GAIN AN INCH IN ARMS IN ONE MONTH? MY PERSONAL ATTEMPT

New member
Starting today I am going to see if it is possible to add an inch to my arms in one month.

No newbie gains to come here, been lifting 11 years and I won't be counting the 'pump' as an inch of gains.

This will be 100 percent honest and I will share every thing I have tried.

Wish me luck and give me a bump when you can.

Also running an MK 677 log at the mo. Peace

Sounds good. Looking forward to seeing what happens. Heard of people and programs saying they can do it but have never actually thought it possible! Good luck!!

On what program?

Seems kind of unrealistic if you're already an experienced lifter of 11 years.

I am in to see the gains whatever they may be

Is there a program to gain an inch in a month.

Lots, if you count marketing ploys and exaggerated program claims.

Realistically I don't see it in a trained individual not also on serious AAS (or muscle memory if an individual was injured/disabled for a while)

Hi mate, you are correct on the most part and I agree with you about all the marketing out there, hard to believe with all the lies these companies promote. I don't believe it is possible but I do want to try as it has always been on my to do list as a bodybuilder.

Does anybody do this during their workout....

On the initial workout of this program, mix at least 15–20g of BCAAs, as well as an additional 5–10g of glutamine into a huge water bottle and sip throughout your workout. If you can stomach 60–80g of total protein over the course of the workout, that may be a decent option instead. Also, don’t be afraid to take an extra scoop of creatine daily, as your muscles will benefit from added energy, more rapid recovery, and internal holding of vital liquids and nutrients.

I do use an intra-workout formula (whey, BCAAS, maltodextrin, creatine, oats, glutamine) for nutrition with insulin (not a recommendation for anybody)

You're using Insulin and MK677?

Likelihood increased

What is your starting size for your arms?

Day 1- So it is not going to be hard maintaining other body parts training arms 3/4 times per week. I will focus on compounds etc and full body workouts when not training arms.

Arm day 1- A did a giant set for biceps, triceps and forearms. (6 minutes each muscle, will go up next workout) Taking 1iu of insulin pre workout and supping (intra) 45 grams of whey isolate, 5g creatine, 10g glutamine, 15g maltodextrin and 10g oats. I also used a shot of micellized fermented BCAAs as soon as I pinned the insulin. (novolog)

I am running MK-677 at 20mg per day also- which combined with insulin is going to create a great pump, glycogen storage etc.

I am not running any anabolics, just finished 6 weeks of HCG. (I know people will say I need AAS to make this work but trust me you actually don't need them all the time to make gains, my body doesn't anyway)

I will then have a standard 80g protein, 80g carbs, 20g fats meal in 1 hour.

What is your height and weight.

5 ft 10. 170lb. 12% bodyfat

Before anybody comments on my lack of gains, I was 90lbs when I started lifting due to health issues, so its all about where we come from and where we get to individually... in my opinion.

That's awesome man looking great

Update- SO I have been training instinctively for the first week- I did two days medium weight, lots of reps- very intense workouts and giants sets for biceps and triceps.

I then did one day heavy- lower than 8 reps for all my sets. I am going to measure at the 2 week point, seen some gains but I doubt they are quarter of an inch. I am determined to do this!

Anybody interested in the actual workouts I did?

Rich Piano is that you hehehe...

Well good luck... Saw a video with a English fella that tried it...
