Epicenter (Epi+Laxo) ?

Hey all!

First post, love the forum!

Found this, Epicenter by team
Six supplements, searching on Amazon for an Epi & Laxo combo supplement (and thus far don't see Anafuse)

Lots of great reviews but haven't heard anything of this brand or product outside of Amazon...

Curious as to your thoughts?
I'm trying to put together the most cost effective yet potent natural stack.

Thanks!

Never heard of that product. You can use CEL Epi for the epi part of that equation. Great complex and one of the highest amounts of epi in a product.

I just looked at that supplement and everything in it is underdosed, you would have to take 4 caps a day instead of two to get all the right doses and it will only last 15 days then. Not worth your time

Appreciate the replies all! ...I did more research and came to the same conclusions

Thought I stumbled onto a hidden gem....Too good to be true. I can only suspect all those glowing reviews are bogus

I wanted to see if these yahoos were intimating a connection to the boys in Little Creek/Dam Neck - I'd stay away, as they don't even have a functioning site since 2015:

Just received and took my 1st dose last night. I purchased this, crosscut, and Amplus based on their across the board overwhelmingly positive reviews. 93% 5* out of 43 for epicenter, 76% 5* out of 59 for crosscut, and 76% 5* out of 118 for Amplus. Seems like they were all *Verified* Purchases, so less of a chance of "shill posted" reviews. Team Six uses mostly trademarked ingredients in the effective doses that were clinically studied (as they claim) and have wide open labels (non proprietary) formulations by a Doctor of Pharmacy (I guess that means non-MD but Phd). Looks like all the bases are covered and I purchased before I saw the comments on this thread.

I've made many purchases before based on questionable feedback lol so I guess I'll give them a chance and post back here in a few weeks.

Doctor of Pharmacy is Pharm.D, not PhD, which is a Doctor of Philosophy. Basically, the dude is a Pharmacist. Do they have a website yet?

I find that most of the time with specific supplements, the "verified" purchase product reviews are the only thing that person has ever reviewed. Or you will find that the same person has also reviewed several products by the same manufacturer and nothing else...ever! Obviously a case of the company just obtaining product through Amazon in order to have the ability to post multiple positive reviews. Just something I have noticed.....

ahh, definitely not philosophy but pharmacist.

Sneaky bastards! I'll look into it more next time.. Too early to be sure but Ima feeling somethin.

Just for the hell of it, looked into the verified purchase reviewers of epicenter. They were legit. After my 1st week of taking this, the biggest benefit to me is the deep restful sleep compared to the past few years. I've been a victim of "vampire syndrome" due to agreeing to bounce months of on/off night road construction. So far, can't attribute any strength gains in the gym to it because I've been out of the gym an extended period and it *may* just be due to that. Before taking a break I stopped getting DOMS no matter how heavy I trained so found I would have to take breaks, then the DOMS would come back after the breaks. I started easing into it a week before taking epicenter so no DOMS that week and I can't be sure it has done anything about DOMS the 2nd week (1st week of epicenter) as I went heavier and less reps.

Crosscut by Team 6: Been on it also about a week, I have to split the dose, otherwise I just feel weird and get soft stools. 2 a day, undocumented improvement and still too early to tell but sensing this is legit.

Amplus by Team 6: 4 doses so far (M, W, F, M) my routines last 1/2 hour max opposing muscle groups (10-15 sec rest periods) so can't give a fair evaluation yet.

That's cool that you you like the supplements - but they have zero presence anywhere that I'm aware of (not that I frequent anywhere else much), and don't even have a website (last I checked). Edit: website is registered with Go-Daddy, but it's now a 503 Error.

Also, anyone who's familiar with a WHOIS request and Google can find a lot of info on this company.

I still can't you believe you bought it just based on the profile, but if you like it I guess thats cool. The placebo effect can be quite strong.

Personally not too worried about no website for marketing purposes. Bought from many supplement companies with websites that products didn't work for me.

Definitely not placebo, Must have bought close to if not over 5 figures in supplementation and used much of the old school stuff from back in the day before Bulk Nutrition changed hands, pinned for ~3 years pre-'08 so I'm very aware of what my body is responding to. Sure wasted a lot of bucks (except for gear and some now unavailable natty supps).

Updating as promised: Ran through 1 bottle of Epicenter & Crosscut, Amplus went up on the shelf after 5 or 6 servings, receiving and stacking OL's Conqu3r Unleased (stim) and CL's Gamer Up (Wow!)

No problem running Epicenter again later, the sleep was amazing with it and was definitely getting stronger/increased endurance and helping with recovery, although it could have been helped a lot by Muscletech's Phospha Muscle (another Wow) and will see how a 4 bottle run of FD2 will treat me.

Crosscut, undecided, decent energy for a non stim, but I owe it to myself to try Evomuse and Olympus Labs thermogenics before deciding.

Team 6's products are pretty legit for the mainstream (distributed by Amazon itself) due to their using patented or trademarked ingredients, but I feel we have more innovative products to choose from on AM, trademarked or not, there's a different and more informed breed of enthusiasts around here that actually take time to read the studies and enthusiast run companies that research, formulate and source the best price/performance ratio raws.

Must update, I logged everything I was taking but don't have the time to create a formal log thread. Looking back at my logs:

I ran a whole bottle of Epicenter, dosed daily per directions on the bottle (2 caps in the evening). I started sleeping so well from the 1st dose that 21 days later-I had to up my gym frequency from 3 days/week to 5 days/week, I had so much added energy. On the 20th day, I started dosing M-test to stack the last 10 days with Epicenter, also dosing as per directions (3x2 daily).

At the end of my epicenter run and the 10th day of both Epicenter and Mtest stacked, I was able to push myself not only heavy, but the endurance was great, going from my normal 30-45 min to 1.5-2+ hours/ workout 3 days in a row, recovering so well it surprised me, setting PRs, almost felt a little like my gear days, but 75% the strength. Received and added FD2 6 days after running out of Epicenter.

I then got EMuse Testruction with a bunch of EM + OL goodies and cut M-Test short (still had 11 days worth left). I wanted to see what 3x3 of Testruction and 1x3 for 5 days, then 2x3 FD2 would do for me, just got through a bottle of FD2 and started a 2nd.

Not the same, sleep quality has gone down and so is drive and endurance in the gym. Waking up sore and felling sluggish (comparatively) at the gym.

The bottom line, I just *HAD* to reorder Epicenter sooner than I thought I would, the price went up from 39.99+tax (on 2-23) 2-day delivery to 49.99+tax (4-20) now same day delivery but I just *had* to have it. 2nd day back on Epicenter and sleep/next morning energy is BACK! Just started my last 11 day supply of M-Test as well.

My conclusions: Epicenter together with M-Test stacked gave me outstanding Recovery, great strength gains/endurance with gym drive and energy. Epicenter solo was great sleep/recovery thus energy and moderate strength gains. They are both the real deal for me, YMMV of course. Next week will be stacking with K1ngsblood just for ****s and giggles (fortunate to have a decent budget). Oh, full disclosure I've been also running Phospha Muscle/Conqu3r Unleashed/Gamer-up pre-workout (but only on gym days).

Wow, great review! ...That fakespot website gives it an F rating,...not doubting your results though!

lol I'm a cheapskate, and spend hours comparing prices and preparing my orders, usually restock from 3 different places (not amazon) to get the best price on my staples and end up buying more than I planned. Sucking it up to pay 25% more +sales tax from the last time I ordered hurts my frugal side and is unheard of for me, but can't find this anywhere else! grrrr:banghead:
