Day 16
Start of 5x5 weeks
So I figure that if I only have to do 5 reps, I can put more all out effort into each one so I can lift heavier.....and it works.
What's surprising is that I've gotten stronger on a cut. Also, I've been off stimmed pwo since starting this Thermo log and I didn't know if the Thermo feeling would be enough to get me through my heavy lifts...it was!

Just delts and tris today

Hammer front seated presses - 5x5
Went up to 3pps

Seated bb behind neck presses - 5x5
Hit 225x5....hadn't done that in a long time.... Could've even gotten more reps

Standing bb oh tri ext - 5x5
Seated cable oh tri ext - 5x5
V bar press downs - 5x5

And that was it. Tomorrow is back and traps.

Solid workout. Everything 5x5
Hammer rows
Hammer shrugs
Bent rows
Straight leg dedz
Regular dedz

And thats it. Gonna do pull ups and pull downs on a seperate day with bis.

I'm really loving these 5 rep sets. Today I did chesticles with all exercises for 6x5.
Only 4 movements so I was out in 35 minutes. Pushed heavier weights than I've lifted in 25 years at least. I just felt strong so I went for it

Hammer incline, flat, decline, and
PecDec for HEAVY sets

Got that gooood sore feeling going

Day 19
It's uncanny how I've still got energy for hours and a general great feeling. No jitters or other wierdness. Usually by this time the thrill is gone. Habajaberwocki is trying 3, but i really find no need to change it if it ain't broke!

Did 5x5 fatty pull ups
Did 5x5 pull downs. Then repped out on 180. Then on 260. Hadn't done that in a while. As I told you SFreed, the cycle strength gainz seem to be sticking around.

Sorry bro. Thermogenesis was discontinued due to Noopept being banned in supplements. They're working the the v2 version which will be out soon.

Day 20 - weighed in at only a couple tenths lower than last week. No worries - this is a marathon not a sprint blah blah blah

Truth is I'm loving this stuff for the good stable energy it provides. The weight loss is just a bonus. I've been hitting heavier weights this week with no energy issues and I haven't been using any other stims pre or intra.

No gym today - just cardio and some push ups.

Sadly Brandinooooo says this item has been discontinued. Fortunately I have 2 more stashed now. I would just like to thank the company and reps for hooking me up with this quality product - and when the next version comes out I'm there!

I'm thinking of dailing in the cals just a tad tighter next week for the last week of this log, just to finish it off with a drop in weight. We shall see.

Swmbo snagged 1 of my bottles so I still got 2 for myself. Should hold me till v2 comes out.....
 
Day 22 - 1 more week to. Gonna try to make this a solid and dialed in week, but who knows:/
Not gonna go crazy on cutting out food as I'm really on point with my beef and eggs - I'll just watch the protein shakes......

Working 2 jobs today but managed to get a quick leg workout in. Still basically rehab, but I did work up a sweat.
Skwartz - 5x10
Leg extensions - 10x10
Leg curls - 10x10
Leg press machine - 5x10

And that was it.

No gym. Work all day. Still got in my cardio and about 150 pushups. Diet is on track and tight.

Did my cardio. Diet is good. Actually did about 20 minutes of kettlebell complexes. Im still not sure if they're good for anything other than cardio and making me sore AND I get to feel like a cross shizzer! Lol
