im going to log my progress for those interested on a cycle of 1 and 4 andro (super mandro and andro the giant).
starting stats:
weight: 180
bf: tbd
bench: 205
squat: 205
deadlift: 315
im going to be running the 1,4 andros for 4-6 weeks (not sure yet will see how i feel 4th week)
1 andro: 330mg daily
4 andro: 330mg daily
blockade on cycle defence: 3 caps daily
fish oil
multi v
creatine
bcaas
protein
PCT is clomid and i have aromasin on hand just in case
shoulder and knee injuries have limited my results especially on the bench so im hoping to boost both my squat and bench number quite a bit while also trying to improve my shoulder mobility and strength
going to try and update as much as possible, definitely weekly and probably after each workout day
follow along and wish me luck on some gainzzz
going to aim for 195 by the end
