So my two biggest carb meals are pre and post workout. Using it before the preworkout meal is a no brainer but what about post workout? I know GDA's aren't usually recommended post workout and it would only be like a 3 hour gap between doses. Would I be better taking my other dose earlier in the day?

Use one of the doses prior to some other meal. Training will act as a nutrient partitioner, and may as well spread the two doses a bit farther apart.

Ok that's what I was thinking but just wanted to be sure. And I remember you saying something about not using Shift and Assassinate at the same time, do you still have that stance? Only asking because I'm in the middle of a two bottle run of Shift and started Assassinate last week.

It won't hurt you, but IMO it's kind of a waste since they hit a few of the same pathways. Point of diminishing returns and cost-effectiveness and all. If it were me, I'd save Shift for later.

I am on week 2, or day 8 of using this with EU alphamine as my 2 main fat burners,

i have been on Modified PSMF for last week, this is now my second week psmf, day 8, i find i am only hungry early hours in am and sleep it off, diet consists of 1 full floret of brocolli and 200g chicken breast x 2 and 60g whey and casein mix protein shake x 2, e.g. one meal 12:00, protein after workout at 5-6pm then meal at 6:30-7pm and last shake at 8:00pm, IF 16/8 helps with low caloric intake, i also have a greens supplement and 6 grams of mega omega 3 per day, i have been dosing this 2 caps prior to 1st meal and 2 caps prior to second, but wonder if it would be of more benefit to dose 2 in am fasted wait a few hours and have 2 more prior to breakfast at 12:00pm.

Unless you add a 3rd meal keep dosing like you have. Utilize the nutrient uptake benefits IMO
 
Since this is a non stim would I be able to take a pill at night and not have it mess with my sleep?

It should not affect sleep. However, some people react to supplements different ways so I would try it and see if you are sensitive to it.
 
You can stack them with Assass1nate.

I'd split those into two runs. Probably would go:
Ignit3 + Shift: 3 Ignit3 + 1 Shift AM, 2 Ignit3 + 1 Shift PM, dose Ignit3 away from food
BS War + Assass1nate: 1-2 scoops War AM, 1 scoop War PM, Assass1nate at 2 caps twice daily prior to your largest carb meals

I'll start my BS War + Assassinate stack tomorrow for 4 weeks and then Ignit3 + Shift for the next 4 weeks. Should I add S7 or SS towards the end or it's too much?

I'd add in SS all 8 weeks should be stellar, be prepared to sweat your ass off
 
Just ordered two bottles of assassinate gonna run it with ignite and epic unleashed i also have some brite. It's gonna be a easy cut

I've started taking 1 dose pre-bed with my Sup3r-7 and I'm definitely looking leaner each morning.

No issues falling asleep!

Yeah, that's fine. You likely wouldn't be using Ignit3 and Assass1nate at the same time of day anyway, given that Assass1nate is generally used before meals and Ignit3 should be taken on an empty stomach.

An actual question though, I'm trying to figure out a decent dosing schedule since I got mine in the mail today.


8:00am - wake up, take Nootropimax, LCLT, Vitamin B5, Agmatine, I may add in Bronkaid.
10:00am-12:00pm - take pre workout, go to gym. It depends on the day of the week which time I get there.
11:30am-1:30pm - post workout meal, Vitamin B5, LCLT.

Then I may eat anywhere between 1-3 other meals until bed, it really just depends. Some days I will fast after the pre workout meal until having a huge dinner, other days I will have another small meal or two and a normal sized dinner.

What would you say is the best times to take Assassinate? I'm trying to plan my EC and Assassinate dosing and seeing if I'll even be able to fit the Bronkaid in a second time in the day, I don't want to adjust my schedule too much just for that. I already have the Assassinate so that is my priority.

This is what I'd personally do. 4 caps before the huge dinner, or 2 caps before your normal sized dinner and 2 more caps before the other meal (assuming it's not a mere snack).

Okay cool, does dose timing need to be consistent day to day? Or is it fine if some days it's 4 caps before one big meal and others the caps are split up?

Just before you eat assuming your meals are spaced at least a few hours apart
 
For the most part, I have been dosing it 1 pill QID. Sometimes before a meal....other times fasted. Occasionally I do take two before a larger meal if the timing so happens to work out that way, but I have not been too concerned about always dosing it exactly the same way. I also happen to be taking Bronkaid...and a stimmed fat burner.

Personally, I like breaking up the doses more frequently as I feel that it keeps the fat burning qualities at a more consistent level. Of course I did not formulate the product so I don't really know if my reasoning actually makes a noteworthy difference as far as results in the long run...
 
I don't know if it's just a coincidence or not, but I seem to be hungrier since I started this yesterday.

I am following IF 16/8 and PSMF, i have done 3 weeks now at around 1000 calories per day which is almost a deficit of 2000 calories due to my maintenance level being around 2800-3000, and have had less hunger when using Assass1nate in combination with EU fat burner alphamine.

I had stomach pains the other day so worked from home and was lying down half the day...point is I still ate 2750cals :(
