Habajaba's journey from geek to giant

Remember, jerking off and spanking the monkey are 2 different things.

You're right. They are different.

Ok, enough jerkin and spankin. Back to the log!

Cardio was solid Thurs. Lift Friday was quality. 54:00. Strength is staying consistent, but endurance continues to go down.Thinking it might be from the epistane at this point. No other common thread here.

Weigh in today 231.2, which is another 2# down this week. Visual changes are minor. But I do believe that my arms are a bit bigger and the gut a tick smaller.

Will take final pics this week as I finish the cycle Tuesday. This cycle has been a real disappointment. Neither trest nor epistane delivered for me. Nothing like the results I got from Epidrone, a far milder and safer product.

Looking forward to taking a break and letting my liver recover. I will be logging BPS' new laxo product, Brawn next. Other than that, I'm not running anything more serious until next TRT bloods in about 6 weeks.

Cardio today was... Different. Shout out to MonteCedillo for a generous pack of Radiate samples along with a handwritten note with tips. Thank you, sir!

I dosed half a scoop with my non-stim PWO and Cordygen. Then did my HIIT cardio about an hour later.

Definitely noticed I felt warm about 45 minutes after dosing. Hadn't been paying attention, so might have happened sooner. I was so warm that I turned the a/c down to 72 for my workout! That's with a ceiling and floor fan hitting me too.

I did notice that I was gasping a bit more for air and felt like my heart was running a bit higher (although my band said otherwise) at the beginning. That said, I felt a little more motivated and focused than normal. I felt so good mid-way through that I pushed myself harder to get more reps in the typical time and step it up a notch.

Really felt good today. And the really weird part is my band says my peak HR was 159 and I'm consistently 168-169. So my HR was actually noticeably down while pushing harder than ever. Interesting...

Lastly, the reason I asked for samples is that I've had bad reactions to the a-y in AlphaBurn and Bloodshr3d and was worried this would be the same. At least with half a scoop, Radiate is good to go!

Thanks again to Monte and FireTitan. RXS is a class act with what seems to be a heck of a product here!

You know it brother!! Glad you enjoyed it. So Im guessing you had no issues with the rauwolfia?

No issues to speak of, sir. I picked up a full tub yesterday. Looking forward to giving it a go for longer term and seeing what it can do!

I have to say I'm really impressed by some of these new companies. Monte, TheMyth, and FireTitan, as you can see above, are killing it at RXS. And Alex at VeinNutrition was awesome enough to talk to me on the phone for probably 10 minutes the other day. I called regarding an issue with running the Comatize log opp from justhere4comm. Besides giving me a few good ideas and recommendations for my own routine, Alex said just shelf the log until I'm ready and don't worry about it. I will say I've run a few nights of Sedation and it has been a pleasant way to settle down and get ready for sleep.

All that to say that these guys really CARE about us and our results. And they are making some great products! I look forward to running more from both of them in the future.

That's one of the best compliments we can receive. TheMyth and I are both very passionate about this industry and our consumers health and wellness goals. We set out to create products that truly are effective and we aim to provide the best overall customer experience as we grow. Thank you for your support brother!

Sorry I left out TheMyth. Shame on me! :)

I'm a sucker for effective products. There's a lot of FLASHY products out there that really don't work. That's part of what attracted me to MST, the focus on quality and effectiveness over flashy branding. You guys got yourself a customer here, for sure. I'm one that is willing to chug nasty supps as long as they are effective. Although I'm thankful that most of the MST stuff is pretty darn well flavored. With the right amount of water and ice, the orange Radiate is quite drinkable. But I gotta get in on this cherry slushy flavor you all are coming out with!

Thanks for the shout-out brother! Hope all is well and you had a good weekend :)

Silly question. I'm just going to dose 1 handful each, pre/intra/post for maximum effects.

Now on to the task at hand. Mixed up a scoop of Radiate with 17oz water (maybe too much water). Drank half with my PWO and half intra.

Definitely feel the heat when it hits! But very smooth energy and generally feel good.

51:45 lift today. Felt good with typical strength. Energy was up throughout.

I dropped the epistane after Saturday rather than run it till it was gone tomorrow. Had some friends over and decided to have drinks. Same on Sunday. No reason to kill my liver when the cycle had been ineffective anyway.

Between Radiate and dropping epi, I feel like endurance is making a comeback. Ever so slightly. Pics to come... Tapatalk won't work.

Nice! looking great habajaba !
The jelly-bean-hip-tire needs deflation -but you got more vascular and defined! Good job!

Thank you, sir. I honestly think the hip tire/gut may be more permanent than I'd like to believe. It slims up, but the shape stays weird. Starting to think it's more permanent due to my previous surgery to remove excess skin. They moved everything down a bit when cutting out the skin. And maybe it changed how that fat responds? Or scarring? I dunno. But it's not budging while everything else tightened up.

I bet filling up on chest and lat could straighten things out. 15 lbs more muscles on upper body would make the tire "disappear".
Call it : "strategic cosmetic positioning", lol!

I like the beard. I want to run my hands through it

I literally said "DAMN! Holy ****" out loud when I saw the pic. You've gained a lot of muscle and leaned out majorly. Good fcckin job homie.
Thank you, brother! Slow and steady wins the race. I may have to do lipo at some point to fix the awkward gut bulge as I'm not sure it's a natural issue. But other than that I'm very pleased with how things are progressing. Sometimes I feel like I'm not progressing enough. Then I look at he photo on the first page and it's all good. :-)

Hell yeah bro. You'll look great if you get Lipo or a tuck.

Your progress has been awesome man. A total 180. What you're doing is working!

I got the "tuck" years ago to remove the skin from my initial weight loss. If you look close, you can see the scars on my sides. But I told them I didn't want the lipo part of it, because I wanted to earn it and not cheat. But in retrospect, I think moving the skin has caused an unnatural shape that I may not be able to overcome. I'll give it a while yet, but have the option in my back pocket anyway. But thank you man. Appreciate the positive thoughts!
habajaba, Looking Good Brother!

Thanks guys! You all rock. Just hoping to keep pace with you animals!

FYI - I'm logging BPS' Brawn over at Invalid Link Removed if anyone is interested. I'll keep my workout logs over there for the next month.

I mean "NON RESPONDER" to a male fertility control drug.

Oops, I fathered 5 children while taking Trest, must be a non responder... LMFAO

I bet you did something wrong.
You have to open the jar and take a capsule out -not shoving the jar up into your butt. :)

This is a habajaba problem, not a me problem. I happen to know my body likes epistane... ;)
