Cutting help

I'm 4 weeks into my cut and doing a lot of cardio and still keeping my calories low where they should be. However I'm not shedding fat as fast as I'd like to be, I also am slightly worried about losing muscle mass but not really I think that's highly exaggerated. I wanted to know what the best supplements and/or Sarm/s that would be the best to help me finish this cut successfully? Thanks in advance!
 
You might have better luck in one of the other sections like supplements or training. How much weight are you losing a week approximately?
 
Carb cycling and different diets help alot. Really need to focus on diet for cutting if anything an EC stack might help boost depending where your at

What do you mean in a different forum? And it's been about 3.4 lbs a week.. I just checked my lean body mass and it seems I've lost 1.5 lbs since before my bulk and the beginning of this cut somehow..
 
I did keto for 3 months once before and I enjoyed it I've just started to REALLY enjoy my oatmeal everyday, it'll be hard to cut that out again but I think I'll try it again just have to make a shopping trip first lol. And idk how effective the thermo in my preworkout stimulus8 by finaflex is but I drink that everyday to try and help

Well run low carb diet with ec stack should help burn extra fat. But most fat is gonna be hard work and diet

This is the general chat section. There are other sections dedicated to training, nutrition, supplements, anabolics, etc. I was just saying that more people may respond in those sections, but if you're getting answers here then cool!
