Overcoming PR plateaus.

Hi guys. First off, happy Easter!

Just wanted to see if anyone had some solid help/advice for me on this matter.

My bench and deadlift max has stayed roughly the same for about three months now. My squat max is continually rising, but I can't seem to raise the other two.

What are some routines you guys favor to help boost your bench and dead 1RM?

Any workouts that help those besides the workout itself? I've heard that dips help bench max, I've heard that lumberjack squats help your deadlift max, etc.

Depending on where you are in your lifting career, these suggestions change.

If there are form improvements to be made, target that first. That'll be the fastest and easiest improvements.

Otherwise, it's hard to recommend what to do without knowing what's weak. Bench, for example, could be held back by chest, triceps, anterior delts, lats, traps, etc. Post up some videos?
