That said, truthfully, it was for work. The top 2.1% of LuLaRoe retailers went on a cruise. We had training and networking along with quite a bit of fun. Exhausted after a solid week of long days constantly being "on" though!

Ready to get back to clean eating, good sleep, and working out.

Last nights supper was a 10oz hamburger steak and 2 house salads with a shake. Had a short lift this morning so I went in focused and ready to work with my "keep the farc away from me" face. And they did. 35 minute bicep blowup and I was done. Didnt log everything because it would take too much time. Came back and dropped my BPS creatine in my coffee and drank a shake. I would call that the gun show! don't see no little brother! keep killing it. Got my last week of all drop-set this week. I usually dred it but you Nood has me stoked! (no not stroked guys) lol

Well I wish you success...just be smart enough to tell yourself NOW that its a slow process. That way it leads to less disappointment!! Trust me!!

I know, thanks man, I have been leaning for awhile and now I'm on a serious cut, I got Radiate, Tr1umph, Endure+, Forslean, and Assass1nate, I was going to get Sup3r Shr3d,but Does mean seemed better.

You Im CERTAIN the results would be phenomenal if ran for an entire month. Funds are low though. I cant say whether the SuperNova is working just yet, but I have noticed I sweat more, and love the feeling of ice on my midsection after application.

does the radiate mess with your blood pressure? I drink so much coffee most fat burners I have tried in the past wig me out too much.

Ok gents!! Back day. Unfortunately my samples of Radiate are done, but I went ahead and got me a tub ordered and awaiting its grand arrival! So I applied my SuperNova and drank 1.5 scoops of BPS Stimrush. BACK DAY!!! Let me go ahead and clarify before Im too harshly judged, I attempted deadlifts but just couldn't handle it today. My foot came out from under me the other day jumping into the back of an ambulance and apparently I hit something pretty hard on the way down even though I landed on my feet. Attached is a picture of my knee. Heavy bruise there, under my knee, my left leg, all the way across my abdomen and my hip. The knee and the hip have a huge knot on them. Oh well, the knee just started hurting so I let it go. Heres the lift

Over hand with straps, so I can load the bar heavy and concentrate on the pinch in the back and not the bar. Same for shrugs.

My shrugs I do overhand, and have always done my rows the same. Just decided to do underhanded today. Definitely felt as if I could pull more weight, and could feel the bicep being much more activated. I may start splitting it, do half my sets each way

Yep and you'll get better lower lat action with the underhand grip.

When I'm doing HST:
I will go underhand on all pulls and not do bicepts at all. If I go overhand I will do 2 bicept exercises. If I hit 3 back exercises I get good growth out of my bis.
When I go overhand on back I drop the rear delt isolation.

Sweet, Im thinking thats what I will do. Always been a bit skeptical about underhanded, worried about pulling a bicep with that much weight, but after today I can feel a huge difference in the back pumps

Use straps underhand too takes a lot of pressure off of the bi's
 
Question for you guys...when you do bent over rows, which grip do you prefer?

I actually do 3 different grips. Underhand. Overhand standard. Overhand close(ish) grip. By the time you're done, you feel like you've worked every inch of muscle

Oh and every few workouts I throw in some super wide "snatch grip" just for giggles
