Trest,DesoxyTest,TestProp,Mste n as good as it gets?

Hit the legs today, knees are still a little fkd so avoided squats.

Started with 10min on the stair master. I really like that machine, requires a fair bit of core work if you don't hold on. It's definitely the best warm up for legs IMO.

So kicked off with 9 sets of SL deads, including 2 warm up sets, and a deloaded set at the end. My flexibility is good, I can take the bar within inches off the ground, and was maxing out around 265lb for 10 reps. The deloaded set was around 220lbs for 25 reps.

Trialed some walking lunges with 45lb plates - wasn't going to happen.

Moved onto the leg press, took a few warm up sets and the knees played out ok. Kept the reps in the 12-16 rep range and belted out 4 working sets.

Put some light weights on the smith machine for some hack squats, wasn't really feeling it but managed 3 sets of 10.

Finished off with some leg extension- ham curl - calf raising Tri-sets. 2x 20-20-20.

That pretty much sealed it for me, and I think i was a little too stimmed out.

Forgot to mention I took a cheeky 1ml shot of IA's t-Rex - that is some good sh1t. Must remember to hit some aromasin tonight.

It's helpful on big days or when you're feeling flat.

Stuff aromastises like crazy so I generally take a stiff dose of AI in the evening after taking some.

I wouldn't take it all the time.
 
I had a couple of good workouts over Easter break.

Feeling like it's time to ramp things up again so I've hired myself a coach.

This guy came highly recommended and I'm looking to learn a lot. Focus will be more on diet and training than supplementation, as it should be.

Hell no bro I've never been interested, and don't think I have the genetics.

Just up for learning - diet is the largest controlling factor, and I think it's hugely under appreciated. We all compensate by leaning too much of supplementation... Cause it's easier LOL!

Yeah nutrition can be tough. I mean you know and have an idea what to eat and macro's to hit. But cheat foods can get in the way.
I actually do better when up on site, if I see something I like but know it is not going to fit my goals I can just walk away and back to my room and then I can't be fu(ked walking back.

Been thinking about a coach lately as well, not to compete either but to learn.

Hmm .... Today's workout was a little unstructured. Hit the pecs and shoulders.

Started off with the usual 10min stepper warm up.

Then hit the incline plate loaded incline press machine - did a few warm up sets to get my shoulders lubricated.

Working sets were 4 fast reps 4 slow negatives 4 fast reps - four of those at the same weight.

Next incline db press - only low incline 1 notch off flat. Supersetting 12 rep light flies with 8 rep mod weight presses. 4 sets had some good mind muscle connection.

Moved to the smith machine, set up bench around 70 degrees - hits shoulders and upper pecs well, which are already pre-fatigued. Dropped 4x 12 rep sets.

Seated plate loaded press machine - find I get a good squeeze on this 3 X 12 reps didn't particularly feel this one.

Cable flies - starting high angle to just below parallel. 3x 16 rep sets, focus on the squeeze. Felt better than the seated press.

Moved to finish off shoulders. Mod weight db shoulder raises - supersetting with rear delt flies 10-10 reps. Did these seated to keep form strict. Last reps didn't get much movement but didn't overcompensate by swinging, got a good burn going.

Last cable front raises - good for keeping the tension 2x sets to failure.
 
A good leg day, and managed to hit the squats with a lot of warm ups.

Caught up with a mate I'll call Big Unit. He's rocking 330lbs lol not clean lbs I'd say he'd look killer at 260lbs but he's on perks-bulk at present.

Anywho hit the tri-sets. Started with squats - single leg lunges - squats 10-10-10. Knees to a bit to warm up but 2nd set in was getting to depth with no discomfort.

Next moved to leg-press - SLDLs - leg press 10-10-10.
The SLDLs were light, but swung the bar out at the bottom of the movement, get a good pull on the hams. Also alternated narrow with wide stance on the press.

Third triset was RDLs - leg ext - RDLs 10-20-10. I've got good flexibility and can get the RDLs within inches off the ground. For the extns had a 1sec hold and squeeze for a good burn after 20 reps.

Finished off with 30min incl treadmill cardio, caught up on the goss etc. No failure achieved but a good cardio workout.
 
Well actually managed to haul my arse to the gym after work, and it wasn't that crowded. Did only cardio on the incline tready and xtrsiner - a good 30min worth got a good sweat up. More regular cardio is required!
 
Had a very low calorie day due to meetings and poor planning, but finished early enough to try out the new gym.

Not so crowded, so hit back.

Lightweight DLs for 4 sets, felt a little stiff through the hips and lower back so shifted to

rack pulls - and kept loading the weights. Felt pretty good but without a belt hit a ceiling.

Next, wide pull downs focussing on the negative - 4 sets, then found this hammer strength plate loaded row machine - focussed on the contraction - 4 sets.

Back to narrow grip cable rows - similar but high pull not horizontal.

A bit of trap work, smith high pulls for 4 sets, then 4 sets of db shrugs.

Finished with stiff arm cable pull downs - wide grip, then single arm cable rows.

Getting my diet fine tuned by the coach this week :)

Okay, so I've been on now since December. It's been quite a ride.
So, I can tell you, desoxy test isn't a compound for me. Will not be using it again. Only thing I really noticed was some strength increases (over the trest) and it caused really bad body odor.
I'm talking applying deodorant/anti persp. Twice per day. Shirts would still reek at the end of day.

Trest for me was nothing like testosterone. More like max lmg if I run it again it'll probably be only 25mg e/o/d.

I got to the highest I've ever weighed, 195 at 15% bf on this cycle.

Test prop at 600mg was awesome though.
Next time I'll go for this. Only side was really bad acne towards week 6-8. Which now 4 weeks after stopping is still there.

Weight is holding at 190, and I'm 4 weeks into halo-100. 75/75/100/100, will go to 75 week 5, and 50 to finish out.

I'm really ready to be done taking shiit an give my insides a break.

I've been on cycle support from Olympus labs since the start.
But a week into halo I ordered a bottle of Olympus tudca, an have been using that at 500mg in addition to the 500 in arimacare pro.

Will update pct later on.

Overall I got what I wanted, to experience two new compounds. Been a good start to 2016, an I feel I've made good progress on my shoulder/upper chest goals so far.

Btw, Brofessorx is my new username. Admin had to give me a reality check an wake me up. I thank him for that and am enjoying being a newb.

Started in nov finished at the beg of April. Ran a spartan super (9miles+25 obstacles) and a full toughmudder (10.5miles 20 obstacles) while on.
No more anabolics for a looong time.
Pct'ing right now with hcg, raloxifene, and some solo herbs I bought from vitamin shoppe.
Trest is pretty close to test, but test is still best imo.

Yea, trest an I weren't friends at 100mg 3x per week. But used as a hrt I really enjoyed it better than say 4-dhea and 4-androstenediol.
 
Thats the only way I like it too - HRT dosing. Bout 15mg/day is all I want.
I had phenyl/ace 75/25 an was going with 25mg 2-3 x per week.
I'm looking forward to trying this with a medium ester test product.

I take it periodically right now actually. Synthetek is the brand. They sell other stuff too though like IM L-Carnitine (which I also take).

The ATP has all the right ingredients to increase the chances of it actually interacting with the muscle cells. I believe it does based on my experience. Increases strength, stamina and fullness but I bet it really shines the most in extremely low calorie diets OR where extensive training is taking place.

Other honorable mentions are Bostin Loyd's 3CC "Massage Oil". Yes, I take that. Yes, it works. Yes, it's an SEO and yes, my arms will look better than my competitions because I took it. MCT based product. Other proprietary stuff not mentioned obviously but other products similar to it would be Painless Pumps and Synthetek's Syntherol product. One of the most misunderstood topics on the internet in terms of bodybuilding is Synthol-type products. People actually think that the modern MCT-based stuff is gonna build up scar-tissue and cause the infections/swelling that some of these ridiculous Brazilians seem to claim were doing...lol...they were taking whatever they could get their hands on and probably just motor oil. MCT clears the system in about 7 days so after you stop taking it, the muscle inflammation goes away after about 3-4 days and by day 7 the only thing that is left is a more developed and detailed muscle head than before... I highly recommend MCT-based SEO's for building up small, round muscle bellies. Chest is also acceptable but still can be tricky.

I think a lot of people only think of those extreme cases of seo horror stories but fail to realize its abuse. Gregg V really put a bad spin on it.

I’ve attempted that before. Hurt like a mofo. Never again. I’ve got ptsd from quads, but know I’m gonna have to hit them soon.
Started with glutes last week. Delts this week. Quads next.

It’s already better basically. Just can’t take much oil comparatively anyway, so more for someone doing very frequent small shots needing some sites.
 
Anyone get real bad allergies while on test?
