I was taken off trt around 8 months ago cause of polycythemia, doc put me back on for a trial run...next month I go for 3 month blood work.

What I'm about to say is all MY OPINION, be aware it could be wrong.
RBC is up to provide more oxygen to your muscles in response of elevated test. If you got high RBC on trt, my guess is, its due to sudden fluctuation. More frequent pinning could get rid of it.
High RBC itself isn't bad, the faster clotting -and thickening of the blood is.

What I do:
Naringin , Nattokinase (instead of aspirin), lots of water and donating blood.
Naringin supposedly brings down RBC a bit (like eating a grapefruit per day). Nattokinase inhibits blood clotting very well -AND lowers BP(probably has some more amazing cardio vascular effects).

I take 1 naringin (500mg) and 3 nattokinase (total 600mg) per day. Be aware that taking any "blood thinning " meds besides nattokinase inhibits clotting even more. (I may use it to do just THAT)
Be aware that naringin (like grapefruit) interacts with a lot of medication (I may use it to do just THAT).

I like grapefruit juice-the white, not ruby red....would drinking gfj have any affect?

I was pinning 200mg weekly...now I am down to 100mg weekly for this test run. I might go to 50mg every 3 or 4 days?

How much test depends what your sweet spot is. If it's without medical supervision (me) I'll keep it at 200mg (maybe 175mg)/week.

no--test cyp...my trt is thru a doc....I really thought I was off trt forever, then out of the blue at last exam he said blood looked good and asked if I wanted to try testosterone again. I am stuck at 100mg weekly-bad dammed happy to have that and don't want to lose it!!!

75mg e3d could work well.
RBC should not go up significantly, as it is a "normal" trt dose. I would ask the doc to up frequency, as a sudden rise in test with a one time application is not ideal (aromatization, RBC).

I have complete control over my injections, I get 2 vials of 200mg test cyp in mail every month...I can buy extra needles at walgreens with no questions asked...

75mg e3d would exceed my supply but 50mg is doable---if I can get my wife onboard, she gives injections, lol.

Yesterday a friend came by, we played billiard and drunk a lot.
Today was hot as hell and on my way to the gym I already felt like collapsing any moment.
During training I got signs of anxiety, some arrhythmia and was almost fainting.
Cut the training short and dragged my azz home.
I have a history of panic attacks (anxiety), mostly triggered when driving in heavy traffic.Thought I overcame them 2 years ago but it seems they are back.
It's difficult to know if I have a circulatory problem -or a panic attack -or one turns into the other.
For the ones don't knowing what a panic attack is, it's anxiety turning into the belief of heaving a cardio vascular event, with cold sweat, low BP and almost loosing consciousness, for me it's a bit like a seizure. I wish this problem only to my worst enemies -and maybe to Justin Bieber.

Here what I think are probable causes:
-dehydration from alcohol + high RBC = receipt for disaster
-low e2 could cause anxiety to my knowledge
-high prolactin can cause anxiety (NPP ups prolactin and I'm already lactating)

I'm suspecting that my cabergoline is under-dosed -or complete bunk.
Have prami at hand -but I remember vividly the sides of that "devils-elixir". Will take a very small dose right before bed, like 0.125mg.

What I did so far:
-1.5g phenibut (takes at least 2 hours to have effect)
-lots of water with electrolytes
-extra dose nattokinase to keep blood from cagulating + white willow bark extract (aspirin substitute)
-150mcg selank ( anxiolytic peptide, got it today)
-food spiced with cayenne pepper for capsaicin-induced vasodilatation

What I will do:
-end the NPP cycle
-bring test down to TRT levels (under 200mg/week)
-give blood again
-recover lipids

All that is bad news, because most AAS have bad sites for me -and I thought NPP was the only one that worked.
I will try to get my hands on pharmacy cabergoline before trying anything with deca again.
Well, time for an extended cruise, I need it.

I learned a long time ago that childrens pedialyte works great for dehydration...beats the crap out of Gatorade, imo.

I use p5p because I read that it will stop lactation in new mothers when done breast feeding....it used to be used for prolactin quite a bit back in the day along with vitex and macuna---check out sns' inhibit p, cheap and works decent, imo.

Got "Inhibit P" with the mail today and it has P5P as an ingredient! Used it before and had no lactation on my other NPP cycle.
Should have used that instead of bunk 20ct caber for $90.- bucks.
One never stops to learn... damnit.

Well im trying to get where you add! But one thing i noticed,was how much i missed the gym when i went to day...godamn it feels good to be back..Ofc not so strong but ill get there i know i will!

I swear I cant overhead press more than 55lbs with each hand. I don't do bench press -but push ups.
Only thing I'm good at is pulling. I saw guys curling 70lbs DB's with smaller arms than me. I hardly ever curl (some concentration curls may be), doing chin ups instead.
And you know what, don't stick to boring training regimes other people created. As long as you train hard and to failure, you will progress.
All that highly scientific crap may work -but at the end it comes down to: "Bust your azz." -and the best way to do it, is having fun doing it ( PH's, AAS -whatever -as long as it doesn't make you sick).

Sadly, I don't know anything about Halo.
Just for your consideration:
My biggest failure was to hop on strong cycles (Sarms,PH's, MK) while having too much BF%. I desperately wanted to get more muscular -but also leaner. That kind of thinking was wrong. It's either cutting -or bulking. At the end, a failed cut I called a recomp, LOL. Because I got more muscles but the fat stayed.
I still would use almost "anything" that helps to get leaner, but I would chose more wisely and stick to cutting until BF is down.
How exactly would your cycle look? Dosage, time, ancillaries?

Tons of oats- mixed with nuts -good lighting and the right dose of AAS did it. :) But everything comes at a price. Will be more alert and do some lab work.

I'm feeling way better today, now wondering if my episode was only a freak event, triggered by dehydration, alcohol and heavy caffeine use pre workout.
I really don't want to cut the cycle short, I have 5 weeks to go.

Will listen to my body for symptoms and decide later.

Honestly, what you're doing is more of a HST workout it seems - 1-2 sets per bodypart, hitting each bodypart 3X a week with full body workouts 3X per week.

I think the key to this is, high intensity but not CRAZY intensity. I go even more low volume than HST when I am going hard hard hard - 1-2 sets per bodypart 1X per week with legs being the exception. If you are going ALL out, crushing high intensity, you will drain yourself fast if you're paying attention. Most people don't pay attention though. Doing the HST-style 3X per week, I learned to change my view a little bit.

Instead of killing myself and then giving a ton of time to recover, I viewed it more as - I have a certain amount of work to do and it doesn't matter if it's 80, 90 or 100% intensity, I'm going to JUST do the work and that's it. I was more focused on progression 3X per week than on the intensity.

My goal was to be around 90% intensity, give or take, but some workouts it took 100% intensity to hit my goals and then I would come back the next workout and hopefully the same work was now easier and it felt like 90%. But generally, it was like do the work at 90% and come back in 2 days and add 5 pounds and do the work at 90%, come back in 2 days, add 5 pounds, do the work at 90%, come back the beginning of the next week and add 5 pounds, hit 100% and not hit my reps, come back in 2 days, add a rep, come back in 2 days, add a rep, etc. Just do the work and constant progression and don't try to increase the intensity too high.

Now, I also tried doing this 6 days a week with an A/B workout where workout A was a leg workout and workout B was a lowerback workout, with the rest of the body (Upper back, chest,shoulders, tris, bis) trained in all workouts.

I crashed hard on that regimen, but given your enhanced status, this may work well.

It started as HST but I got it wrong and it turned out to be "just" progressive overload, right from the beginning. Anyway, it works!
The constant upping in weights is very taxing on CNS and volume dropped by itself.
Doing less but very intense, basically what you were saying long ago, is the key, I can confirm it.
Problem is, you will hit a plateau after week 2 .
I came up with the "HG-idea" to instead of resting- or de-loading, I changed exercises completely and kept the pressure, like seated rows one armed at 180lbs, LOL. I swear, after one week I felt I'm growing, literally!
Can't say it will work for a natty, my guess is the natty will die in the process, LOL!

Had a good workout, now thinking last episode was a freak incidence.
Cycle goes on.

Today my strength was not optimal so I changed the workout into a "pumping session", upped volume and did all exercises in superset fashion.
Got home totally pumped, looking twice as big, LOL.
