OK, I give up. Sparta is officially on my crap list now. Been waiting since November, they promised to ship our orders out a month ago. Sent me a shipping label notification and marked order shipped, but nothing actually shipped. I waited a few weeks just to give them time to shake it out. Then I emailed the CEO this week. No response!

Going to have the credit card charges reversed. Beware, they are either incompetent, scam artists, or both. But I'm done waiting!

So I have TD and oral trest on hand. Nothing else. What would you all like to see me run with it? I see OLUK is on sale right now. Looks like a good time to make this happen!

I've been following along on this Sparta issue. I know in the beginning they were saying it was supplier issues, but after two months? Sounds like it's the beginning of the end.

From what I can tell, my pics look about the same and my pants fit the same. Shirts seem a bit tighter in the chest and arms. So I think a good bit of the weight is going to turn out to be muscle.

Ahem. *found* some epistane, so looks like I'm running the trest + epistane. Should be perfect for controlling the estrogen from the trest. I'm mildly concerned about E because I'm getting swelling on TRT when I drink alcohol. So I'm guessing E is already a bit higher just from the TRT. Bloods will help confirm or deny that next week.

Also, just to actually reply to your point. I only mention the alcohol because it seems to indicate high estrogen levels. I never had the issue prior to TRT. So it's either E, or some sort of interaction with the test itself. Once I'm on cycle, I will not be drinking, obviously. But if just TRT has my E up... Then trest is gonna give me DD's if I'm not keeping it in check. Will be curious what my E comes out to be and what, if anything, the doc recommends for keeping it in check. Typically they reduce test from 300mg to 200mg now, so he may think that alone will help. Who knows.

Just to close the book on Sparta Nutrition... I reached out to the CEO and received no response. Finally filed a dispute with AMEX to get my money back. Buyer beware unless you buy their products from a reputable reseller. That said, I'd question the legitimacy of the ingredients if this is how they operate.

TRT doc is lowering my dosage as expected. They say they start everyone at 300mg and most go down to 200mg after 3 months. Doc said it in ml, and I think he said we were going from 1.4 to 1.3, or 1.3 to 1.2? It was a .1 drop either way. Assuming whatever concentration of test E they use puts me at 200mg now. That's every 2 weeks injections.

Levels 10 days post injection were 1450TT/240FT/68E. He said he really wants me at 190FT on the high end. He said my E is high, but he really doesn't even look at that test unless patients have gyno since some of the positive effects of TRT come from Estrogen in his opinion.

So now it's time to get serious. E is already up. I have pharma Ralox (60mg) and Exem (25mg) on hand. This cycle, I'm hoping the epistane helps a bit with estro, but it's going to take a while to kick in, I assume? Epi-andro usually takes 3 weeks to get full steam in my system. So what do you all think about exem dosing right out of the gate?

Sorry. The plan is TRT test E, epistane 15mg, dermatrest and trest oral.

Was thinking dosing like so -
30mg epistane (15 morn/afternoon)
50mg dermatrest (25 morn/night)
25mg trest oral (noon PWO)
 
Maybe just try 12.5 eod of exem and see how that goes... your trest doses aren't huge from what I've been reading and the epistane is dry... at least on cycle. There are some rebound issues with epistane but I don't know how that would work with your TRT since you're not going to pct...

I could do higher dose trest, but I'm honestly just scared since I don't know how I'll react to it. I'm wondering how soon the epi will dry things out. Figure if it takes 2-3 weeks to really kick in, it's probably not drying things out til then either. Anyone know?

My thoughts on rebound is I'm not too worried. I have ralox and I also could tell TRT doc if I get gyno off cycle and he would probably write me a script to manage it. I'm more concerned on cycle because I can't go to him on the stuff or risk issues there. So I'd have to totally stop the cycle if the sides get unmanageable.

I am thinking 8 wk cycle. Because I still don't have the epi (should be here early next wk at latest) and I have TRT bloods again in 3 months. So I don't want to stop just before those. Give it a good 3 weeks to clear out and stabilize some.

12.5eod seems reasonable since my E is already high. Shouldn't totally squash me regardless. And I also know I can get up to 68 without major issues obviously. :)

Haha sure thing buddy! I'd go back and look but it was a long time ago and lord knows how many posts have been on your thread since then. When you were on trest, I know exem didn't work for you, but what were you dosing the trest and exem? Were you on test then too? If so, how much?

I've settled on dosing the oral trest only 25mg pwo mostly because it seemed like oral was the cause of your issues.

What's kind of difficult to know is what dosage exem to do since I'm already high on estradiol and I've never run an AI before. Would have been nice if my TRT doc had prescribed something with a guideline but now I'm just guessing and hoping some of you with more experience can help.

Haha. I hear that. I'm on it, tank. My epi got lost in the mail. So I'm thinking week 1 will be trest only. Will give me a good chance to see what it's like on its own. Although I expect epi to take a while to kick in anyway. But no choice now. It's either wait another week or just start the trest.

Still not sure on exem. I'm deciding between 12.5 eod or e3d. Also thinking my e2 was high 10 days post injection. Wonder if I should knock it down with higher dosing of exem post injection. Has to be real high then I would guess. Then again, I've only had mild edema when drinking heavily. So no real E sides. So maybe I just use exem to knock down the extra E from trest and that should be fine... After all the extra E has been helping my chronic inflammation and I don't want to stop that!

Ahhh decisions decisions.

I did have my dermatrest dosing wrong. I'm doing 50mg x2, the recommended dosage from the bottle.

For those familiar with dermatrest, I've read alot of people use hand sanitizer to get it to absorb. The stuff absorbed almost immediately for me. Do I just have really dry skin compared to others?

Yep the OL transdermals dry pretty fast. Hand sanitizer helps get whatever dries on the surface of your skin to absorb... i use the hand sanitizer in the hopes that in doing so I'm lessening the risk of transferring the TD to my wife and kids

OK that makes sense. Thank you! I already told my wife not to touch/wash my undershirts. I doubt there would be enough exposure to really do anything, but not worth the risk.

I highly doubt anything will transfer just by throwing clothes in the wash...

Maybe if she does your laundry wth a bucket and a washboard? Idk man you look like your off the set of Alaskan Bush People so maybe you gotta worry about that

I sweat an insane amount during workouts. Like entire shirt, underwear and a good amount of a towel is soaked. So my concern is it'll come out with the sweat.

My strategy on transfer was to apply first thing am, then workout at noon and change clothes. Then apply again right before sleep. Thinking I'll always be clean for activities which might cause my body to touch my wife's. :)

I hear that with the sweat. One thing to think about is that sweating actually pulls more of the product into the dermis... apparently Patrick Arnold wrote some sh1t on this.. I've been told that whatever doesn't get through the 1st layer of skin within 15 mins isn't going to get through..

My plan is to dose 1 pump pwo, hit the gym, then shower. 2nd dose on my lunch break 6 hrs later, then shower after work... idk I'm hoping that will minimize exposure but to be honest I feel a little guilty using this sh1t with a newborn in the house.
