Loving the Radiate! used 1/2 scoop for a week, 3/4 scoop for a few days, and been on a full scoop for about a week.
Had to throw up noodz.

Brother .. killing it and awesome work getting back to 215 !
 
Got off from EMS this morning and had 1.5 hours before I had to be in class. So I burned through my shoulders and traps in about 40 leaving me enough time to shower and get to class. Took this shot simply because I was digging the way my shoulders and traps were looking and feeling when I was done!!! Invalid Link Removed

Quick update today. Im fricken exhausted. We were out training all day at the fire department. Had a quick workout, but enough to get a good pump in my chest. Nothing heavy though. Woke up this morning at 214lbs!! Inching closer

30 minutes of cardio, and was even able to run a little bit..but only at 5mph. Im going to slowly build the tolerance up in my knee.
 
Remind me what is wrong with your knee? Was it when you hurt it ripping a bed off the wall at a nursing home?
 
Studhorse keeps doing it, so I will too. Lol! I am almost back up to 180 lbs and wanting to get to 195-200 lbs.

Lol..no the bed crushed my toe and broke the toe nail pushing it through my toe like a dagger. Over that. The knee was from 2010, in Iraq. No cool story with that unfortunately. We were running in a track in Kirkuk and doing sprints. Going through the curve in the track I stepped on a patch made of asphalt and it was 120 degrees outside. My knee turned and I kept going straight. Manned up and didnt see the doc till I got home some 4 months later and he said it was an MCL tear but that it was now scar tissue and the surgery wasnt really going to help 100% so I opted out. Every now and then when I do squats or try to run I feel the exact same spot pop and start burning but I'm usually over it within a month or so.

Thanks for clearing that up! Thank god and knock on wood I have never had knee problems. My anckles are shot and anytime I should have hurt my knee my anckle would give out and take most of the trauma.

Making this quick, getting in the bed as Im working a 16 hour shift at EMS tonight. Not feeling my best, ran all night at the fire department, had a headache and now body/joint aches. Hope Im not coming down with anything. Anyway, got home, drank my Radiate and hauled arse to the gym for a 1/2 @ss back workout. This is how it went down...hopefully tomorrow Ill feel better.

When I feel like I'm starting to come down with something I take 2- ZMA every 4 hrs. If you have any. I think it's the zinc that helps.

Quick update for those not following my MassMax log. But weight was at 213 this morning and hoping for 210 by the end of the week.
Got slightly delayed after battling a bout with salmonella, but over it now. Lifts are getting better, and took some new pictures but i cant attach them for some reason
