About the weight gain, it's always annoying to see the scale move up even though as fitness people we know better. Anytime bloat , water retention, scale increases (or plateaus) happen it can be a tad demoralizing but just push on and in the next few days you'll be back to being motivated. You just have to look at how far you have come. You are doing amazing

Ive dropped down to 214, then right back up to 221. Its just mentally plaguing!! I just have to find what's causing the fluctuations and nix it!!

I rebounded 2 lbs, then plateau 'd for 1-2 weeks . Add that to a **** work week = binge weekend. Great solution to my weight loss frustration

Hello my peeps!! So I took me a 4 day weekend with the family. It was my sons 16th birthday. But I did get a workout in yesterday...chest day(same as the last chest day) followed by a 2 mile hike through the woods up and down the powerline hills. Good times!!

He was doing all the good put on the mass compound lifts. My compound days were already over.No...because I he knows his life is still in my hands.
