although I realize that money speaks the loudest, there is something to be said for being in an honorable profession.
 
My experience with MassMax XT was a little different than what others reported. I didn't experience increased hunger throughout the day. I did experience it when I woke up though and man it was awesome. I woke up starving every morning lol but I did gain quality mass.

That's the best! The hardest time for me to eat is mornings. I'll watch this unconventional log closely and make a decision about my mid June stack. I'm currently only trying natural anabolics, but there's a bunch out there to try out. So these "unconventional use" logs are gold for me.

Quick update here tonight. At the fire department and we trained ALL D@MN day. But got enough done in the gym to swell my chesticles up. Weighed in at 214 this morning!!

R1balla Im not 100% sure where I was when I started initially , but I was about 221 a week ago. Using the MassMax XT and Radiate twice a day. Keeping the calories between 1200-1900 and under 50 carbs a day. Just now going to really start to step up my cardio and attempt to continue to lift heavy(ish)

7 pounds then! I'm glad to see that you are cutting while on MassMax XT. Sure it is geared towards mass, but when I first saw the ingredient label, I thought it would be interesting to use on a cut. And after my first 8 week run with it, my first observations seem to be spot on. I'm excited to follow this. May need to add MassMax xt into my next cutting stack.

As of now Id say YES!! Do it!! The hunger hits me from time to time but not to the point that I cant keep it in check.

In all honesty my target isnt really stable. In my head Id I say I want to see 200-205, but realistically I have my own saying. I dont care what my weight is....as long as when I stop doing jumping jacks..ALL of me stops doing jumping jacks. In other words I dont care about that number as long as the jiggly crap is gone. Since Ive started this entire journey to feel like Im in my Teens again..my weight has fluctuated up and down. Ive learned a lot from people on here as well as making mistakes. Ive gotten more solid as well as thick, my traps, shoulders and arms have grown, my flanks and gut have shrunk but Im still learning. The strength in my chest has went way up compared to where I started, but yet Im just not thoroughly convinced my chest is actually growing and its really putting me in the dumps. Must...keep...pushing...Sorry...I kinda went off in left field there...guess I needed to vent. Did I even answer your question? Lol
 
Just not feeling it today guys. Not sure if the sleep deprivation is kicking in or if Im starting to come down with something. Last night started getting a headache, and today about every joint I have is sore. HOWEVER..as pathetic as it is I was able to do some much needed back work. Didn't get real heavy, but concentrated HARD on my mind/muscle connectivity. No dead today, lower back is sore as well. Going to bed now since Im working a 16 hours shift at EMS. Oh..took my first daily dose when I got done lifting with 8oz of plain fat free Greek yogurt, 1 scoop of viscous vanilla protein and 2 tbsp of PB2. Second dose will be with 1.5 lbs of boiled chicken

Sweet @ss album!! But I rocked out to Five Finger Death Punch and Rage Against the Machine today. It got me through!! Now that Im at work I can feel the tighness in my back so i did something right
 
Rage is the shyt. Towards the end of all those Metallica albums, there is this magical instrumental that kicks ass. Love it!

Ya the reason I asked is cause you seemed excited about seeing the scale to down, personally I love to see the scale hold constant but the bf Calipers going down!
Keep pushing man, you're probably just in that same "plateau" spot I'm in, then the whoosh happens and you're moving again!

When I'm super exhausted, I feel very real flu like symptoms. Just get some rest, listen to your body and come back this weekend hard!

So no lifts for a few days, at least until my gut is back to normal and I dont have a slight fever...should I continue to take the MassMax or cease until Im back in the saddle ?

If you arent throwing up then I would still take it personally. Can't speak for others though. I'd keep taking it to allow it to build in my system. You already know this, but get some rest, stay on top of your diet (it's hard to do when you are sick!) and stay hydrated my friend.

Yeah the diet is taking a hit..hard. Tests came back as salmonella. So for a few days beef broth, crackers and 1 probiotic yogurt a day according to the doc. I so much as THINK of solid food and Im hitting the john. It sucks bro
 
Damn dude. That totally blows!! Always happens to me like that too. I get in a groove and routine, then BAM! Sickness or something else breaks it all up. Rest up brother. I'd keep taking the pills if you're not vomiting. Then, after you're well rested, come back and kill it!

Im at about 95% this morning buddy! Actually ate solid food last night and figured ai could use something good so I ate a couple Gyros!! Man they were divine!! But one thing is for sure, I got more sleep in the last few days than Ive had in the last year...and Im feeling rather refreshed, so Im hitting the gym this morning and starting the diet back!! Really stoked that I only missed 3 days total of my training so I dont think I really lost anything. I did continue the MassMax throughout so hopefully itll start to shine this week!!

Yes sir guys...Im back at it. Sorry for the lack of updates yesterday but after I got off of work I hit the gym and went home for a 2.5 hour nap....but the wife decided I needed more sleep so it ended up being about 5.5 hours. But the sleep Ive had this past week from being sick has really refreshed me. I realize how much I was losing and how bad I needed to catch up. I didnt log my lifts yesterday but I can say this...3 days of the runs, and a diet consisting of beef broth and saltines will take a hit on your energy levels. I made it through the entire session, and the Radiate had me sweating like no tomorrow, but I struggled to bench 275 for a full set. Weight yesterday was actually 211lbs, but Im sure a lot of that was from the sickness so Im expecting to see some of it back, but hoping Ill be back close to that by the end
Of the week. Ill be out servicing Hydrants for about 4 hours today, but Ill definitely get my lifts in!! Breakfast this morning was 8oz plain greek yogurt, a scoop of vicious vanilla whey and PB2 as well as my morning dose of MassMax XT! Missed you guys.
