As title says I'm 35, 2 rounds of blood work done in the past few weeks. First round 3 weeks ago on a Friday afternoon came back with 214 test level. 2nd round done last Monday morning came back in the mid 600s. My dr won't help me since this past test levels were normal so I'm at a loss on the what to do now.

Here's some more basic info

been lifting for almost 3 years. I've lost 35lbs from when I started
- hypothyroidism, currently levels are normal and I take Levothyroxine
- I'm always tired, lethargic and moody
- low sex drive
- 5'10 190lbs

Thats a huge difference, how far apart were bloods taken and what time of day were they
2 weeks apart. First time which was low was 3pm on a Friday. 2nd test which was 600 was 9am on a Monday. I'm picking up the exact results from the dr here in a bit

How was e2?

Sorry to say, based on those numbers and draw times I cant see where your doc was wrong

I'm not seeing e2 on my lab results. My T3 total on Jan 23 was .69 on a .6-1.81 range, total value was 214 on a 240-830.

Feb 13 my tsh was .99 on a .30-4.00
Test total was 687

Should my overall test be dropping that much throughout the day?

I don't know anything about those other numbers like the t3 and what-not but there are some really good natural products out that can help sustain your test and energy throughout the day. I don't really have any specific product to recommend but I'm sure people that understand your labs a little more than me could recommend something to try before you start pinning. There are tons of guys that would love to have a natural tt of 600.

If this were me, Id be wanting to know my estrogen level.

Im not sure what the daily high-low range typically is, but I do know levels will peak and fall. Peak early in the morning.

Remember, your numbers are not just morning-afternoon, but different days as well. Youll get variance from day to day too.

Really, to be considered a candidate for trt, youd have to have multiple (ie more than two) draws done same time of day each time. First thing morning is best as it will generally show your peak number.

Sounds like my dr doesn't want to help much now so time to find another

My suggestions would be to draw early in morn, and insist on TT, estrogen, SHBG at least. Maybe even LH and FSH. Itd be ideal to try and get as comprehensive a panel as possible.

Need to bring that t3 up. Sure it's in range and that's what your doc will most likely argue, but it's not optimal. I've heard there's a correlation between thyroid levels and testosterone. Not 100% sure, but it's worth looking into.

One really solid supplement is a good brand of Lj100 (Eurycoma Longifolia) aka LongJack. It has multiple human studies showing many different hormone related benefits. Most notable is lowering shbg in which it raises free test. That might help you more since you seem to have a good tt # at least sometimes..

Quick google search will give a ton of info and reviews. It is really good at raising libido and all day energy. It starts working fast too IF it ends up working for you.. Everyone is different but most people notice a difference from day 1 or 2. Good brands are Olympus Lj100, and BLR Viron.

Edit to remove NOW brand. They changed formulas.
