Belly fat can't be targeted. Fat is fat, and your body will determine based on your genetics where it is reduced first or last.
The reasoning behind 1-5 is not given, and just the suggestions lack any importance and lose their effect.

I'm not fond of this approach.
Find your TDEE.
Reduce Calories, exercise more.

Over time, you will lose fat, gain a little muscle or keep it; look, and feel better.
I lost 90 pounds doing it this way.

Here are 5 things wrong with this post:
1 - sugar has nothing to do with "belly fat" - I eat marshmallow peeps and ice cream all the time. I have abs.
2 - Protein has no effect on "belly fat" - its a good strategy to help control cravings, satiety, and TEF, but nothing more than another macro.
3 - LOLOLOLOLOL - again, this has 0 effect on belly fat. See: Guy who dieted on twinkies for a month - spoiler - he LOST BELLY FAT haha
4 - Fiber is good in moderation - will NOT have an effect on belly fat, but can help in the same way as protein with cravings, satiety, and such
5 - Exercise cannot target belly fat. It also will have zero effect if you still eat like a clown

Thank you for wasting everyone who clicks this stupid posts time.

But I wish all the above really worked. Especially 5. If 5 worked I would be inspired to do twice a day workouts so I could eat more donuts
