Finished with 15 min of cardio and stretching.

Meso was great. I honestly was going to go light today because I am feeling slightly sick + fatigued from finals week. I actually went up in weight, and sweated like crazy. Great workout!

So this is where you have been! LOL i was following your other log. Great work man!

Haha, should've mentioned in my log. It is a bit overwhelming to do 2 logs so will just use this one for the time being. I actually got lucky enough to be selected to log Hydrazine so will probably start up a new one once that gets here.

Haven't had much time to post on AM since I am actually pretty sick currently + it's finals week. I will be back on track next monday since it is my last day of finals so will definitely pick up my activity on here then!

Appreciate the support!

Today: 45 min of cardio + abs. Want to get over this cold before I lift again since I am already fatigued from late night study sessions

Haha! Good luck with finals! Oh finals.. it feels good to not ever take one again haha. Eat some garlic! Dice some cloves of garlic, put them on a cracker, squeeze some lime, and some hot sauce! Helps me out

Order some Evomuse gut health and watch yourself rarely get sick again :) lol

Chest tomorrow, limited to home gym currently but will get creative

Chest - 5/2/2017

BB Bench:

2 x 135lbs x 12 (WU)
1 x 170lbs x 8 reps
3 x 180lbs x 6/6/5

Notes:

Definitely felt stronger probably because of the maintenance eating during finals week + carbs.

Rest Time: ~2min

Push Ups:
3 x 30/25/20

Notes:

Rest Time: ~1min

Plate Press:

3 x 45lbs x 20 reps

Cardio:

Ran 2.6 mi at 8.40 pace (slow but it was super windy and wasn't aiming to go too fast)

Back at parent's house from college. Have to find a gym close to the house because the home gym is not cutting it haha.

Mesomorph:

Took it around 40 min pre workout. Mainly because my caffeine tolerance is stupid so the DMAA is the clutch part of it. I really felt like today was going to be an average day (it was in terms of me not doing much since currently limited to home gym, but not in terms of weight). Had a very solid energy throughout the workout. Will probably continue this log until my Hydrazine comes in.

Will be getting back to keto this monday. Gave my body a break from it, but will start it back up and see how the weight loss goes. Also, ran around 2.3 miles today. Still getting over my cold/cough so runs definitely feel harder right now.

Back/Biceps - 5/4/2017

T-Bar Row:

3 x 3 Plates x 8 reps
2 x 2 plates + 25lbs x 8 reps

1 Arm DB Row:

3 x 70lbs x 10 reps

Lat Pulldown:

3 x 110lbs x 12 reps

Rear Delt Flyes:

3 x 30lbs x 12 reps

Chin Ups:

2 x BW x 6-8 reps

DB Curls (Seated):

3 x 25lbs x 10-12 reps

Finished with an Ab circuit and 15-20min of cardio. Rest times were 1-2min between exercises. Lower for higher reps (closer to a minute) and 2 minutes-2.5 min for lower rep (the t-bar rows).

Also, I was 167 today so I guess I did not gain that much water weight. I think I will stick with carb-cycling + deficit until weight loss stalls then go back to keto if I feel a need to.

Meso definitely was a key today. I felt pretty ****ty since still sick, but managed to completely forget about that during the workout and I sweat my ass off.

Solid training despite how you have felt lately. Good work. Mesomorph definitely helps when you are not feeling the greatest

Yeah, I have really felt pretty achy and off before heading to the gym but meso definitely helps me get more focused and aggressive. Would probably not do half my workout with how I have felt some days. Fortunately, I am seeing the light at the end of the tunnel with this cold so should be 100% in a couple days.
-----

Will be starting to carb cycle rather than just eat the same amount of carbs daily. This is mainly because I will have 3 power (heavy) days, 2 hypertrophy (medium, push/pull) days , and 2 rest (cardio/ab) days. I think carb cycling is probably the most optimal way to eat around them.

Here is something I threw together yesterday. Also, weight was 164 today. I think this break was definitely worth it from the diet.

I burn around 1900 BMR, but around 2300-2500 depending on exercise. My fitbit generally has me around 2700-2800 but I take 200 or so away to be safe in case it slightly overestimates. It does have a HR monitor so I am not too concerned with errors but better to be safe than sorry.

Plan to throw some new pics up soon.

Final Review: ---> UNSPONSORED

Taste (5/5) - Easily one of the best tasting supplements on the market. Mix it with the correct amount of water and the taste is very similar to the rocket Popsicle.

Mixability (5/5) - Have used just a spoon and a cup before and had no issues with mixing. Really impressed in this aspect.

Energy (5/5) - Very consistent energy with no peak or crash. I can just noticeable feeling the energy effects but it is a very smooth experience. In my experience, I get an aggressive energy but that could be do to me using this to lift weights so I try to put myself into that mind state. I really enjoy that the energy lasted as long as it did (3 hours or so), and felt stable the entire time. No shaky feeling at all.

Pumps (3-4/5) - I personally don't notice anything out of the world in terms of pumps with mesomorphs, but I do get solid vascularity so I'll lean on the 4 side of the scale. Regardless of whether it gives you pumps or not, you will have a great workout as long as you stick with the serving size in my experience. I've been sick, sore and achy and still raised weight with the extra boost from mesomorph.

Overall: 4.5-5/5.

I know I gave the pumps a 4, but despite that, I still think it is one of the best pre-workouts that I have taken and has given me better energy and focus than any supplement in the past. Will definitely buy again.

Thanks for logging this for us..appreciate it

No problem! Was doing it partly for myself so I could track the effects, and after trying it, I am happy I still have another tub and some left of my rocket pop flavor. Honestly, never had a bad workout on it, always was better than I expected
