Quake with added capros, peak02, and performance agents to take things to another level. Not to mention the L-theanine which is a cognitive enhancer.

With Conquer noticed a really good focus, decent pumps, low fatigue rate.

With Quake (stim version) the focus was insane as well as the intensity, pump was good also. Interested to see how stim free holds up to the standards set by it's caffeinated brother ?. I also noticed pig levels of sweat lol, I'll be checking Fed Ex in a minute to see if it'll be here today, chest and abs today interested to see how that workout goes.

Its the same as non-stim minus the caffeine. If you had great pump and great intensity guess what it will carry over ;)
See you tonight in the gym man. Lets rock it out.

Bit of unexpected delay on this log, The Solution caught it right away, but the company accidentally sent me the stimmed version of Quake so while they're getting that taken care of I'll be continuing with OL Conquer Stim Free. I think what I'll do for all you fine folks (what I should have done yesterday) is take a pre/post workout photo with each product on my next chest day so you can check out the pump for yourself.

I'll eat the same amount calories and train at the same time for both updates.

Should be an awesome visual aid to go with the review ?

Stay hungry my friends!
