Update: I did some light cardio and stretching yesterday. I am trying to take it easy this week to focus on rehabilitating my pec minor which is still a little tender and shortened. It is making impressive progress day by day. I gotta say, without radiate, I think invictus before bed could be a little challenging. I have AMAZING sleep but I do wake up really groggy. 1 scoop of radiate gets me going just fine tho. I can already tell adding the sup3r-shred and invictus is having a leaning out effects, especially around my core. Things are looking good and on track, getting really excited and antsy to start this cycle!!! Must wait till after bloodworks tho...patience....so tough....
 
Update: I weighed myself at work while still fasting. The scale read 185lb...this is the same scale that read 191 after a light breakfast not 3 weeks ago. Considering the fact that ive been able to rehabilitate and even build a decent amount of muscle during that period, I can say with certainty that my natty protocol has worked out better than expected! Lets see where the scale and pictures end up on Friday, my last day of Phase 1.

Edit: I should note I weigh this much while currently taking MK-677 (bloat) which I had not started at that point.
 
Update: I did some bikram yoga yesterday although I decided to mostly ignore what the teacher was doing and just use the heat to carry on with my own stretching plan. I did about 15-20 minutes of the class to warm up, loosen things up and workout my lower body whenever possible. It worked out great! My chest and neck stretched a good deal and my legs are a bit tired. I think from now till the beginning of my cycle im going to be doing light cardio and stretching to prepare myself for the cycle. I want to hit the gym on day 1 and Id like my entire body to be fresh and ready.

Note: Because of all the sales everyone seems to be having lately, I have picked up even more stuff for my stash haha. This includes 3 bottles of dermastr3ngth unleashed and EPIC TD unleashed. I love dermastr3ngth and EP1C has glowing reviews so when they were 25 for each bottle I had to get me some haha. I will probably add these to my PCT at some point since I plan on extending my PCT past SERMS for about 4 more weeks using natty anabolics and test boosters to help me retain or even improve during my PCT. The last thing I need is for this cycle to go great and something snapping because it got weak during my PCT(Has happened to me before).
 
What exactly is this type of Yoga?

Its basically yoga but in a room that is heated to 95-105 degrees and its much more demanding physically. It feels like a mix between yoga, a hot room and drills.

Yeah haha, some studios use the name interchangeably, others nitpick. I believe the place I go to does a sort of mix between the 2 (technically one is tougher but again, apparently this is up for debate). Personally, I went to try a place, loved what they were doing and what it did for me and stuck with it, never really got into the whole mentality of it. To me its just a heat therapy session, a stretching session, a cardio session, a mind muscle connection strenghtening session and a Isometric strengthening session all wrapped into one. Oh and the endorphin rush at the end puts runners high to shame haha

More mail for meee :D Ive read good things about flexatril, ill give it a week trial and see if it improves my particular condition, if it works ill finish the bottle during my cycle if not ill save it for when something snaps in the joint department. The supernova is super tempting to use right now but I think im going to save it for when I reach 10%bf, if I ever do during this cycle or maybe for a future cut.

Hahaha yeah, if you knew where I was 2 years ago youd understand why I am taking this approach..This injury took the life out of me, it took away my discipline, my mental stability, my grades in college for a while, ruined a relationship, my ego, my self esteem, my confidence in my strength and my ability to get myself through anything and so much more. Its been my own personal hell and in a way my own cocoon. It destroyed a lot of who I was but in hindshight allowed me to become who I am now and what I will become soon. Because of this mentality I need to do whatever it takes to remodel my body and sculpt my new self. Once I have achieved that, all of what has been my life for the past years will have had a purpose. I am stopping at nothing and I am pushing with everything Ive got, including money.

I also might not use all of the stuff I have, I do want to save a good amount of supps for future runs and to bridge between this pct and my next cycle. It just sale season so I figured **** it, lets stock up.

Id like to be able to go to bikram twice a week, lift twice a week and have 1 day of cardio/flow yoga in my week. Depending on how I feel id either take 2 days off or 2 light cardio days. However, all of this is not set in stone, at the end of the day im going to do whatever feels right and gives me results.

Edit: I just noticed something really cool going on. Since I can remember, I have always had 1 nostril that works and one that is at 20%. I have a slightly deviated septum that I believe is the cause of this (I will eventually get it fixed, it just hasnt been that bad and I dont feel like going under the knife just yet). Recently, both of my nostrils have been operating quite well, id sayd 1 at 100% and one at 80%. I can actually breath deep and hard without straining my breathing muscles from having to work harder to pump air in. I suspect its coming from the RADIATE and the lowered cortisol although TBH, i dont care where its coming from right now, all I know is that its GREAT. Once this injury is fixed, ill troubleshoot to figure out whats going on cause I want this to keep happening!

That's funny that the name changes from one yoga studio to the next. I guess if they call it Bikram they are more old school and true to the ways where as "hot yoga" appeals to more of the mom's out there looking to be part of something hip... Hot yoga is a catchy name.

As for your nostrils, I get that too when I take Radiate, breathing is so much easier during cardio.

Lol, RADIATE the thermogenic gift that keeps on giving :D And yeah hot yoga is a catchy name haha. If you look at that article, they describe EXACTLY how I feel towards yoga. They talk about regular yoga but if you add heat therapy and higher intensity to the list of benefits, its almost exactly what I am talking about. I honestly think meatheads who dont do yoga are missing out on some great benefits and honestly I think even your major lifts would see improvements and PRs if you give it a shot for a month or 2....Not to mention that you get to go to the gym without **** aching left and right...I feel like most of us meatheads have accepted a minimal level of pain as OK and it may very well be hindering our progress...instead of banging out heads against the PR wall, we could take a detour and go right ahead of it.
 
UPDATE: This is my last day of nattyness and Ive decided to celebrate it with a little experiment :D (You should have realized by now...im a mad scientist...like straight up...and im my own guinea pig). Nothing too crazy this time. Since I did a invictus + radiate+bcaa +kratom cardio day and LOVED it. I decided to do something very similar. I am dosing 2ml of VII-KT + 1 scoop of radiate (that makes 2.5 scoops tootal for today) + BCAA + Kratom + Sup3r-Shred (3rd cap of the day for experiments sake) and im going to head over to the gym to do some light cardio and maybe even more depending on how I feel.

There everything from PHs to gear to natty sups to ArA and just about anything ive found on at a really good price and became interested in possibly using them. Will I use all of it? Probably not but at worst ill make a quick buck and hook a friend up at some point.

Side note: I did some scrapping on myself this morning, I got a lidocaine cream and couldnt wait to try it out. It worked out GREAT, yeah it hurt like a mother but nothing some lidocaine and a bit of kratom wont make manageable for a chronic pain sufferer ;) I can feel my chest freer and now I know I can perform on myself what would usually cost me $80 for a session + time and gas money for FREEE in my own house, at my own pace. I will probably be doing this regularly during my cycle to keep things loose and moving, especially if I feel something needs some tough love :D

Yup thats the plan! I want to be making progress even during my PCT and afterwards. I might not build more muscle but if I can lose a little bit of fat during PCT itll all be worth it :D Metamorphosis is in FULL THROTTLE
 
Update: Ok I have a couple of things to report. Before I even went to the gym I felt slightly nauseous. I decided to suck it up and go anyways. I did 20 min of treadmill walking (3.5), some upper body warm up exercises and stretched out real good. Im still felling a bit woozy but all in all it was OK. I think this had to do more with the higher radiate dosage than anything, this is the first time I take 2.5 scoops in 1 day and Ive only had about 800 cal all day. Having said that, I weighed myself at the gym and im down to 183.8 with a hoodie on :D Heck, YEAH. Things are working for sure. Now if yall excuse im about to stimulate my hunger (420 style), take 2 FD 2.0 caps and proceed to engulf the 1500 calories I still need to eat by the end of the day to reach my cutting level (2300).

These were taken first thing in the morning before any food. I am quite happy with my fat loss progress as of right now. This natty stack has given me very good results considering I cant yet lift weights that well.

Over the course of the next 4 weeks I hope to drop another 3-4lb of fat and hopefully replace them with muscle. Given how much muscle memory I still have yet to tap into (I am yet to even get close to how my body looked before the injury), I am certain this is a very achievable goal. Besides my stack is pretty up there haha. Although, mainly my goal for these 4 weeks will be to get to a place where I can start bench pressing, dead lifting and squatting without any discomfort. I am now gonna head over to have my bloodwork done and have a final discussion with the person guiding me to make some final adjustments to my cycle, my diet and training before we trully get into the 1rst 4 weeks of Phase 2. I will update the OP to reflect these changes.

Edit: Damn, I just compared my before and after pics so far and I think invictus and now VII-KT do have a local effect. I have applied all cortisol blockers around my waistline purely for the experiments sake and I think it worked to some degree. I could be hallucinating but either ways, I am very happy with how my love handles shrunk considerably.

Phase 2: Day 1
I had my bloodwork done, Front loaded 1.5ml of both TNE 50mg/ml and BNE 75mg/ml and 1000mg epi. I also dosed 2ml VII-KT, radiate and sup3r-shred in the morning before I even went to get the bloods done. Everything else was as described in the phase 2 layout. My PW was 1 scoop of Xtend perform, 1 FD cap, 1 Epi-Plex cap and 0.5ml VII-KT. Yeah I went a little nuts. I usually do at the beginning of a cycle, even if the 1rst 4 weeks are gonna be milder. It works for me and gets me in the mentality. I can already feel all of them affecting my mood and energy :D

Body Comp Progress: Had an AMAZING pump at the gym. Not much to report yet.

Injury Progress: My left trap seems to be wanting to take weight off of my left lat. I struggled with it the entire workout but it wasn’t too bad.

Workout Details: I basically did bloodflow work. Lots of super sets, very little rest and low weight. I want to get my muscles up n running at cycle capacity before I try something stupid haha.

Subjective Feeling: GREAT. Probably mostly placebo, although everything here is no ester so maybe.

Side effects
: None yet.

Tomorrow everything resumes as how it is described in the OP (although I still need to update it, Ill get around to it tomorrow). Now if you all excuse me, ive been waiting for this day for a long time. Theres a girl about to be surprised by wayyy too much test and DHT ;)
 
Phase 2: Day 2

So yesterday was a pretty good day. Me and my girl had some fun although not as much as I thought Id want. I guess the serms and AIs are still messing with me. It wasn’t a problem as much as it was just not more than usual. I have also been pigging out…My body felt really starved for nutrients after the gym and I listened. I have no idea how many macros or calories I ingested but my body absorbed all of it…it all went straight to my muscles…The bold hunger isn’t a joke…Well see how it does with my morning RADIATE dose tomorrow morning.

Today I did some light cardio and stretching to get the blood flowing and to burn some of the extra calories ive been ingesting recently. Still working on getting my chest fully functional, unfortunately my bpc ran out 3 days ago and the mailman is being a dick about it…Hopefully tomorrow I will receive my peptides and the t3 which I also haven’t been able to start although I kinda like being able to see how things feel with and without it.

I am now dosing 0.5ml of each TD, although I have decided to run the epi at 1000mg from the start. I am not getting as much from the epi as I originally hopped as of right now. If it becomes apparent that I am dosing more than I need (anger issues or something unexpected) I will lower, although I highly doubt it. Luckily I have enough epi to run it at 1000, I honestly could go up to 1250 later on and I might.

Body Comp Progress: Muscle fullness coming in hard. Same with vascularity, my left arm has veins poppin…

Injury Progress: I can feel some of the muscles that were relatively weaker getting stronger at a faster pace than they have been so far.

Workout Details: Light cardio (25 min at 3.5) + Stretching

Subjective Feeling: Pretty good, nothing crazy but definitely better than before the cycle started.

Side effects: None yet.

Note: Apparently I will have to either stop my IF diet or shorten the window considerably. This morning, after about 3h of fasting past waking up on my usual IF stack plus the TDs, I started getting anxious. Its like I didnt know what to do with myself and anything I did seemed like a waste of time in my mind....kinda bizarre. It wore off once I got to work, after I had a small protein bar (250cal 20g protein) 2 cups of water and 4 potassium citrate caps (100mg each). Theres a chance it was related to water and/or potassium but I have never felt like this before in the morning. My best guess is that the Bold Hunger + Radiate + no food resulted in really high adrenaline levels as well low blood sugar. Bold Hunger might have to do with some GDA action which could also explain why it gives you such good vascularity and dry gains.

If anyone has any experience with something similar, Id like to hear about it.

There are some values slightly out of range but I am pretty sure all of those are related to the scrapping I performed on myself prior to the test. Other than that my values seem to be all good and ready to roll. As far as hormones go, I would have liked to see a larger test number considering everything I was doing to help that but oh well. Something more worrying is my estrogen levels. I have been taking small amaounts of exemestane as needed for gyno and my gyno was doing fine during the test, yet it is at 29.2...I guess my hunch of natural low DHT , high estrogen was correct. I will probably have to run an AI the entire cycle, especially during the last 8 weeks at this point.

Phase 2: Day 3

Yesterday was Bikram Yoga day. I could tell my endurance is already shooting up. For about 30 min of the class I felt unstoppable. It wasn’t until my left shoulderblade muscles started acting up and my focus faltered that I lost my breath and had to take breaks. Other than that it was a great workout and I managed to release some knots around the outside/rear of my left delt.

I have decided to keep my epi dosage at 1000mg/day for the first week and bump up to 1250mg/day for 2 weeks and finish with 1 week of 1500mg/day. This stuff is REALLY mild, I am basically using it as a mood booster, drying agent and aromatase inhibitor rather than a true anabolic….which is fine for now.

Body Comp Progress:
MAD endurance, I think its coming from both nattys and hormonals.

Injury Progress: Releases some knots and that’s always good. Ive also realized that I need to sleep with a neck brace. I don’t know what happens during my sleep but the muscles in my neck (scalenes and a couple others) knot up while I sleep. The neck brace ive been using prevents me from using these to breath so they don’t get so worked up and knotted.

Workout Details: Bikram yoga level ½ 60 min.

Subjective Feeling: Good.

Side effects:
None yet.

Its definitely nice but nothing compared to what ive read about DHT cycles. I was told conversion is about 3% so im technically taking 30mg of DHT a day which adds up to the 200mg/week dose ive read about.

I felt the effect after day 4, and My dosage was 750mg the first 3 weeks..
 
I also have a question for those who follow my log. What do you think of 541 basal T levels for a 25 year old? Apparently I have the test levels of a freaking 60 year old... I always knew my test was relatively lower than others. I have always struggled to gain as much muscle and look as lean as other guys, even when my strength was on par. I always chucked to my genes but my younger brother now looks like a lean machine beast and is all natty so my genes cant be that bad now that I think about it...unless its my test producing genes apparently. This feeling is why I got into using hormonal anabolics. At first I was leveling out the playing field. Now ive moved past that and embrace my enhanced athlete mentality, although now I find myself using these to level the playing field once again xD
 
Phase 2: Day 4
I went to do some light cardio and bloodflow workout to hit all my upper body. It quickly became apparent that some of the muscles around my scapula needed a rest. They feel extremely exhausted and if I don’t consume carbs for long they start hurting. I cut the workout short but still managed to get what I wanted out of it. Any day you gotta cut your **** short is a sad day for me but I gotta accept that’s the responsible thing to do. I have settled at 1250mg/day of epiandro for now. 2 caps upon waking up, 2 caps with my lunch and 1 cap PW do the trick for me. I will ride this dose until about the last week when ill bump it to 1500 unless something stops me.

I will most likely rest today, I had planned to go to Bikram but my body is begging otherwise. I might do some light cardio to get the blood flowing but that’s it for today.

Body Comp Progress: Leaning out like CRAZY, Ill post a week 1 progress pics so you guys can see what I am talking about.

Injury Progress: I feel as if I am slowly able to use muscles that have been weakened and underused because of my injury. These feel extremely tired and achy if I don’t eat carbs. I am definitely feeling the lack of peptides (****ing usps is ruining my life XD). With any luck ill restart my peptide protocol within a day or 2.

Workout Details: Light cardio (25 min at 3.5) + Stretching + Bloodflow work for upper body.

Subjective Feeling: A little frustrated by my scapular muscles, a little blown cause we just broke things off with the girl ive been seeing, a little too focused on my progress and future body to give that many ****s. #TunnelVision

Side effects: I could feel my heart beating out of my chest when I was about to pass out for 10 min ish. I have a feeling it has more to do with the breakup and my mind trying to process it. The high DHT might have made my emotional reaction a bit stronger than I would have otherwise.

OP still needs to be edited, both me and my guy have been a little too busy to have this conversation but itll happen soon enough, for now ill update some things to reflect what I am actually doing as of right now.
 
Side note: These TDs are starting to irritate my skin a bit.

PROTIP: Dove heavy cream moisturizer applied 20 min after application solves the problem and prepares the skin for future applications.
 
Side note: Something odd is happening with my gyno battle. I stopped taking both the SERM and AI because my nipples stopped feeling sensitive and I wanted to see how strong the epiandro was at helping me with estro. Today I noticed my nipples still arent sensitive but ive noticed a really small, flat and kinda elongated lump on the lower outside edge of my right nipple. Its not tender and its not noticeable unless I search for it by touch.

Does anyone know wtf this could be and what would be the best bet to deal with it? I can jump back on either the SERM or AI but I am unsure which would be best right now. My plan as of right now is to dose 12.5mg exem when I get home from work and assess tomorrow. If someone has a better idea, Im all ears.
 
Note: I found some bulk beta-alanine I had laying around. Im going to do a test run to see if it helps my recovery. Its really good for endurance and preventing lactic acid buildup which is basically my life these days hahah especially bikram yoga.
 
Phase 2: Day 5

I did some cardio yesterday (about 20 min at 3.5) and some stretching. My scapular muscles are healing well but its taking a bit longer than I hoped. I might have to delay my bikram yoga session a bit to let it heal properly. I recently received some EP1C TD which I will start using in the mornings. The bloodflow increase of epicatechin is bound to help rebuild connective tissue. I have a feeling boldenone and GH also works in a similar fashion to some extent.

Body Comp Progress: Im looking better and better. My stomach is leaning out like crazy and my muscles look good. There isn’t as much growth as other cycles but then again, this isn’t like other cycles. All and all, happy with how its going.

Injury Progress: Better, scapular muscles and some neck muscles need resting and stretching.

Workout Details: Light cardio (20 min at 3.5) + Stretching

Subjective Feeling: Pretty good despite currently dealing with a break up.

Side effects: Had 1 small bout of aggression yesterday but I think it has more to do with my current emotional state than because of any of these compounds. If anything, I have been much calmer at work when having heated conversations with my boss haha

OP was edited but will still be evolving as I go. I recently purchased TD Madol and TD Masteron which I plan on incorporating into my cycle in rather unorthodox ways. I might end up restructuring my cycle to last 16 weeks with lower bold and test doses since I might actually get better connective tissue anabolism that way and the addition of these will allow me to bump up the muscle anabolism when I can make the most of it. How and when I use them is still being determined.

I am definitely stacked on natty supps to last me a 16 weeker. Still debating whether I am doing that, but knowing I have enough to do it is good :D

It was like $20 and there are multiple reasons why this has potential to be helpful to my particular journey. Plus its like 10g of protein a serving so now my BCAA shakes have about 17g of protein haha, considering I drink those 2-3 times a day thats a good chunk of anabolic protein added to my total.
 
Side note: I think the epiandro effects are starting to increase. My CNS seems to have a stronger tone every passing day and I am actually dialing back on the stims. I still take my morning radiate but I am skipping my mid day coffee more often than not. I am extremely happy with this stack as of right now. The test is...well test. Boldenone and GH releasers are really helping some things heal up IN THE RIGHT WAY, muscles are gaining length as they heal instead of shrinking and knotting back up. The epiandro's effect on my CNS is gold tho. I feel as if its improving my mind muscle connection and allowing me to slowly reconnect and reactivate muscles that have been atrophied and underused over the course of my injury. All together they are allowing me to rehabilitate at a physical and mental level. I cant wait till things are bit more solid and I have access to my peptides again. I have a feeling that when I can train a bit more intensely with the peptides, my progress is gonna get out of control!

EDIT: I forgot to mention, I strongly believe the natty stack going alongside is boosting all of the hormonal effects. For the doses that I am using, I am seeing great recomp effects and I am not even training that well yet!

Yesterday was rather uneventful. I decided to rest completely since I haven’t done one of those in a while. Today I did some morning yoga and strengthening exercises. I also want to do bikram this afternoon but itll depend on how my body feels later. For now, id say its game.

Body Comp Progress: Better every passing day.

Injury Progress: Still working on stretching my neck, shoulder and scapular muscles. They are getting stronger and gaining range of motion but Im honestly ready to start my freaking peptides again….

Subjective Feeling:
Good. Its hard to get into the cycle alpha mentality when you have nagging injuries that make you lift like a little girl out of caution…Hopefully by the end of these first 4 weeks, ill be at a place where I can fully enjoy the aggression.

Side effects:
My libido is strangely low. I am not sure why this is happening but I dont feel like humping every girl that walks past me...
 
FUUUUCK MY LIFE: I got into a car crash today, totaled my car and might have worsened my condition with whiplash (to be determined)... I will update later with more details.
 
Update: Ok so this morning sucked. Got into a stupid car crash because of a 2h snow that left the streets super slippery. Long story short my car is totaled and I believe I got an undetermined amount of whiplash from the feeling in my neck. Luckily, I googled some collarbone stretching techniques (kinda cray, you just grab it and push it down while stretching your head up and itll straighten out your scalenes and a bunch of muscles in there, slow and steady for a min makes a difference).

It was a bunch of BS but I dealt with it, now im trying to mitigate as much damage to my recovery as possible. Ill have a rental soon and itll mostly be a financial bitch. It looks like I wont be purchasing that many more supplements in the near future hahaha. Which is fine, Ill focus on this for a while, im stocked for....a while.

On a brighter note, I got 2 2mg vials of TB-500 in the mail. THIS IS HUGE! I pinned 1 whole vial spread around all my injury sites. Some say there is a local effect, some do not. I say **** it why not? I also dosed 0.25ml of both TDs and a larger dose of laxo to hopefully help my body deal with the trauma and boost the recovery from the tb-500. Its been about an hour since then and guys....A bunch of my knots are dissolving... This is straight crazy... Im trying this over and over to make sure its not placebo and my range of motion is actually improved, less clicking, there are still a bunch left, especially the big ones as well as some sore muscles when I move around...im guessing from having more weight to carry or being used after being knotted...Im still a little skeptic but I dont want to keep messing with it until something goes wrong so for now ill wait to make a final call. Its just kind of exciting.

So yeah....CRAZY DAY

Not sure if ill train today, im still feeling this out. I think at most Ill do some light cardio to get my blood flowing and the healing process boosted.
 
hazard12, Hey Brother are you okay??!??

I will be. One of the things I love about a cycle, even at the mild dose im at, is that even big problems, eventually seem small once I give it some time. My self efficiency is through the roof. Even while injured, which is more than I can say for the past year or 2. My wallet wont be as OK as me tho..hahaha oh well LIFE happens.

Edit: I forgot, a cycle + pot fixes everything. Calmed, focused and proactive....I literally just wrote all of this hahaha
