If so, there may be big money in movies for you.

just curious, why test-e instead of test-c? Availability? or something else?

And I hope I get re-subbed again too. I wondered why I had not seen any update notifications for this thread LOL

Welcome back! :)
Availability and quality of product. Both the NPP and Test are from the same company I trust.
NPP is legit, my lactating breasts are proof enough, LOL!

Liar and a tease! Why do I even follow this log????

I tried, squeezed very hard ... nothing. Sorry folks, milk is out.

But I could up a video of me peeing.
After 25mg of exemestane, I pee a lot.

:)

We should have a pee challenge!!! Post a video of how long you can pee. I bet I could win that. I can piss like Austin Powers.

Lmao - do you even care?

We thought you were just sweating a lot when you worked out. Now we know why your shirt was all wet!

hairygrandpa is our own version of a groundhog. If he squeezes his jahooblies and milk comes out, it means 6 more weeks of winter

Woke up today and was 4 pound lighter.
I had the wrong AI dosage calculated.
NPP aromatizes only 20% as much as test. At 500mg, it should be like taking an additional 100mg of test.

Well, this shows you can't rely on statistics.

Cycle update:

start of week 5:
300mg test-e/w
500mg NPP/w
exem: 12.5mg eod
caber: 0.5mg e3d (up from 0.25mg e3d)

Ancillaries:
Vit B6 3x day for additional prolactin suppression
Nattokinase 3x day -blood thinner
Naringine 1x day -lowering RBC

After the lactating incident, I dialed in the AI to 12.5mg exem eod. Before I did 0.25mg adex eod.

Weight is up from 217lbs to 226lbs, some of that is fat -looking at my hip tire. Training is going well, will up a notch the intensity.

Tried the hex presses yesterday! Thanks brother ! I could actually do them and didn't bother the shoulder.

Awesome exercise, flat and inclined! My problem is, the DB's in the gym have a "weight gap" 25kg jumps to 30kg (55lbs next 66lbs). It's annoying for countless exercises. Will stay at 55lbs for hex for awhile, playing with TUT until feeling more confident to do the jump to 66lbs.

I started with 40lb D-bells too light. The 50's felt good. Still on my 12 rep range. I did one flat and one inclined, don't know which one I like best yet.

How's the shoulders feeling with the Flexatril?

How's the shoulders feeling with the Flexatril?

getting better every day. doubt its going to heal the torn labrum but the impingement is definitely improving. I think its really helping with the inflammation all my other aches and pains are history. Make sure you load it at 3ea x2 times a day. I did before breakfast and before dinner for 7 days. now I just do 3 before dinner.

I'm a bit intrigued by Flexatril.... but only a bit.
After spending "zillions" on joint supplements -and even injecting dog meds into my knees, I'm reluctant to buy another supp.

A month ago I cleaned my "medicine fridge" (A whole fridge full of medicine) and discarded about 12lbs of different joint supplements, things like : collagen, glucosamine + chondrosh1t and MSM, Curcumin based supps, egg-skin wonder superdooper-sh1t, boswellia, celadrin, animal flex, cissus, microlactin, hydrolyzed gelatin, arnica DMSO creme.... you name it, I got it.
SFreed , do you have the same positive results as Studhorse ?

Should I try Flexatril?

I have done the same thing hate to think how much I have spent on Joint crap over the years. This stuff is the real deal! all my minor joint aches are gone. Doubt its going to heal an injury but my shoulder has improved 50% since the first week. I have no pain out of the gym and If I don't over due the ROM (which has improved) I get very little pain during those lifts (you know what I'm talking about).
TheSolution lead me down this path of Flexatril.

I'm impressed with how much it has helped my Achilles Tendinitis. I don't really have a lot of other joint issues, so I can't speak on that aspect. I'll definitely be taking Flexatril on a daily basis from now on.

Saw it on your log. It seems to work very well for you. Currently, the Deca (NPP) is taking care off my joints -but will need it later on, I guess.

Got to the gym with high hopes, very motivated:

Weighted chin ups BW 226lbs
+65lbs x 6- dropped the belt, no pause BW x 10

Seated Triceps press down 3.1.1:
170 lbs x 12 /12

Land mine press one armed:
110lbs x7

Push ups elevated, as quick up as possible, 2 sec down
30/30

Bent over DB rear delt rises
2x 77lbs (35kg) 11 / 11

Inclined Hex DB press
2x55lbs x 4 +1 ?

After the failed Hex press, I decided to do only therapeutic stuff for shoulders and legs:
Total 12 sets

Today I learned that:
-if you do full body workouts with progressive overload daily, you will hit a plateau fairly quick
-will make sure to have always a rest day between workouts

Today was "Extra-gym-day-express".

Plan was to go for the pump -and only the pump, 30 min workout:

Chin ups BW 227lbs/ss/ Lat press down bar 90lbs
chin 15
lat 12
chin 9
lat 12
chin 6
lat 10
chin 7
lat 10
chin 6
lat 8
chin 5
lat 6

Floor DB extensions rest pause mayhem
2x35lbs 16 rp/12 rp/8 rp/6 rp/6 rp/6
drop
2x25lbs 12/rp 12/ rp/10 rp 8 rp 6 rp 6

DB Biceps concentration curls
55lbs x7 rp 4 rp 4 rp 2 rp
drop
45lbs x 6 rp 5 rp 3

+12 sets of legs and rotator cuff

I like to mix in the hex press as well! Good exercise. Doing nice work friend!

Since I hit a plateau on most exercises, doing progressive overload, it would be time for a de-load.

Do you know what I think about de-loading? The same about over-training.

Instead of de-puzzy-loading I gonna do all kind of exercises I normally don't do, lets see how that goes... :)

I'm getting decent results with voltaren gel....it's only by prescription here but I hear you can buy over the counter in mexico so probably there where you are too.

Special try-out gym day:
(should have been a de-load day)

seated row "one armed":
145lbs x12/12/10 <---love this one, pumped my back up, will do again!

Lat pull down one armed:
100lbs x11/9/8 <---love this one, felt it in my lats, will do again!

seated Chest press machine
abort- shoulder said : no

Decline BB bench press (did last time a year ago):
started with the bar, then 2x20lbs, 2x30lbs, 2x45lbs
155lbs x18, slowed down 3.1.1 x9, 4.1.1 x6
(That one surprised me. No shoulder problem and felt good, will do again)

Ab-roller:
abort: shoulder trouble, elbow trouble....wtf? ... not healthy at all!

Horizontal ladder:
-effortless x 2
(had my belly hang out , because t-shirt was way up... exercise for puzzies, no benefits for animals like me)

landmine press seated
45lbs plate: x8 <---felt weird in shoulder, abort

seated triceps press:
170lbs x18/14/12

15 minutes rotator cuff exercises and some leg stuff

What I learned:
Shoulder is NOT 100% healed -but allows decline press (awesome).
One armed rows for lat -and one armed seated rows target back WAY better than regular rows!

Video of ab roller??
Nah, no camera crew were at the scene... Will not try it again, worse than a circumcision with butter knife.
But a " belly hang out swing like a monkey horizontal ladder video" could be made in future. :)

Another "De-load day" HG style

seated row one armed
150lbs x11

Chin ups BW 227lbs
13

Triceps push down bar
110lbs x11 /9/9
drop
90lbs x10/10/7

DB shrugs
2x110lbs
18/15/15 drop 2x80lbs x 15

full shoulder workout 9 sets

floor DB extensions
2x30lbs 18/14/9
drop
2x25lbs 9/8/7

incline abs, leg extensions, leg press total 8 sets

Today I saw a drop MILK again, damnit! Caber is too expensive to up the dosage. Have to up AI dose.
No gyno signs -or sensitive nipples...just milk.
Thinking of upping milk production and making my own whey protein....
