Placing an order at Nutriverse right now. The site indicates that the original versions of these products are available to order. Not sure if this is truly valid. Live chat is down. Anyone happen to know?

They just got back to me. As I suspected, neither is still in stock..
 
RIP OG norcodrene, one of the few stim products i bought whenever i could. Went through so many bottles lol, loved it.

I know, same here. I was just confused that they still list both as being available to order. Then again, Nutriverse does that with many products that are actually not available.

I believe it's a way to still show up in search results to drive business to the site. You're already there, product OOS/disco but fuk it you'll stay there and look around.

Very well could be. What actually ends up happening is the order will go through. Then the next day, you get an e-mail saying we do not carry it anymore...but we do have the new version you can try. Most people would then say yes. Win for them!

Or some places will simply shift the new formula and that's it...

Haha....had that happen way too many times. Not with either of these products. I hate when websites (not Nutriverse per say) don't update the image or ingredient list to reflect the product they are actually selling. Or, they sell you a product that is expiring within 2 months!
 
I bought 2 bottles of Anabeta Elite from a website this past Fall and they both expired the next month. I was furious! Who wants to take the time to send product back for something that is so obviously their mistake. I just ended up getting 30% off my next order but that still means spending more money..

This kind of chit drives me nuts. Then tell them about it and they do not want to take them back, or they make you pay shipping back, or just give you a general hard time. Its not my fault you sent me a product that is going to expire, or a newer version where the label does not match the one on the website. I am at the point where you screw me over once and I am never coming back, just too many option at this point.

Exactly. I don't think they should have requested me to send them back for a refund. You don't put the customer out of their own way for a mistake they made. I requested that they simply send me 1 more bottle that would at least still be in code for my 2 month cycle. They refused and said the best they could do was 30% off my next order. Needless to say, I still have 1 bottle of expired ABE sitting in my cabinet.

Yeah thanks for nothing lol. Just got done fighting with a supplement website and the supplement company itself. Order a product, receive it, use it, notice something is off. Compare labels and noticed they have reformulated and pulled some stuff out (name and label did not change between products either which always bugs me). Contacted the place I ordered from and explained all this (mind you the label on their website did not match the label I got) and they tell me since it is open there is nothing they can do and to contact the company directly.
Contact the company, explain everything and they basically said since I did not order directly through them there is nothing they can do ( I offered multiple solutions to remedy this and they would not budge at all). Went back and forth and was offered a promo code to use on their website. Haha you think I am supporting you after all this, never will see another dime of my money.

Ok enough off topic and end of rant :)

The best companies with great service just go "keep that and we're sending out the so and so today to you priority mail". And in turn, they get your business EVERY TIME due to that. I've had this happen in the past to me both ways, one did the whole send it back to us thing and I was like lol wat? and the other was like don't worry about it, sending the new one...guess who still has my business.

Exactly...customer service/satisfaction obviously means more to some then others. I have also had the scenerio where they said; we will send you a replacement and a prepaid shipping label. When the new product comes use the packaging and shipping label to send the old one back. Which I was fine with also.
Straight up told the Supplement company that they were being shady and if they did not offer me any type of compensation in this matter that I was done with them. Didnt even phase them in the least, just contuined to push a 30% off promo code. And we are done here lol
 
By any chance would any lof the international shipping stores out there in the forum have a bottle of the old Norcodrene? I founf one thanks to someone in this forum but bloody store would not ship internationally ;-(
