Fish oil and milk protein shake.

Fish oil isn't fish. It's omega fatty acids. And just because you heard something somewhere doesn't mean it's true, like this. Ideally though you dose fish oil away from your workout, couple hours will do.

Definitely do not consume fish and milk in the same meal. Ever.
The milk binds to the carbons of the fish, causing a lacto-carbon bond that can not be broken down in the body. This is why people have bathroom problems after doing so, because they are trying to pass an undigested fish through the body.

I lied.

I guess ive never really known the right time to take it. Figured if i hit the gym at 4-5 it will have time to help my joints...im not experienced at all so id love to hear the proper times to take it..

Typically you want to take fish oil with a meal as that will help with digestion (burps), and you also want to make sure your fish oil product is enteric coated. You don't dose peri-workout because fish oil is an anti-inflammatory. So, don't use a couple hours pre or post workout and you're fine. Fish oil really doesn't have any poor interactions with other supplements (outside ArA and such), take it with whatever else you use.

This. I think you're over thinking it after you saw something on the internet. You can does whenever you want and take it with whatever food you want. Just get it in daily.

If you combine any type of seafood with dairy, specifically cheese, you'll get looked down upon by fancy traditional Italian chefs. That's probably the biggest risk lol. Other than that, you are way overthinking this. Like Rhadam said above, take fish oil with food and away from your workout, and you're fine.
