I found out about it here. I started Saturday. 4 tblsp of soy lecithin daily. I usually only add/change one supplement at a time so I can identify if it changes.
I know it's really early, but I can't explain any other reason for my muscles feeling allot firmer...Out of nowhere.
A couple people mentioned that it can add some girth around the middle which is something I'm trying to cut. I'll be measuring daily to keep an eye on it. So far, no increase.
