She probably won't get the Triumph and may or May not get the Origin either.

She isn't really into lifting, she'd much rather run lol but she always says she wants to get in better shape and I think that having some supplements to "help" her will motivate her more.

I used to do the running thing too (40lbs ago...I legit weighed less than 100lbs as an adult at one point lol. I was fast, but scrawny as hell) so I get where she's coming from. I can see her hesitance to use Or1gin because, as a runner, the last thing I would have wanted was anything that spiked my appetite even more. But since Tr1umph has compounds like LCLT for recovery, rhodiola for endurance, soy lecithin for its effects on cortisol, etc, Tr1umph would still be of benefit.

This brings up the question, can someone say how much Sup3r shred increases hunger compared to Orig1n?

Gotcha. I've been using Orig1n since released and will add Sup3r shred around arrival. I didn't experience uncontrollable hunger from Orig1n so it should be good, especially with appetite suppression from Bloodshr3d
 
Obviously slow cutting is best, and 1 lb per week is touted for muscle retention. Would Sup3r shred be an exception for this, allowing muscle retention at a fast rate of weight loss?
 
I have been using this product for the past 5 days pre-cardio and here's what i noticed so far:

-Endurance is great, and I start sweating faster with my usual cardio split
-Body temperature stays relatively high to the point where I don't feel the need to pop the heat on as the wife and I usually wage war on that end

Excited to hear everyone's initial feedback

I'm also interested in the dosage - how come there's "only" 300mg of the active ingredient per daily dose, yet on examine I see numbers in the range of 2000-3000mg? I know it's loosely based on some rat studies, but it just makes you wonder.

That figure refers to an ethanolic whole herb extract, not an isolated compound ;)
 
well, on the sup3r-shred label it also only says "extract" (not even the % of standardization), so you can understand my confusion.
 
Highlights from internal alpha testing of Sup3r-Shred:- Supplemented at label dosing & at maintenance caloric intake
- Increased hunger
- Slight BP reduction (-5/-4 average compared to baseline)
- Increased endurance (cardio feels easier); effect became pronounced over time
- Fat loss (2lbs lost after 7 days on avg after accounting for fluctuations); effect continues over time (~1-2llbs per week)


Takeaway: This compound feels comparable to a former OL product that was a powerful PPAR-delta agonist & AMPk activator (no longer sold). Recommendation is to bring this to market as a natural alternative to the aforementioned discontinued product.

Kidding, I'll be in about a 500 Cal deficit.

Sure you can have those things, just not everyday
 
You can run it up to 12 weeks in a row if you wish. I was answering the post about "How much and in how long" for me to experience the desired effects

Are you able to share how much weight/fat did you lose in that period? I am really interested.

So, how does assas1nate, supersh3d, testify sound? Fat loss goal w/retaining strength is goal. At about 800cal deficit, keto diet.

800kcal deficit sounds steep though, especially with strength maintenance as a goal. See how it goes and if you start to lose strength (that is not restored by a carb refeed day), try a smaller deficit.

The only other thing I'll note is that anacyclus makes me hungry. If your hunger gets out of control, consider swapping K1ngs Blood for Test1fy.

^^^Good call. I missed the kcal deficit. That is a lot when wanting to keep up strength.
 
This might have been addressed already but have we reached a general consensus on dosing super shred? With or without meals? I've seen the 15mins prior which I've been doing but I'm also interested if I could take it fasted preworkout and then eating an hr or so later?

Iirc, olympus mentioned taking both caps pwo as another option.

I begin running Sup3r Shred stacked with Assass1nate and Sup3r 7 for two months (as a stim break during my cut) in about 6 days (just finishing up my Bloodshr3d based stack). I look forward to it as I have heard the prelim testing/analyses resulted in great results (May even log the stack if there's enough need/want for me to!)
 
Now that you mention it, I may be interested in doing the same. In a couple of weeks I will be ending my Ignit3 period of cut, so I may switch to something non stim also.

Would it really count as a stim free though?

Sounds like an awesome plan, i'm saving my two bottles of ignit3 for the end of my cut and stacking it with some forslean, should be good. And I'm considering it non stim in regards to not taking a caffeine centered fat burner, probably will switch back to a caffeine oriented pre workout to keep my workouts on par
