Gyno?

I have had Gyno under the left nipple for over 8 years. It's weird because it fluctuates in size and not sure why? Is this due to water weight? Fat? Even if I eat well it seems to go up and down. Looking for some advice as I feel bloated as well from time to time.

Fat /hormone fluctuations

Weird. One day it might be somewhat decent then the next it will have a lot. Can shift day to day. Wouldn't think it stores fat and leaves within 48 hours. Anything to take to regulate hormones? Assume the estrogen is fluctuating? I also have bloating all the time in stomach. Eat well and cannot lose weight. I am in shape and workout all the time.

Depends what type of gyno you have.

Probably in your head, gyno doesn't reallyfluctuate like that.

Unless it is real gyno and his estrogen levels are being manipulated by exogenous hormones. He's more than likely got "pseudo gyno" or a little bit of excess chest fat and sees a slight change with his weight fluctuations.

Haha no not in my head. It happens and it's obvious it fluctuates. It happened from tren a while back. Actually it was a prohormone pill

So, you have a lump under your nipple that fluctuates in size without taking anything hormonal?

Exactly right. Small lump but it fluctuates around it. Likes it's water or fat. Varies almost day to day

I am in good shape. Just seem to hold water maybe in waist area and stomach feels bloated same time as chest does. Testosterone is good. Problem is I took pro hormones when I was younger with really no pct. but that was when I was 24-29. Now I am 36

Guess nobody knows.

It makes no sense. Also, kinda hard to guess when you have been very vague and haven't answered all the questions you have been asked by people trying to help you.

I have A lump under the left nipple. I assume there is some fat that fluctuates around the lump. That is what fluctuates? Not really sure what else there is to ask.

Didn't know if that is normal or is it water weight and estrogen

Fat fluctuations = fat fluctuations. Lump growing and shrinking = estrogen fluctuations. This has been explained already, not sure what else you are asking.

I just don't think hormones cause that much fluctuation, not on a daily level, maybe not even weekly. Unless they are really ****ing high levels

He never answered me if he was taking anything hormonal so I am literally just grasping at something. It's obviously pseudo gyno he has and his body fat level is fluctuating. Inject some trest for a few days with no ai and let me know if you see a difference in your nips day to day.

I mean it takes time to build up for most stuff. Even taking test it's not an immediate thing and it won't just go down and up, it generally just gets worse unless you control it or stop taking whatever is causing it. I'm not saying it's not possible I just think it's highly unlikely. I've never been on a rollercoaster ride with estrogen. It's just gets progressively worse I've found unless you deal with it. That's for me personally tho. Either way I'd put money on it just being pseudo gyno, and maybe just maybe it's legit and by messing with his nips too much it's getting worse.

Pretty much what I have been saying since my first post on this thread. We will never know, OP bounced.

Thanks for comments. I have been to a surgeon and it's obviously Gyno guys. Hard lump for 8 years. I am not on a thing. Nothing hormonal. It's either fat fluctuating or estrogen and I believe it's estrogen as I feel water weight also in stomach. Slight weight even dieting which I know is estrogen sides. Believe past years of prohormone use and not a good pct

Yeah. Do I need to see a hormone doctor to get this checked I suppose? Any supplements I can try to see if it would help?

One more thing. Like I said I am in shape workout 5 days a week and have high blood pressure for my age also. Usually 145 to 150 over 82. Blood work all came back fine as far as cholesterol and heart etc. suspect this might be estrogen also

Yup you need to see an endocrinologist so they can figure out what's causing the most problems, I'd say it's a concoction of things

One point to make. I took anavar pills a few years ago and it seemed to shrink it somewhat. Still a lump but seemed smaller. Any reason behind that maybe?

Anavar is a good fat burner if I remember correctly. So it probably got rid of the fat in and around the area and just left you with glass. There's 2 types of gyno. Fatty and glandular. Fatty is easier to get rid of/mannage because it often just has a lot of fat around a few glands. Glandular is a legit lump of just glands.

Yeah. Even when it was smaller there was still a gland there, but smaller. I believe your right ab the fat. Looking to get surgery this coming fall if I can't find anything else

Lose body fat and then give nolvadex with an AI a try. If that doesn't work then run Ralox. If it doesn't go away or it goes away then comes back, then you'll need surgery

I would be concerned about this. I've had high blood pressure like that on cycle but never off cycle. Get some bloodwork done and confirm that your estrogen is high. If it isn't, see a cardiologist immediately.

Didn't even gen catch that, nice catch. This should be on the top of your to do list

I did. Went to doctor. Said since it was 133/80 wasn't that high. Did blood work and all came back good. Did not however do hormone check. But i would not know what would cause it if I am not on anything and blood work was good

You probably have low t. That's why you can't lose weight, and is also why your gyno fluctuates in size. How old are you? I'm 32, similar issue - I have low t so I'm now on arimidex as well as my testosterone. Arimidex greatly reduces the size of my gyno. Please note it does not remove my gyno, simply shrinks it. Only surgery can remove it once it has become fibrous.

That test level sucks tbh

I don't see how that is super low when average is 400. I obviously would like it higher but I don't take any supplements or steroids

Sorry. It was 609 was total t. Would say that isn't bad

Really estrogen I believe is the issue and would cause weight gain and some issues I have.

609 is fine. Not super high, but you shouldn't have any symptoms low T at that dose.

You really need to stop speculating and get some bloodwork. Google "private md labs female hormone panel." 50-60 bucks and you will know for sure what's going on.
