RETURN FROM THE DEAD Undetermined length Log - Injury Recovery into Cycle

I will be. One of the things I love about a cycle, even at the mild dose im at, is that even big problems, eventually seem small once I give it some time. My self efficiency is through the roof. Even while injured, which is more than I can say for the past year or 2. My wallet wont be as OK as me tho..hahaha oh well LIFE happens.

Edit: I forgot, a cycle + pot fixes everything. Calmed, focused and proactive....I literally just wrote all of this hahaha

Phase 2: Day 7
So, I ended up hitting the gym and check this out, my PW cocktail was:
200mcg TB-500 x2 on sites I missed
250mg epi+ 1cap ar1macare pro
1 Epi-plex
1pump EP1C TD
1pump dermastrength
1ml VII-KT
3 tablets flexatril
5g creatine
2g taurine
2g Beta-alanine
1 scoop xtend perform
1 tsp yellow manegda kratom
1g agmatine

IDK what was going on there but that got crazy. I only did light cardio and stretching but I entered a sort of a trance..i really don’t know how to describe it but I felt so good, im guessing from endorphins, kratom and the realization that my body is working better. Anyways I made that cocktailto increase bloodflow and help dissolve the knots. I think it worked…I feel pretty amazing. Although I still have knots around the back of my neck and between my left shoulderblade and spine, my body advanced leaps today…Im in love with tb-500.

Body Comp Progress: Better and better. Weight is up from 184 to 186 and still recomping.

Injury Progress: HOLY ****!!!! I am down to the main cores of my injury…I wonder how ill wake up tomorrow…

Workout Details: Light cardio (45 min at 3.5) + Stretching

Subjective Feeling: ON CLOUD 9.

Side effects: Random bouts of euphoria..

Today has been the craziest day ive had in FOREVER…a freaking car crash followed by a major breakthrough in my progress…Idk how to feel at times…
 
Update: Ok this stuff really is no joke...I forgot to put on the neck brace before going to bed last night and instead of waking up with all my **** locked up as usual, I woke up with minor aches where the whiplash occurred and in the back of my neck. This is AMAZING. I applied the rest of my 2nd 2mg vial over what was still tight this morning. This adds up to 4mg which is around whats recommended per week. Hopefully my main peptide shipment will get here (60mg of each of the peptides) before I need to reapply TB-500.

I feel so good in fact, that I will be going to do some bikram at 9am. I hope the heat and stretching helps to straighten out the rest of my knots and help me rebuild some mind muscle connection since a lot of my muscles actually feel weird now that theres less fascia pulling them in all kinds of directions.

Phase 2: Day 8

So, I ve been feeling pretty amazing since my TB-500 shots. I decided to take my body for a test run and did some Bikram. HOLY CRAP!! My body felt completely different!!! My range of motion was wayyyy better, my strength and mind muscle connection were on point and besides that aching spot between my left shoulder blade and my sore scalenes from the car crash, it felt good to go...This is making me reconsider my timetable and dosages....I might need some more T...For now im upping my T and Bold to 1ml a day to help boost this burst of recovery.

Body Comp Progress: Fuller and stronger than I have been in years.

Injury Progress: What more can I say...im in love with TB-500. This **** is made for adhesions and knots! I say my body feels at about 70-80% of the capacity needed for me to start lifting heavy weights again.

Workout Details: Bikram Yoga 60m min.

Subjective Feeling: Freaking amazing. I dont know if it was the lack of pain or the hormones but my mood, energy and confidence are starting to rise to great levels!

Side effects: Getting antsy to get this **** fully fixed and start to pick some heavy **** and put it down!

Despite having no car and a mountain of BS to deal with over the weekend, I feel great. I guess now I know I care about this injury and my body WAYY more than I do about my car or $$ for that matter :D
 
So, Ive been doing some thinking and I have decided to make an interesting addition to my current stack.

So far my stack is relatively mild. I wanted it that way because I couldn't workout enough to make a stronger stack worth taking and I maximized injury repair without really going for anabolism (there was some of course). Now that TB-500 has changed the way I can exercises (I actually made my entire body really sore during yoga), which will only improve Monday when I receive the rest of my peptides, I am inclined to bump up my hormonal anabolism.

However, I do not want to increase my T and BOLD doses regularly because I still want to do high doses of bold later and id like to be able to run the test the entire time. Besides I dont want to increase the bold dosage because this is the dosage proven to help rebuild cartilage. After reading a bunch on delta-2, Ive decided its exactly what I am looking for. Low to no sides, which is perfect for the long cycle I am planning, dry/recomp effect, check, mild yet effective, check, doesnt share structural similarities with any of my current compounds, check (This is a particular hunch of mine, I think unrelated compounds have the best potential for stacking). Luckily I picked up 2 bottles of Sup3r-2 a while back and have more than enough to run it at 500mg/day for the duration of these first 4 weeks (3 now).

This is of course an experiment, the only reason I am choosing to do this is because I am experiencing NO SIDE EFFECTS WHATSOEVER and this extra compound shouldnt really mess with that. I will monitor my reaction to it very closely. If there are any unforeseen complications I will remove it from my stack. If I dont seem to be getting anything out if it, ill remove it from my stack. This will also be a chance for me to see that desoxy-test does. Delta-2 converts into DT and I have some that I want to run as a main compound at some point. This will be a very informative experiment.
 
Update: I have to say, between the AR1MACARE PRO and the high dose epiandro, my gyno battle has become a walk in the park. I am only dosing exem at 12.5 if I feel something coming and so far I only have ahd to do that once last week. Theres is no sensitivity at all as I write this which is crazy...True gyno has never been an issue for me out of the blue until recently, but as long as I can remember, I have always had sensitive nipples. Like..the last mofo who tried twisting them in HS got a punch straight in the gut that turned any classmates from trying that foolishness ever again. Anyways. NOW, for the first time in years, I can actually pinch them without any pain unless I go hard but thats normal. I hope during the next 3 weeks this completely destroys any remaining gyno that might flare up once the test and bold doses are increased.Not having to dose exem so often would be nice..that ****s expensive and my joints really like the higher estro as long as I can handle it.

I am brother. I am lucky to have a very supportive family and friends. I am also lucky to have started a cycle before this happened. As I said, there are very few things that seem unachievable when im on gear ;)
 
Phase 2: Day 9

I took it easy yesterday. My whiplash is still quite there and regardless of what I do its going to take a little to heal properly. Yoga is helping but I dont think yoga every day is the answer. Therefore I did some light cardio, some stretching and some blood flow exercises to help my recovery and heal up for another intense bikram yoga session. Its amazing how powerful bikram is as a training tool. It works my entire body except for my biceps and calves. I am honestly very excited to see what a full cycle will do to my body when paired with regular intense sessions of bikram yoga...

Body Comp Progress: Recomp effect still going on, im noticing a strength increase as well, however, I am not gonna push that envelop yet.

Injury Progress: Doing great except for the whiplash.

Workout Details: Light cardio (10 min at 3.5) + Stretching + Bloodflow exercises.

Subjective Feeling: Pretty good although I believe I have crashed my cortisol a bit. I am dialing back on invictus and 7-keto for a little while. 1ml of 7-keto a day and 0.5ml of invictus a day are my doses for now.

Side effects: Slight dizziness from crushed cortisol but nothing too serious. Easy fix.

If everything happens the way it should....I should have my peptides by this afternoon. This will speed my recovery greatly! I cant wait to shoot up some BPC-157 right om the whiplash area. TB-500 is great for adhesions, inflammation and mobility but I believe BPC-157 did a better job at repairing traumatized muscle tissue.
 
Phase 2: Day 10

Yesterday I did some Bikram yoga. It was a pretty intense workout, Im pretty sure the heat was higher than before, some dude from the class before me said "beware, its extra hot". I thought he was just BSing but nope....Im pretty sure the only reason I made it through the entire class was the amount of vasodilators and pump agents helping me pump hot blood to the surface and the constant stream of water i kept pouring over my head so I wouldn't get heatstroke haha. One thing did suck tho, MY PEPTIDES ARE NOT ****ING HERE YET AND THE BLIZZARD IS...Because of this, the healing in my left triceps which released the knot, regressed as the healing halted. I have placed multiple orders cause im tired of this ****...im getting peptides soon one way or the other.

Body Comp Progress: Still recomping amazingly. I see more definition in my core every day and muscles are growing at a constant, although mild pace. This is fine though, I have such a long anabolic period planned that growth isnt a factor that I judge my success by just yet.

Injury Progress: Whiplash is still my main concern and now some knots have halted the healing process and regressed, although milder than how they used to be...I swear all I need is 2-3 weeks in constant peptides therapy and im gonna be as new. I guess this is fine considering I still have some more weeks of this prehardcore period.

Workout Details: Bikram Yoga 60min

Subjective Feeling: Annoyed at my regression and I woke up with a bit of a headache today. I cant tell if its a side effect or dehydration or post heatstroke. If this doesnt go away by tomorrow, ill reduce my epiandro dose by 250mg and delta 2 by 250mg to test the waters.

Side effects:
Very mild headache, still diagnosing, mild back acne, nothing out of the ordinary.

Gargle Throat with salt and warm water, and if you have any Antibiotics take them as well..
 
Phase 2: Day 11

Yesterday was technically a rest day although I ended up doing some cardio. I had to haul all the **** that was left in my car from the towing lot to my apt cause uber was kind enough to drop me off but there was no car available for another 30 min... It was about 30 min walking in the snow dragging a 20-30lb bag around with me. Luckily I kind of expected that to happen to I dosed my usual PW before I went there hahaha.

Body Comp Progress: Lookin better every day. I can feel tightness in my core the way I haven't in forever.

Injury Progress: The whiplash is proving to be a tough bitch. I am really hoping my peptides show up ASAP.

Workout Details:
30 min cardio in the snow.

Subjective Feeling: I think the cortisol blocking arsenal did its job. I woke up today feeling much better despite my snow adventures. From now on lll use this method when getting sick to fully confirm its effectiveness.

Side effects: 1 Painful back zit...yeap just one. Headache and stuff going away, it was definitely more related to the dehydratiion/stress on my body or the mild sore throat.

At this point im going to start a ritualistic praying session to summon the spirits of good mail and prompt delivery...*Puts on shaman gear*
 
Update: I am not sure if this was induced by the sore throat but I woke up with bags under my eyes. This can also be caused by too much sodium retention. After reading some more into sup3r-2 and desoxy-T (target hormone), as well as phera (methylated desoxy-T), I have found a correlation between their usage and water retention, although not coming from estrogen. I drank a lot of water and took some potassium caps and they have gone away so sodium retention is a possible suspect. I will monitor my salt intake more carefully (I have half a bag of beef jerky and a bunch of salted almonds yesterday)
 
Phase 2: Day 12

Since I ended up hauling **** in the snow the day before, yesterday I decided to rest. I believe the whiplash is asking for a break and I think ill give it some until my peptides arrive.

Body Comp Progress: More definition in my lower abs area, my legs are getting thick as ****.

Injury Progress: Whiplash still being a bitch and some amount of soreness all around. Rest needed.

Workout Details: REST.

Subjective Feeling:
I dont like not training....I must be responsible....I dont like being responsible.

Side effects: The painful zit is doing better. None really. I attribute this to some degree to the amount of protective supps im taking. Some of the random stuff like black seed oil has been proven to reduce triglycerides when elevated for example. It will be interesting seeing what my values look like after this cycle considering there will be a decent amount of liver harsh compounds and just the overall duration and number of items.

Note: I believe I have identified an issue with an approach I have been taking. Lower cortisol, good, IFing, good, IFing with low Cortisol...BAD. This explains to some degree why ive felt off in the mornings until I have my first meal (I am basically feeling low blood sugar which is solves by my first meal). This is a theory as of now but it seems rather accurate.

Edit: Yeap, pretty sure I crashed my cortisol trying to get over this sore throat. Good thing is, thats all better now. I just gotta dial back on the invictus and 7-keto and wait for it to bounce back, lesson learned.
 
Note: Eyyy I just got my BP monitor. Dont need it yet but itll be neat later in the cycle.
 
I had a random thought I wanted to share it with you guys. Countless times, I read people judging others for usijng AAS when they arent lifting hundreds of pounds because "they havent reached their full potential"....Ok so you think that the "right" way of using these is for cosmetic and ego boosting reasons and not repairing ones body/digging yourself out of a rut/strengthening your body when it needs it the most?

I think this is BS. AAS were invented for medical purposes and I truly believe this is a right use for them. I dont have anything against using them cosmetically and to become monsters, I just think that their intended purposes should be more respected and less bashed on. Having said that, dosing 1g of test/week for recovery purposes....yeah that ****s not ok hahaha
 
Phase 2: Day 12

Still resting waiting for my peptides, according to USPS theyll arrive later today.

Body Comp Progress: Starting to look much fuller. I cant wait to start lifting and doing more intense yoga once these peptides get here.

Injury Progress: Whiplash still being a bitch, I keep doing stretches and strengthening exercises for it but its proving tough without the peptides

Workout Details: REST & neck exercises.

Subjective Feeling: OK, I learned that dosing a lot of bold at once gives me bad anxiety, probably wont be dosing higher BOLD later on, I have to think of a restructure.

Side effects: None, just neck pain from the whiplash.

THE PROMISED DAY HAS ARRIVED!!! I got some TB-500 in the mail !!!! Unfortunately, no BPC-157 yet.

I am amazed at how this **** works for what I got. I just pinned a total of 2mg spread into 400mcg doses into 5 injury hotspots and guys...minutes after I can hear clicking and popping as many of my adhesions release once again and the healing process begins once again. One of these was my whiplash area which would actually need bpc-157 better but **** it. Hopefully itll show some improvement over the next day or 2. I am about to do some mild yoga to help release my body and I have my friend, the one who started my journey by doing scratching and deep tissue massages, coming over tonight to hang out and I talked him into giving me a full session.

*Crossing fingers* Hopefully all of this will allow me to go to bikram tomorrow and give it my all, I have been avoiding it because I dont want to half ass it while I need the healing/rest time.

Edit: God this **** is freaky...I can feel muscles having spasms around my neck as they release randomly when im not thinking about it and im like...."WTF...oh right tb-500".
 
Phase 2: Days 13/14

I got my TB-500 and went nuts hahaha. I dosed about 5mg over the course of 2 days and was lucky enough to have my physical therapist friend come over to hang out. My weekend turned into an all inclusive therapy session haha. TB-500 shots, followed by deep tissue massage, followed by hardcore scrapping all over my body. I am pretty much a blotch of red and purple at the moment and the waste products are definitely flooding my body and making me lethargic but thats normal. (Why I havent updated this till now). Unfortunately, I dont get the BPC-157 or the rest of my tb till tuesday. Given the amount of trauma and stress on ym body already, I decided to not workout for a little, instead I took the time to clean up my house, take the trash out and basically do low intensity cardio for about 2-3h to help circulate some of the bad blood.

Body Comp Progress: My muscles now look like I am in the middle of a cycle. Fullness is great! I cant wait to start lifting and see the mad pumps im gonna get.

Injury Progress: Whiplash is better thanks to my friend and my entire body is now traumatized and healing (in a good way).

Workout Details: Work around the house 2-3h.

Subjective Feeling:
Feeling great about the progress but lethargic because of the muscle waste circulating my body.

Side effects: Lethargy, mad discipline (I turned out going out partying yesterday to focus on getting my healing straight).

Peptides are the truth!
 
Update: Because I have enough epiandro for this and I havent felt any side effects from it, only increasing benefits as I climb the dose, I have decided to up my epiandro to 1500mg/day. I will probably up it once more towards the end of the 1rst 4 weeks to finish the bottles I have. I will also be upping my sup3r-2 dose to 750mg/day and eventually 1000mg/day towards the end of the 1rst 4 weeks (this is subject to change, I dont trust desoxy as much as I trust DHT).
 
Phase 2: Day 15

Still recovering from the deep tissue massages and scrapping so I did some rehab exercises, some light yoga and stretches to help move things along. iF everything goes well I might go to bikram yoga today.

Body Comp Progress: I havent had some carbs in a while and its showing, This car situation is really inconvenient.

Injury Progress: Whiplash still annoying. I have ddiscovered I have a good amount of scar tissue/fascia connecting my left delt to my left tricep, theres very little separation. I will be focusing my scrapping sessions here.

Workout Details: rehab/ light yoga / stretching

Subjective Feeling: Ok, I think im in desperate need of carbs.

Side effects: Low carb fog for lack of better word.
 
Phase 2: Day 16

Did some more scrapping on my left tricep. I wasnt able to go to yoga because I went to the insurance office to get the money for my car. Instead, I did some rehab exercises at home and some light yoga. I focused body parts that seem to need some extra love to get back on their feet. Peptides should be here today. I am gonna make an effort to go to yoga since I will be able to make the most using both peptides. Ill have to see when I manage to find some time to get a new car.

Body Comp Progress: Looking real good, I have some pics I took at the beginning of week 3 that Ill post soon.

Injury Progress: Whiplash getting a bit better. I am confident once the BPC-157 gets here things will move much smoother.

Workout Details: rehab/ light yoga / stretching

Subjective Feeling: Still need more carbs, I was falling asleep mid afternoon and I am pretty sure its from lack of carbs, Unfortunately im still carless and paying 20$ there and back to uber to the grocery store is....not what im doing.

Side effects: A little tired

I did some research and some asking around and ostarine seems to be a good addition to my stack. I have had really good experiences with it in the past and apparently my concerns about it competing with stronger anabolics is unfounded. Therefore I am starting ostarine at 20mg/day. I will do a trial run until the end of week 4 and if it appears to be helping with no sides, Ill keep it around till week 12. Given the amount of anabolics I am stacking at this point, If I feel any sides I am reducing or removing super-2 altogether.

Phase 2: Day 17

I was supposed to go do bikram but, even though the USPS tracking showed expected delivery date to be yesterday....no package. SOOOOO, i was like FML, im just gonna go do a more lax version (Yin yoga) to stretch. It was hard to relax to be honest, I was really pissed off about the peptides. I cant tell if my patience is just wearing thin naturally or if some of these hormones are adding to it but I was mad....

Body Comp Progress: Cutting down hard from not having that many carbs for days haha.

Injury Progress: Whiplash is a bit bedtter. I noticed my trap and some back muscles are getting tight and pulling on my left shoulder. I managed to stretch some of it at yoga but I am hoping peptides + an actual hot yoga session loosens it up all the way.

Workout Details: Yin Yoga 60 min

Subjective Feeling
: I have been rather angry later. Cant tell where its coming from tho. I suspect....well all the **** going on right now, or the lack of carbs, or the epiandro or super-2 are to blame (I have read some people get really angry with desoxy which is the target hormone for super-2)

Side effects: Moments of anger. Luckily I supplement with "relaxing herbs" haha

Yeah, not too thrilled about yesterday. I dont know why but it feels like I am fighting an uphill battle...things could be much easier...I could have not gotten into a car crash and gotten whiplash, I could have had a steady steam of peptides and I could be training more/better but instead im just struggling. I am hoping this is the low before the high (as it happens rather often in my life).

Thanks brother. To be honest, im kinda done with this cutting phase. I am getting real ansty to start eating big, working out harder and seeing some muscle. Hopefully, all of this will be possible by the time the weekend rolls by.

Thanks for the motivation hahah. Im hoping once the training really picks up the muscle memory and all this stuff just goes into hyperdrive with the 3k-3.5k calories I will be eating a day, most of which will be super clean
 
Phase 2: Day 17

Peptides did not get here yesterday either...Oh well. There are 2 seaparete packages that should be getting here today....if both fail...idk man. Anyways, I said **** it and went to do bikram yoga yesterday. I WENT ALL OUT! Was pretty great actually. Barely took any breaks, the only thing keeping me from doing everything perfectly was a muscle under my scapula that is still needing some love. Its actually sore as hell this morning but not injured which is good.

Body Comp Progress: I carbed up before and fter yoga (PIZZAAAAA hahaha, runnning out of options here) and it all went straight to my muscles. I looked amazing after yoga. Might or might not have bragged to a couple of chicks who are digging it.

Injury Progress: Whiplash is getting better to the point where my back muscles are now my main concern.

Workout Details: Bikram yoga 60min

Subjective Feeling: Preeety good. I think my body just likes running on carbs. Luckily I have some more pizza hahaha. I should be getting a new car soon which is also exciting aaaand real groceries...HELLA EXCITING haha.

Side effects: Starting to get some more back acne. Not terrible but if it keeps getting worse im gonna have to do something about it.

Despite the no peptides, yesterday was a good day. Hopefully, today will be even better with some peptides and possibly a new car.

HOLY ****ING **** BATMAN! After yet another issue with USPS (they didnt drop the key off...they moved all my mail to my front door which made me freak out for like 20 min cause they didnt tell me **** and my box is like100ft and 2 floors up so I called them before I even went into my apt) I FINALLY GOT MY MOTHER****ING MAIL!! ITS CHRISTMASSSSS

Let me breakdown all the **** that I just got and had delayed/kept from me:
T3 100mcg/ml 30ml
Toremifene 60mg/ml 30ml

BPC-157 5mg x6

The SERMs have been stored in my PCT box.

So naturally I wasted no time, shot up 2mg of TB-500 (I will add another 2mg over the course of today and tomorrow as I see fit), 1.5mg of BPC spread over main injury sites, 100mcg of both ipamorelin and CJC and drank 50mcg of T3 (FINALLY I CAN START THIS ****!). I almost took a cap of phera from how excited I was....Yeah im not that crazy hahaha I have important plans for this bottle of Phera and im not wasting a single cap, ****. I am going to give all of this some time to work (I literally feel tb-500 working within the hour) while I drink some radiate/bcaa/etc.. shake. In a little while im going to go do some cardio to get these peptides circulating and start making good use of the t3. I was going to go get my new car today but im having plenty of excitement today, ill save the new car for tomorrow.

HOLY ****ING **** BATMAN! After yet another issue with USPS (they didnt drop the key off...they moved all my mail to my front door which made me freak out for like 20 min cause they didnt tell me **** and my box is like100ft and 2 floors up so I called them before I even went into my apt) I FINALLY GOT MY MOTHER****ING MAIL!! ITS CHRISTMASSSSS

Let me breakdown all the **** that I just got and had delayed/kept from me:
T3 100mcg/ml 30ml
Toremifene 60mg/ml 30ml
Clomiphene 60mg/ml 30ml
BPC-157 5mg x6
TB-500 2mg x4
Ipamorelin 2mg x4
Cjc-1295 NO DAC 2mg x4
Pheradrol (Phera-plex clone) 10mg x90 caps (TO THE PERSON WHO HOOKED ME UP, IF YOU READ THIS, YOU ARE THE REAL MVP!!!!)

The SERMs have been stored in my PCT box.

So naturally I wasted no time, shot up 2mg of TB-500 (I will add another 2mg over the course of today and tomorrow as I see fit), 1.5mg of BPC spread over main injury sites, 100mcg of both ipamorelin and CJC and drank 50mcg of T3 (FINALLY I CAN START THIS ****!). I almost took a cap of phera from how excited I was....Yeah im not that crazy hahaha I have important plans for this bottle of Phera and im not wasting a single cap, ****. I'll have to Start! I'm pretty sure that's why threads have been dead! Your a lucky bastard! That's a nice little stash! I need to try bpc. I had surgery on a tendon in my wrist last year and it still fuks wit my lifts!

Dude, I cant emphasize enough how amazing these peptides are. I am pretty much gonna always have at least 1 vial of each on hand even after these injuries in case anything goes wrong. This kinda **** is what medicine was invented for but at some point along the way it turned into a money making mafia with the pharmaceuticals...they dont want you to get **** that heals...only treat symptoms.

Yup, western medicine is only good for 1 thing, keeping you alive. If you got life threatening ****, go see your doctor. Dead patients dont pay.

Phera + ghar1ne .. be prepared for sum heavy water weight lol

How many days have u been on phera ?(one of my absolute favorite & dangerous supplement)
 
Hey man! glad to have you on board. I havent started taking the phera yet, im saving that for just the right time. I am actually about to start the triumphalis in about a week from now. I will have peptides the entire time so theres actually a good chance ill be doing some lifting by then. Having said that, Im pretty sure bikram yoga on a cycle alone can be a good way to achieve a sick recomp.I am really excited to what weight lifting and yoga can accomplish when used together during a cycle!
 
Yeah I can def see that .. my girl does it, I'm too much of a "bro science" person to do yoga lol
