Good Luck to you both!!
Luckily, he stopped before any pain, it's only discomfort. Too much weight mixed with not optimal form, I guess.
For tendinitis I have the "remedy" on hand, called "Armaid". Hands down the best for it.
I bet everything I own on that machine, cured my golfers- and tennis elbows a year ago.

Wonder how I can use that when the wife wants to get freaky
Are Trenbologna sandwhiches still out of the question?
You mean I could bribe him with AAS-sandwiches? He looks like he had plenty of them in his youth, LOL.
I managed to strategically befriend the former "Mr.Universe-Paraguay-1996".
Saw him coaching some hard gainers (ALL are hard gainers, besides me...coughing, coughing) and ask him about his injuries, commenting about BPC and got his attention. Hehehehe! He knows all the participants and judges. He will figure out the competition my son faces and keep me informed in exchange for helping him with his injuries, he never heard of peptides.
Me toohe's looking pretty good for his age. I can see progress from the earlier photos.
I think the chest looks good. Maybe some more lower and upper pec work for size.
Calves are genetics. I have trained mine every way even thought of. And still not much growth.
I am starting to train them in a different fashion. I will let you know in 16 weeks if it works.
He looks to be gaining in good proportion. Tell he has a coach that knows what he is doing. Most young guys in the gym are lopsided.
Over all tell him good job and keep putting in the work and stay natty baby!
I don't think his chest is that bad. As far as creatine, I cycle it 16 on 4 off. Works best for me. My son is 25 started lifting at 15 and he still tells me he doesn't think creatine does anything for him.
He is still all natty and grows like a mofo. Nice to be young and His wife is a nutrition nut and cooks that way. He probably drinks 100g of protein shakes a day. She fixes low cal healthy crap. Some of it is pretty good some of it I won't put in my mouth. I have lived in the south since I was 12. I got to have my soul food sometimes.
Here another pic semi-relaxed to evaluate chest a bit more:

He started creatine only 2 month ago. He says he does not feel it strength wise -but I saw that it shows on the scale, weight got up by 2.5 lbs after the pre-load phase.
Low cal healthy crap, LOL! I know exactly what you are talking about!
Thanks for the pic. much better.
I think he is developing evenly. just keep doing what he is doing? what class is he training for Classic or Physique ?
Nice set of shoulders. those always seem to come in first. hows his arms look from the side? and his back? Calves from the rear?
