Hairygrandpas log, fat- and older people welcome!- diet, training, cycles, healing

Update on my fugged up knees:

As most of you already know, my knees are "kaputt".
I tried everything possible, even injecting veterinary dog meds into them, nothing.

As I live in this god forsaken Bananaland, I don't trust the docs here.
After talking to some people in "higher places" I finally found a specialist.
It's the head physician from the national soccer team and I got an appointment for April 04 ! Knees are his specialty.

That is very good news for me and I have high hopes to get those damn joints fixed. It will cost me a small car, I guess -but I already spent a lot of bucks on truckloads of supplements -and whatnot.

Good luck my friend! I hope the appointment goes well and you can finally get some relief!

Saturday gym fever

45 minutes arms, almost no pauses.
Strength and endurance is up. Have to hit the brakes on the weights to not go too heavy.

BP is getting more stable, overall feeling strong and confident.
Diet on point, pinning Melanotan 2 eod/1mg helps with appetite suppression and libido.

hairygrandpa, Good Luck on the Appointment, and Standing By for Good News!

Good luck my friend! I hope the appointment goes well and you can finally get some relief!

Thank you guys, I bet the doc sends me to a catscan and in about a month I will know if there is a surgical solution.
Until then, lets derail AM a bit, shall we?

You're looking to derail this thread? Cool because I've been looking to have a discussion about the movie, Arrival. Anyone? :)

Is there something to discuss? :)
Personally, I found it to be somehow "over the top" trying to give it an "Awe-twist". As soon as time travel (or knowing the future) becomes an option, the whole story lost my interest.
I'm a sci-fi buff, still waiting for something like "Rendezvous with Rama" by Arthur C. Clarke to hit the screen.

One of the better movies of 2016 was "The Lobster", IMHO.

**** SPOILERS ****

Here's what I wanted to get other opinions on...

First, we know that in the movie, learning the alien language rewires the brain to see time all at once -- or at least not linearly.

At the end, we have a Sixth Sense moment where we shockingly discover that the flashbacks Louise was having were actually glimpses of the future, not past.

We also know that Louise wrote a book on the alien language and also taught it at the college.
SO...

Are we to surmise that all humans who take the time to learn the alien language develop the ability to experience time in a non-linear fashion?
Or, is it just Louise? Or, maybe only those who fully immerse themselves in it? (Thus many would never discipline themselves enough to develop non linear time.)

It sure seems such an ability would give an unfair advantage over any that didn't have it.

Also, how enjoyable do you think life would be if you could experience your past present and future in any order -- AND apparently influence your present by something you do or learn in the future?

Thoughts?

It would be hell, as any action you take, changes the outcome in future with your knowledge. I would sit in a dark room all day, not interacting with the world in any way.
Imagine the criminal potential of it. You could do a random thing, like swatting a fly, that later on kills your neighbor -and you would be aware of it.

What I want to say is, imagine someone hates you. He could perform random, non-directed tasks that potentially changes your life to the worst -and knowing the outcome.
Imagine global politics...

I was very disappointed in the recent episodes of the return of X-FILES.

as far as ANCIENT ALIENS goes...forbidden zones is my favorite episode.

X-files was never my thing. "Ancient aliens" I watch sometimes for amusement -gives me ideas -or places to search on google :) .

What I'm into is "Black Mirror", "Westworld" and reality TV like: "Alone" or "Bering sea gold".

my wife and I are into crime and murder...our favorite is SNAPPED, followed by THE FIRST 48...we like NIGHTWATCH too.

absolutely-if nothing else ANCIENT ALIENS gives you something to think about, for me it's kinda hard to dismiss SOME of their theories. aliens is my thing, the wife isn't into it, lol.

Ah! Yes! Crime stuff I like too!
I'm heavy into Astronomic/UFO related stuff -but remain skeptic of previous visitations -not about the possibility.
Following the claims of ancient alien TV -and matching it with scientific data shows, that the tv show is "at least" twisting real findings -and in some instances flat out making claims out of thin air.
None the less it's entertaining, one has to keep his mind open. :)

puma punku is amazing, there is no way on 'EARTH' they could have cut that stone with such precision using the primitive tools that science says were available...then the pyramids...easter island...and imagine being able to make the nasca lines while on the ground!!!

science does not have a solution for how these things were done, imo.

Yes! Pumapunku is AMAZING. Please have a look at this:

This shows the heavy twisting for sensational TV BUT is also very interesting!
Like I said, I watch AA to get input that I can later research.
Still lots of questions open on Pumapunku and Easter islands. Even without extraterrestial influence, how the fugg did they do some of it?

Roid update

Some time ago I bought fake S-drol.
To see if my Turinabol is fake, I got me a test kit:

lol...130 tons instead of 800 tons-obviously they have no experience lifting multi-ton stones by brut force...

question of the day-how many guys does it take to lift 130 tons?

sand and copper chisels-c'mon. they would have had to of used tens of thousands of copper chisels-oh yeah, they had 'special' extra hard copper chisels---thanks that was good for a belly laugh!!!

debunked my ass-that is 10x harder to believe than aliens:toofunny:

The notion that ancient civilizations were incapable -and/or dumber is a misconception.

Yes. It's amazing. I visited Peru several times and also some of the sites in Bolivia.
I just like to see all the angles to extraordinary claims to have a bigger picture. When a guy with weird hair, in a TV program says: "It could not be done"
that is not enough for me.

The guy build a drill out of virtually NOTHING. Did you even saw the vid?

lol...yeah I saw the vid...I also watched a documentary where college professors were trying to show that Egyptians used kites to fly the stones into place building the pyramids-hilarious!!!

LOL, that is ridiculous, KITE? Are they mad?
I'm more astonished about things like that:

That's Gobekli Tepe. It is a sculpture, NOT a carving. Now THAT is astonishing, because it was made about 11.500 years ago.
They chiseled the whole fugging stone and left out the sculpture! Do you know what I mean?

One would expect something like this:

I find it odd that there are still people in this world that don't believe in aliens. The closed-mindedness seems ridiculous. Logic should tell you that with as dumb as a most humans are, we couldn't possibly be the only form of "intelligent life" in the UNIVERSE.

I agree.

But we have still not found a piece of evidence.
All that anal probing and they left not even a bit of extraterrestrial lube behind.

if they are that advanced it shouldn't be hard for them to hide their presence...it could be they are toying with us by dropping clues here and there just for amusement.....

My goodness that guy has a lot of patience!

My goodness that guy has a lot of patience!
I saw all his vids, it's mesmerizing.
It shows us how useless as individuals we have become, running around with our pathetic smartphones, incapable of survival without a supermarket.
Kaprice, lets play a mind game.

You are suddenly in ancient Egypt, 4000 years ago. You have nothing on you.
How would you convince the pharaoh that you are useful to him, what could you teach him?

:)

I thought long about it, lets see if you can come up with something.

This game is to show that we are NOT smarter than the ancients -and they already had everything needed.
They had already very sophisticated solutions to big problems.
We on the other hand, are nothing but users of technology we do not understand enough to reproduce/re-invent it.
With other words: We are useless fuggs.

Okay, I name one:
I would teach him chess. Or any board game I could remember the rules and settings of.

If nobody has another idea, we go back to AAS abuse and iron pumping :)

Sorry, man. I got nothing.

Since you run your own farm/ranch/fishing pond, I'd bet you could teach some useful skills.

Me? Without a computer and the internet, I'm not worth anything but target practice.

Farming and fishing, when you research their methods, they had covered using sophisticated tools -and systems.
They had folding chairs -and invented in that time period the candle (thought I could teach them, they already had it).
Everything we know about medicine is useless to them, as we do not know how to manufacture the drugs we use.
I came up with two more things I could build with the help of their "specialists" : the cross bow (would advance them to the middle ages in warfare) and the ball bearing (made from copper).
Music instruments come to mind and sports like soccer too.
Saying that alien helped with their amazing tasks would be a bitch slap to them. If the pyramids were out of plastic, I would have doubts, LOL.

Anyway, back to bodybuilding.

Diet and cycle:

Cut is going well. Saturday is the worst day for me, because we socialize with people, food and alcohol.
Did not touch anything forbidden.

Upped the t-bol dose to 80mg/day (2x40mg). Test at 175mg/week.
No supplements for fat burning because I'm watching my BP.

Seeing differences already, leaning out nicely. I think all the water from NPP is still leaving.

We should start a commune down there like that Jones guy... except just take steroids and workout instead of the whole mass suicide thing

This would be kind of awesome...lol

I'm afraid it would probably turn into some weird version of Lord of the Flies.

probably because the vast majority of ancient Egyptians were just like the vast majority of us-just along for the ride....they had their einstein's and edison's and gate's too, just like us.....I am sure that bill nye the science guy would have been able to teach them a thing or two, lol.

I still want to move to Bananaland. Fugg this place.

I understand.
In Germany I saw my whole future before my eyes:
Be an employee for life, always receiving orders, drive a nice car, go on vacation once a year, nursing home when old ...then lights out.
Fugg that sh1t!
When I made the decision to leave "the first world", I thought: If everything goes wrong, I go back and live on welfare for awhile.
That made me more confident.

If you have a fixed income from outside, Paraguay could still be a good choice. Depending on what you think is "good living quality", you would need at least $850.- monthly.
If you have to make a living -and you have a modest start capital, my advise would be to look for a less developed country, like Guatemala.
Paraguay's "golden epoch" is over.
If you have no money saved and no fixed income, don't even think about leaving. You will not succeed in the third world.

Correct! I know personally some folks with amazing capabilities, who know how stuff works in detail. I'm not one of them.
But the simple people of that time were more prepared for survival. Look at us puzzies riding stationary bikes to loose fat, LOL

if the grid were to go down the roles would be reversed...third world country's would rule over industrialized country's---- at least for awhile....

You could bring all your animals and we could eat them when protein sources get low

I'm afraid it would probably turn into some weird version of Lord of the Flies.
We have some nutters here...
I observed similar intents. There was a group of hippies, all raw vegans. They bought some acres and did farming and chanting in a cave. They build their own solar hot water system, a big natural swimming pool and all their houses were made from clay, like hobbits.

Did the locals pillage the commune and rape the women etc? I imagine they'd be less likely to do that to a commune of steroid freaks....
SFreed would bring his arsenal down there...
Studhorse would bring his collection of male nudes to hold them over for a while
