DAY 9: ARMS

Workout was ok although I felt stalled out. Like the pump wasn't as great not sure what to do in order to get back up. Although my diet has been off track which is probably the explanation for it.

Weighed in at 182

Creatine loading phase day 8 complete.


Got 7.5 hours of sleep
 
DAY 10: LEGS

My body felt as though it wasn't fully recovered so I took it easy on legs only did about 8 sets of quads and 8 of hams usually get in about 12 each. Diet has recovered and i making sure to get my meals in as I now know that one day off of it and it screws everything up.

I have been extremely pleased with Orig1n as it let's me workout more often and recover quicker from my workouts especially when combined with a proper diet.

Creatine day 9 done.

The pump thing could be diet, could be trying to hit arms the day after hitting chest (and bench) and being tired, could be temperature, could be the workout itself if you changed anything, could be a lot of factors.

Glad you're enjoying Orig1n so far and that it's been helping with your recovery. That's likely the improved nutrient uptake helping with that, along with the caloric surplus.

On a side note, I realized that three different people called me man, so it's not just you, and I have now changed my avi to something where I'm wearing a shirt lmao. And also not flexed at all, but OL singlet so I get cool points for that, right?

Thats true and interesting you said temperature because it just drastically changed it was +7 celcius on chest day and then arm day was -19 celcius which is like -3 and 45 degrees Fahrenheit lol that's annoying Canadian weather for ya also I saw your profile pic and I gotta say those ol singlets look unreal! Also I am just about to hit back at the gym and I carb loaded then took a GDA (chromium pic) for pump not sure if it'll act synergisticly with Orig1n? What are your thoughts about it and pre workout nutrition?

As a GDA, that's garbage. Granted, it's cheap...but still total garbage.
If you want a real GDA working as intended, try Assass1nate.

I have a full bottle left of it tho.. but carb load and GDA pre workout is it an actual thing? Like proven to work?
 
DAY 11: BACK

I gotta say I'm nearly halfway through Orig1n and it is definitely helping me keep me on track of my nutrition. People who are expecting steroid like results from this product will not obtain them they will not build muscle IMO but they will certainly help in building muscle with whomever has their diet and sleep schedule on track. I am very pleased with the results of Orig1n it has so many side benefits and it definitely increases appetite and recovery. It also controls cravings which I believe is caused by it's blood sugar balancing properties which are a side benefit of nutrient uptake. I feel much fuller as a result of this supplement. Only downside is having to take it 3x a day but if you are legit about your supplements their shouldn't be a problem. Anyways back to my log back workout was sick I tried chromium pic alongside with a **** load of carbs 1h pre workout and it did help but xtyler and Tylerclee tell me that Assass1nate is a much better GDA so since I have got minimal fat gain on this bulk I think my diet is on track therefore I will lower calories on my April cut by reducing carbs a little bit so that I am at maintenance that alongside Assass1n and EC stack should give me a decent cut.

I am finished my Monohydrate loading cycle. Although I did not feel very big effects like the first few times I took creatine I wonder if it's because I have creatine hcl in my pre workout and because I take it often and workout 4-5 days a week that it's the reason for not having as big a boost.

Got 6.5 hours of sleep.

Calories are currently at 3100 with macros being 25protein/30 fats/35 carbs

Sorry guys been busy with school haven't been as committed to writing my logs but I have been making decent progress and I have been taking the prpduct.

My weight is now at 180.5lbs ugh I don't want to go ham on calories but I think I'm going to have to. I was following the Layne Norton's PH3 nutrient recommendation on fast muscle gain i have upped my Cals by 100 which was recommended to me by Tylerclee but I am not gaining weight... Should I up by 500 at this point I don't care if I get a little fat. Might be lean bulk because my strength has shot up. Orig1n is very good at keeping your weight down lol but i honestly think it's keeping me from getting fat while gaining muscle which is a good thing and I shouldn't be complaining. I think my expectations might be getting too high not sure but I shouldn't be stagnant IMO.

Sorry for the confusing post I'm just not sure how to get at it.

DAY 16: Shoulders are looking wider and getting much stronger. I am liking the progress.

DAY 17: Back i think is getting wider and thicker which doesn't make sense because I am not gaining weight but I have two pics here to show.
 
Day 18: Chest strength has gone up I am hitting a few reps extra on my working sets.

Day 19: Arms feel bigger I am going to have to measure them I have never gotten past 15.5in I have small joints so it's ****ty. I am hoping to get up around 16in.
 
NEVER forget this: the scale ain't the whole story...when you gain 5lbs of muscle and lose 5lbs of fat the scale doesn't move yet you look 4000% better....
BTW, if 100 cals aren't enough, try 300 before jumping to 500.
Or try 500 and get the most of these post-workout from fast absorbing protein and carbs.

Small joints aren't great for strength, but they're fantastic for aesthetics, since it creates the illusion of muscles being bigger than they actually are. :)

I never knew that I thought it had to do with only muscle inserts. Well I guess you learn something new every day! That's a plus for looking good at a lower body fat % then.

Day 21: legs been getting in 2000mg of vitamin D with my fish oils. Although my diet has been off track a little bit weight is going up but I'm eating a little dirty. (pizza) and stuff so gotta get back on track. This will put Orig1n through the test to see how the nutrient partitioning goes cause I ate crap lol usually I gain a lot of fat if I eat junk.

Will be doing workout ofday 21 in a couple hours will post results if I hit a new rep pr

One day of eating being off probably won't mess up your diet. If your weight goes up, I'd expect it to be increased water retention from sodium (since pizza) and possibly increased glycogen stores if you don't normally eat a lot of carbs.

However, Orig1n should certainly help with digestion and nutrient uptake!

Thank you and it definitely helped fuel my workout today I could go non stop. Might also be cause I took a day off but maybe eating more is the key? Like 3600 Cal's. Instead of 3100.


Also got a rep PR and did a lot of volume legs are sore af now tho

muscles are feeling much bigger than when I started they feel full at all times and my shirts are fitting tighter than when I started I weigh 183lbs and my abs are popping out a lot more than at the beginning I have at least put on few lb of muscle in 22 days because there's no way I look more ripped than when I started and look more shredded at higher weight without putting on muscle. Got a great shoulder workout in pump was awesome hit a PR on military press I love using the Smith machine and going heavy (5-7 rep range) it seems easier on the joints but still hits the muscle hard.

Weighed in at 184 this morning which is a new high. Hopefully can pull off a solid 185 by the end of the cycle would be unreal. I have increased the Cal's to about 3500. Will clock back in with you guys tonight after my workout.
 
Nothing tops being happy with your results and it sounds like you're happy with both the strength and size gains your making...awesome man!

Yeah for sure I have never followed a real nutrition plan I have always just followed a see food diet lol and tbh following a nutrition plan is a huge piece to the puzzle and Orig1n helps keep on track with pouring down those Cals I saw your massmax xt thread im thinking of stacking that with Orig1n next time.
 
Just finished up my leg workout hit a PR on deadlifts was only doing 275lbs for 3 before and I just finished hitting it for 8 squats were at 3 for 225 and now at 10 for 225 excited about those gains. I'm not very strong at those lifts but I'm slowly getting better.

I took 2 months off. Just got back on it 3 days ago. Had my first noticeable improved sleep last night:). Man I missed those Orig1n burps too;). Odd, I know.
 
Finished my bottle of orig1n I couldn't say that Im not happy 7lbs in a month and looking leaner than I began is quite the accomplishment and I have to thank Orig1n for helping me get those meals down and partitioning the nutrients to ensure no fat gain. Overall I'd give it a 9/10 the only reason I don't give it a 10 is because you have to take 3pills at three different times in the day which means you have to carry orig1n around with you every where you go. It shouldn't be a problem for people who can commit to it though. Thank you OL for the great product will be ordering some more down the road.
