alright guys, supps should be in tomorrow, guess they were a little behind on shipping which is understandable. I was thinking of running rebirth/viron first month of pct follidrone/letrone second. any thoughts or suggestions?

I would add letrone in right away 1eod. But that's just me.

Yes. All through pct. Unless you get dryed out achey joints. Then I'd switch to every 3rd day. On the other hand if you bloat up I'd try every day for a while.
Btw be carefull - it can make as hungry as all shizz. Don't know why.

Follidrone should probably be added 6 weeks in to your cycle. It can really amplify gainz from the other stuff. Even brundel himself has so stated....more or less.

Just to point out - I'm not a science or supp geek like some of these guys. Just speaking from personal experience.

Awesome advice man, I really appreciate it. I haven't read anything about anyone using follidrone while on cycle. I have ran ana fuse before but it was alongside osta shred so I really don't know what worked and what didn't lol that's why I'm into trying things alone before using them together.

I did run the bps androcrine and can say that stuff is legit for sure. picked up some primeval labs super rhanderol on the b1g1 and that stuff was awesome as well.

I think the reasoning behind that is that most natty supps take 2 - 3 weeks to kick in. Starting a couple weeks before pct gives you a bit of a head start.

Brundel had some kind of explanation to the effect that at 6 weeks your body doesn't want to produce more gainz and begins to fight back. And the fd2 helps with that....
 
Alright guys, started cycle on Monday of this week. Things have been a bit busier than usual so I am just getting the chance to post here.

Dosing as follows:
andro- 1 morning, pre workout and before bed.
multi, fish oil, support supps- morning.
arginine, dhea- pre workout.

Diet:
Leaning more towards a cut than a Recomp at tho point, I'm trying to get the leanest I have been before summer.

morning- bottle of water upon waking with supplements, black coffee.

1pm- 8-10oz of lean protein, homemade salsa for veggies and a whole avacodo.

preworkout- protein shake, nuts of some sort, supps.

post workout- large shake consisting of protein powder, milk, eggs and chocolate syrup.

dinner- 8-10oz of protein, 100-150g of carbs, veggies.

before bed- Greek yogurt or cottage cheese and another protein shake.

I do usually have some popcorn or some sort of light snack in between the last two meals. Completely laid off diet soda or carbonated drinks.
Should end up being around 2000-2200 calories a day.

Routine will vary between circuits, weights and running/jumprope.

Starting weight is 165 bf 10-12%.

Monday tested 1rm on all major lifts:

Squat- 315
Bench- 210
Shoulder press- 170 (standing)
Deadlift- 320
Pullups- 25 straight before sacrificing form.

Tuesday: (for time)

100 sit ups
1 arm snatches(35lb dumbbell)- 20,16,12,8. (per arm)
burpees- 20,16,12,8.

finished at 14:00.

Wednesday: (today)

Run for 30 min straight.

Thursday: (tomorrow)

Rest day.

Will keep this more organized from here on out. To report on supplements... Nothing from the andro as of yet except for pure excitement. Dhea gave me a libido boost the first day. I've seen some complaints about the consistency of this stuff, honestly it isn't that bad if you are careful. Nice herbal scent as well, also dries fast.

Not much of an update but had a good "rest" day today. Just came seem to catch a break and have spent hours in attics all week sweating my butt off.

Ended up running 3.0 miles in 30 min yesterday, there's a historic bridge the town over that is exactly .5 miles long so ran it 6 times with 20 situps and 20 incline push ups on each end. My calfs and abs are killing me today.

Ate 5 eggs and a whole avacodo for lunch, shake pre workout, big shake post workout today and yesterday. Last night had spaghetti with ground turkey, tonight is steak, potatoes and veggies. Will end up having a snack and another shake before bed. I eat pretty similar every day so calories added up to 2200 fat 80g pro 190g carb 170g. I will lighten the carbs on rest days.

So far I am really impressed with ol dhea. Libido and mood are definitely up, I've also shed a lot of water weight already. This stuff kicks in quick and I love it.

Tomorrow I will be doing a circuit, I'll post pictures after. I'll try to weigh myself once a week but being honest, I don't even own a scale...

Sorry for the lack of updates, I'm doing the best I can with everything going on right now. Last Saturday was my 6th wedding anniversary and needless to say I slacked a bit...

Last Friday I did AMRAP in 20 mins
5 Pullups
10 pushup
15 bw squats
ended up doing 18 rounds for a total of 90 pull ups, 180 push ups and 225 bw squats. There are very few times I have made myself sore doing bw only. This was the worst by far...

Saturday ran for 40 mins, Sunday off.

Monday was supersets.
A. bench press 5x10 (155lb)
B. chest flys 5x10 (35lb)
diamond pushups 3x15
A. later raises 5x10 (25lb)
B. push press 5x5 (135lb)
upright row 3x15 (95lb)

Today

lunge 10x3 (105lb bar on back)
Squat 5x5 (235lb)
calf raise 3x15 (115lb bar on back)
Deadlift 5x5 (235lb)
dB row 3x15 (55lb)

Looking more vascular while lifting. Strength feels up a bit. A little discouraged with myself for slipping up last weekend and hoping it didn't set me back much, other than that, feeling good. Planning on switching up my training on the second month to a "REGULAR" routine to try and maximize some muscle growth.

Took some pics yesterday and will have them up asap.
