Mass gainer

Any good mass gainers without lots of filllers?

Your favorite Whey
Add your own milk, nut butters, fruit , yogurt , oils and make your own

Cheaper and less fillers, far less low grade carbs or fats

Worst comes to worst take a bagel and some dried fruit or trail mix / granola on the side of a Whey shake

IForce Mass Gainz is one of the better ones. Muscle Feast also has some good looking options..

What Solution said. Whey and coconut oil can rack up some calories pretty quickly

Ground up some steel cut oats in a coffee grinder and add to it too

Like stated make your own
Protein powder , oats, peanut butter , oil of choice
Blend up and drink
If you need something for covience then I force mass gains

Milk
1-2 scoops of your favorite protein powder
Natty pb
Banana
Oats
Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
Olive or coconut oil
Honey

Possibilities are endless really

I don't even drink protein shakes anymore.. maybe every now and again.

Wake up at a decent time and start pounding food.

Pb & honey sandwiches should be your best friend

i have always been super active and love making my own.
Whey (sprouts sells isolate powder in bulk, when I'm broke I'll get a bunch and say it's pancake mix)
Oats blended in coffee grinder
Flax/chia for some omegas
Spinach/kale for some greens
Milk
Peanut/almond butter
Berries (frozen or fresh)
Banana
Apple
Any other frozen fruit really. Only thing is it sucks to make it in the morning and save it throughout the day. So recently I've just been drinking that for "lunch" and working out on my lunch break (I work for a small solar company that lets me take 1.5-2hr lunches if I can plan around it).
I had a coupon for gnc and got their mass gainer complex a while back(chose it for the ~2:1 carbs:protein ratio). Wasn't bad, though it wasn't the best tasting. I'd mix half a serving with another serving of whey and save that for after my workout (since I'll bag the powders and have the other shake for lunch about 2 hours before my workout).

This has worked for me the past few months (went from making my own to gnc due to convenience and running out of oats) and I can't say I'm disappointed. But it's all on you, and what your body likes/responds well to. I'm a huge fan of throwing veggies in my shakes though, he'll of a lot easier to drink it than eating fat bowls of salad with minimal dressing.

This is my typical weight gainer

I scoop of whey
Ice cream, yogurt, 2 fruits of choice (I do banana and blueberry), raw oats, ice and whole milk.

Everyone pretty much has you covered. Make your own.

Add a variety of items to it, here are some of my favorites:

Carbs - oats, sweet potatoes, veggies, pumpkin, cereal, granola

Protein - protein powder, yogurt, milk

Fats - nuts/nut butters, olive oil, coconut oil, avocado oil, avocado

By making your own, you control the macros and how nutrient dense your shake is. It is cheaper to make your own as well.

Tried this for now
500ml Skim milk (180 calories)
1 cup oats (300 calories)
4 tablespoons peanut butter (400 calories)
1 banana (100-120 calories)

Every night I make the same shake no clue how many calories

1 cup of whole milk
2 scoop whey
2 insta oatmeal packets
2 scoops ice cream
Chocolate syrup

I basically do the same but I use more milk and I add fruit. I drink my shakes out of the blender and it's always filled to the top. Maybe 2 cups I'm guessing. Not sure exactly. More milk = more calories and protein.

OP, another ingredient to consider is EVOO (extra virgin olive oil). Many people use this in weight gainers. Sometimes I forget but I like to use it as well. It is one of the best fat sources you can get (mainly monosaturated fat). It is also high in antioxidants. Something to consider for weight gain purposes :)
