What is the best sleep aid available now?

I'm looking at getting the combo stack on the website!

I've used Sedation and love it, but Comatize is one that I would reserve for those rare times I cannot get to sleep. I don't see that happening, but my wife on the other hand will be giving it a try I'm sure. She has a much harder time sleeping. She's on call at the hospital, even when she isn't she cannot seem to relax and turn that off. It's one to be used sparingly.

Sedation is one of my favorites in our lineup.

Somatomax, Hi Tech
Noxitropin PM, CTD Labs
Sleep/GH, Prime Nutrition
Fade Out, Redcon1
NighTTrain, LGI
Anesthetized, Blackstone Labs
Hypnos, Chaos and Pain
REM - 8.0, Formutech Nutrition
Oneiromancer Antaeus Labs
Dream N Grow, Ironmag Labs

I would strongly recommend anyone taking any of the sleep aids on this list, to start out conservatively with a 1/4 to 1/2 scoop to assess your tolerance. I also wouldn't recommend taking anything containing Phenibut in it more than 2-3 times a week max, with a 7-14 day break every 4-6 weeks. As tempting as it may be, you definitely don't want to be taking sleep aids every day particularly Phenibut as you will build up a tolerance fairly quickly and then you won't be able to sleep at all for a good week or more when you go off.

I wanted to list the ingredients with explanations for anyone interested. This is an amazing sleep aid. I mix it with Lime La Croix Soda Water. Be careful when you mix it, put the powder in first and then slowly add the soda water.

Vitamin B3
Promotes sleep in people who have insomnia caused by depression and/or stress. Also known as Niacin, a deficiency in niacin can cause insomnia and restlessness, so it's no surprise that supplementing with B3 can promote better sleep. Vitamin B3 also reduces high cholesterol and triglyceride levels as well as the risk of heart attack.

Vitamin B6
Helps converts tryptophan in your body to Vitamin B3 and serotonin, a neurotransmitter that helps regulating sleep patterns.

Rutaecarpine
Increases the metabolism of caffeine in this body. This helps the body break down and remove caffeine in the body. As we all known caffeine can contribute to restlessness and awake-fullness, so rutaecarpine aids in eliminating the caffeine in your body and allowing you to calm down and reduce the effects of caffeine.

4-aminobutanoic acid
Also known as GABA or gamma-aminobutyric acid, it is a neurotransmitter that can reduce nerve activity, essentially bringing your body down from an excited state and helping to calm you both physically and mentally. Individuals with insomnia have shown to have lower levels of GABA, so supplementing with GABA is important for restful sleep.

Zinc Monomethionine Aspartate + Magnesium Aspartate
Along with Vitamin B6, comprises a supplement known as ZMA. ZMA helps the body achieve deeper levels of REM sleep and support hormone effects while asleep.

Melatonin
A hormone that regulates the daily onset of darkness, melatonin promotes sleep by helping regulate the body's internal clock of sleeping and waking hours.

Aminoethanoic Acid
Also known as glycine, this supplement has shown to increase sleep quality and improve levels of fatigue and well being the next day due to better sleep

L-y-glutamylethylamide
A naturally occuring amino acid, L-theanine is a psychoactive compound, meaning it is able cross the blood-brain barrier and interact directly with the nervous system. There, L-Theanine works by stimulating the production of GABA, which we know already is responsible for "relaxing" the body's nerve firings. L-Theanine improves sleep in making falling asleep easier and faster and increasing sleep duration.

Valeriana officinalis
Also known as valerine, this naturally occuring extract from the Valeriana officinalis plant is traditionally brewed for tea or eaten for relaxation and sedation purposes.

Mucuna pruriens
Increases levels of dopamine in the body. Dopamine plays an important role in the brain processes that lead to falling asleep and the REM stage of sleep associated with dreaming

Keep Dream-IN by Integrity Nutrition

I take 1/4 of a scoop (1/2 a scoop when the tren man comes to visit) and I'll never try anything else. They tell ppl to "use a dose that works for you" seems like they made it ultra pumped up to help those with big time issues. I get 120 nights out of a tub so it's well worth a go.

G8, mk677 are also great products.

I am almost done with a bottle of SNS Growth Factor XT and at first I thought it was amazing, felt more relaxed and woke up feeling in a better mood. But the last 2 nights I wanted to try sleeping without it and to be honest I didn't really notice a difference. I know SNS is a respectable company but after doing some research I think if your going to use a sleep aid with GABA you will be much better off finding something with Phenibut instead. The ingredient profile of Vein Nutrion's Sedation and Comatize look very intriguing.

Well growth factor xt has phenibut in it, soooo... And my god for anyone reading this do not, I repeat do not, use phenibut more than 2, 3 times max!!!! Per week

Revivarant G from APS is my fave..real strong though..start with 1/2 scoop..also Formutech's R.E.M. 8.0

I have had some luck with Dream-and-Grow, my favorite so far.
Somatomax is another good one I used to like.
Didn't like Growth Factor and I don't think I had 1 good night of sleep while using it...

Dream-N-Grow has given me the most consistent results. Products with Phenibut definitely have to be cycled quite often and/or not used on a regular basis. So for me...their use is fairly limited. Some say the same about Kratom to a degree but I have not had any issues and I have taken it for months straight. No withdrawal or other side effects were noted upon cessation. I do happen to rotate it currently though...the other nights I just use a cortisol control product..

You have to try our Sedation. It tastes great and really works and you can use it daily.

+1 for SNS Growth Factor XT. SNS also has Phenibut for those 1 or 2 nights a week where you really need help sleeping.

Reviverant G by APS Nutrition is pretty strong stuff. Using half of a scoop works great for me. REM 8.0 by Formutech Nutrition and Somatomax by Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals are good as well

I've seen some odd things thrown out there for sleep. I use 2 Now Dopa Mucuna capsules 2 hours before I wanna be asleep, and a melatonin one hour before I wanna be asleep. Works pretty well, add a 25 mg benedryl if you want 30 mins before u wanna be alseep if u must.

Yup...I found that to be top notch as well. Not quite on par with Dream-N-Grow for me in terms of not developing a tolerance but it is still a great product.

Yeah you really do develop a tolerance pretty quick with it. I'll have to do some research on dream and grow.

Definitely try some phenibut by SNS if its something youll only be using 2 or three times a week. You'll FEEL better and it has a positive effect on mood while also providing great sleep.

Can I get you to elaborate a bit more on this, please? Thinking about picking it up to rotate in with Fade Out. Also considering Ronnie Coleman Resurrect p.m. if anybody has tried that?
I took 1 scoop Amino PM and I would literally start feeling tired 15-20 minutes later while laying in bed. Would sleep through the night barring the occasional piss break. Would also wake up feeling non drowsy and pretty refreshed. This was off anywhere between 5 and 6 hours of sleep.

I'm currently using Primeval Labs Xanix but have only taken it 2 or 3 times so I'll save my thoughts on that for when I get a better feel for the product.

Only thing that stopped me from getting Fade Out was the phenibut. Was thinking I would either develop a tolerance to it and become dependant on it or it would hit me hard and have me feeling grouchy in the am.

Our Nocturnus is really good.

I sleep like a baby on Glycine based formula's

don't fall into the phenibut trap. If you take it at 50 mg to 500mg a day or more daily you'll be just fine. It's when you hit that 3G+ total daily that you'll go through massive withdrawls, the same associated with opiod withdrawl. Not at tiny tiny doses.

Nope!! Don't listen to this

Plus sleep on phenibut isn't real sleep it acts the same way as benzos and ambien do in the brain and they both ruin sleep quality

Agreed...
Given this..I have not experienced quality sleep for 13 years!

Sorry to say that I personally can't handle all that melatonin. Been there and done that before...and it wasn't pretty.

You can half-dose, or a third even and it's still effective, but if you have a problem with melatonin. It is what it is.

Pulled the trigger on Power Down Amino P.M. in goodnight grape flavor. Looking forward to trying this out. Also picked up some Nutrabio ZMA. About a year ago I tried JYM ZMA and was surprisingly impressed. (That was my first time using a ZMA product.) So hopefully this will treat me just as well as far as the basic ZMA goes.

Hope dream n grows as good as they say mine just came today from strong supps and can't wait to try it tonight.

Not a dedicated sleep-aid supplement, but try glycine, L-ornithine HCL, and L-tryptophan. Simple, cheap, safe, something you can take regularly, and can help you fall asleep and improve sleep quality.

Amino P.M. has me extremely impressed so far. I've only taken it the last two nights, getting about 5 1/2 hours of sleep, which is usual for a work night. But sleep has been solid and I wake up feeling refreshed and much better than usual, no grogginess here either. You can feel it set in, it's not very strong or overpowering but as soon as my head hits that pillow, I'm out. While it is on the expensive side, I would highly recommend it. At 40 scoops per tub, 40$ per tub, when you break it down it's really no different than most other similar products

Does anybody workout at like 9pm and then come home and just crash. Lift and then do some cardio until you are exhausted. Does that work.

I used to workout at about 8pm when I was younger due to work and couldn't sleep for **** the nights I trained

Cool, this is my favorite but I noticed that it's a "sleep window", when I take it right before bed or when I'm actually in bed ready to sleep I slept great every time, but, if I take it and not go to bed right away and try to sleep after +45 min I have a hard to time to fall asleep and tossing and turning the whole night. Everyone is different so you might not experience this but it's something to think about.

Good luck!

This makes sense I took one about 11:20pm, 20 minutes later I was yawning, eyes going together which isn't like me. Didn't manage to get to bed till after midnight and couldn't get to sleep, I was really surprised cos I was sleepy. I'll just take it before bed tonight and see if that makes a difference.

It should, when I take it in the bed I'm sleeping great every time! This have been the most consistent sleep sup for me, when I dose it right that is ;)

Let me know how it goes.

hhey, don't mean to hijack the thread...just wanted to see if anyone here can recommend a pre-bed time thermo WITHOUT melatonin? thanks in advance.
