Yohimbine good to add to thermo

My thermo has no yohimbine. I was wondering if adding to my thermo would help with leaning out? I am also thinking about adding norcoclaurine? Thoughts opinions on both?

Generally yohimbine will help with weight loss if you are eating at a deficit and aren't incredibly overweight but without knowing the ingredients of your current supplement makes it difficult to advise for or against using it. Higenamine might add more stimulation but not sure how effective it is as a fat burner.

Have you used yohimbine in the past? What are the current ingredients in the product you're using?

Some people don't tolerate yohimbine well - I am one of them. If you tolerate it well, and there aren't any conflicts or a ton of stimulants in the product you're using, then yes - it's one of the few products that has research to back its use in fat loss.

I would agree with what was said above. Yohimbine can be very effective, and would probably be a good addition to your thermo. I think yohimbine is best used on an empty stomach, and it works very well when combined with fasted cardio. But I also agree with HIT4ME - its not for everyone. Yohimbine can cause anxiety and other side effects with some users, so if you do add it be cautious.

I would look into yohimbe more before using in a stack. If you have never tried in the past, I would try before you add to a satck. The dosing with yohimbe can vary based on you and how well you handle taking it.

Yohimbine is a great addition to a thermo, that is why so many companies add it to their product. Have you used straight yohimbine before? Some people, including myself, get bad side effects from it including a racing heart, anxiousness, etc.

If that is a problem, you could also look into Alpha-Yohimbine. It will have the same effects, but does not come with the nasty sides that some users can experience from straight Yohimbine. If interested in Alpha-Y, Performax Labs makes TA2-Max which is just Alpha-Y. Currently, Nutriverse has 20% off the product, when added to the cart, and an additional 5% off with code AM5

I am interested in this yohimbine hcl vs rauwolscine debate. Looking to add one to a cutting stack. Rauwolscine seems to be gaining some ground lately so I'm leaning towards it.

Rauwolscine is great for people (myself included) who get the annoying shakiness from Y HCL. I like Y for bedroom usage, however the sides are not worth it.

Rauwolscine like TA2-MAX, I use for fasted cardio.

So you think rauwolscine is just as effective minus the sides?

I believe I have seen studies showing Rauwolscine to be better for fat burning compared to Y HCL. I'm at work, or I'd try to dig them up. If you Google it, you should find them.

I'm going to look into it over the weekend. Just wondering what the consensus was around here.
