last few days on this has been ok. still the first real week so i can say

last 2 nights sleep was much deeper
appetite in the morning was much stronger, starving when i got up
and the breathing thing- that didnt really bother me and isnt an issue. as far as body joints and feeling recovered in the am, again, i dont want to say yea or nay as this is still the first week.

i did however eat after taking this, about 45 min later one night and didnt have any stomach issues. got hungry! doing the latter of the 2 eating taking on an empty stomach vs taking 45 after, for me taking 45 after is working much better. that is what i am going with.

i understand the reason why not to take with carbs, so i have been using isopure zero carb protein at night
