I was privileged to be able to experience the "civil unrest" in Ferguson on a daily basis a few years back. Glad I don't have to deal with it any more.

I drove through Ferguson during the third day. Realized fairly quickly that I didn't belong there, and my presence was not appreciated. Apparently since I'm old, white, in halfway decent shape and have a flat top haircut, I'm a cop.
 
People are dumb as fck. I liked watching the videos where they would try to block the highway and someone would hit them for being stupid and standing in the middle of a highway...lol

The people here are special. When election time comes, they sell their vote to the highest bidder. Last time, the now elect president payed US50 to everyone who voted for him -and throw some live music -and a BBQ in to boot. The majority sold their "soul" for 50 bucks.
Here in Bananaland it's not the government that has to be replaced, it's the people.
90% are sad little fuggers without ethic and morals.
Ah, I love this country... I suggest that the US should make friends with Russia and bomb the **** out of Bananaland. Once all Bananeros are gone, I'll take the lead.

I'm preparing for the gym, like brushing my hair, lots of perfume and shampooing my noodle.

Today will be another "Body weight carousel", lots of chin ups, pull ups, inverted rows, BW triceps extensions and elevated push ups.

I only have to up the cardio a bit , like 1-2 hours more (twice a day) -and get me a Superman t-shirt.
Does constantly sucking the belly in create abs? I may find out.

Thank you... still not 100% sure if I control the AAS -or the roids control me. Nah, I'm kidding. Changed my approach to "less is more".

We have to bite the sour apple. Cardio is mandatory, no way around it.

Yes it does... strengthens the transverse abdominis and keeps the stomach from getting distended... it also corrects/improves posture
Awesome, will keep sucking it in -and never let it out. I'm hoping that the BP meds I take may improve that issue too. Telmisartan lowers visceral fat, looking forward to that side effect.

Here how my doc appointment went, for my fugged up knees:

Doc: What's the problem?
Me: I take steroids and while lowering estrogen with certain drugs, my joints dried out and got damaged.
Doc: When did it happen?
Me: A year ago.
Doc: Did you take any meds trying to solve the problem?
Me: Yes, I injected a veterinary chondroitin preparation around my knees for some months, -also some experimental peptides.
Doc: Seriously? Did it help?
Me: No, that's why I'm here.

He went on getting more private, spoke fluid German with me, because he studied in Germany and seemed delighted about my adventure with peptides and stuff.
I'm glad I went. This guy was not judgemental at all and my direct -and honest approach left a good impression on him.

Have to go for an RX and MRI now, after that to another appointment.

Hehe, true, German is a harsh language -but awesome for rock music like Rammstein!

Not sure if they had more fun on the other side, as we had very little to do, we always had sex, lots of it! :)

one armed row x 1 set-heavy
one armed lat pull down x1 set-heavy
one armed landmine press x2 set-medium
DB lateral rises x6 sets-medium
DB front rises x2 sets-medium
BB shrugs x4 sets-heavy

15 minutes bicycle at 135 HR

When I did my last log, I felt the same way. I KNEW I was gonna make progress.

Actually, I got to stick to my diet because I KNEW it would work.

I could do a bunch of exercise because I KNEW it would work.

This got me thinking about the power of certainty. Being completely certain that you are gonna get what you want, that your plan will work, is a powerful factor. Have a plan and be certain.

I thought I would leave this in your log, because the idea started with something you said a long while back. And it may be why we keep trying to diet and getting side tracked?

Anyway, yes - a covenant. I agree. What I am saying is this. Your beliefs control your actions.

I am in sales so I see this every day. If I believe that every time I pick up the phone I am going to get hung up on, treated with disrespect, people don't want to hear from me, and that they won't buy and I won't make any money - how many times am I going to pick up the phone today?

Now, if I believe that something magical is happening today, and every time I pick up the phone and make a call, I am going to make $1,000....How many times will I pick up the phone?

Obviously one belief tells me to NEVER waste my time picking up the phone while the other will have me picking it up as many times as I can cram in today.

Now, add to that the aspect of certainty. The fact that you have a plan and you are completely confident in the plan. Are you going to stray off that plan very often?

What if you really don't have a plan and you don't know what will happen? How often will you change your actions? Maybe as often as you like?

As far as your progress - you have made tremendous progress. It isn't just about gains. It is life and happiness. We can always do more or do better. You do the best you can at the time you do it...And you will almost always look back and think you could have done better...Because if you did it again today you would have all the lessons you learned.

The cut is really challenging.

It's all happening all over again, like in "Groundhog day".
Fat starts to melt in the "wrong places", making the hip tire appear even bigger!!!
Energy goes down, cravings going up.
I knew that would happen, it happened before.

Currently using Melanotan II at 2.5mg/day to have the full anorexic effect, getting dark -and horny as a side effect.
If everything goes as planed, at the end I may be a lean, horny black dude.

I hear ya. I read somewhere that guys lose weight from the top down. I had a similar issue, with the spare tire being last. When the midsection above the spare tire gets lean, it makes the love handles stick out that much more :(

Nice session! I try and do different stuff with the cables when the gym isn't busy. Will definitely try! I will bet you could do an incline hex press with cables as well.

Hex? When the cable posts are close together it could work!

Those one armed exercises, like rows, pull downs and cable flies work your abs to the max too: win-win!

Edit: Nah, not posts closer together, the bench has to be higher, right?
 
You could maybe just keep the D handles together and perform that way.

Nowadays I pay attention to stretching with weights, like for full rom, as it triggers growth.
