Cycle with only bodyweight workouts?

I was wondering about all y'all's opinions on running a cycle only using bodyweight workouts, obviously focusing on only growing quick twitch, functional muscle with agility rather than packing on "bodybuilder mass".

Being an athlete, functionality and agility are my primary focus rather than just getting huge. One thing you learn after years of sports, is that bodyweight workouts are king for this. The only athletes that really focus on weights are heavy build sports (football and the like).

Would the results on a per ratio basis (working out natty weights compared to on cycle; working out natty body weight vs on cycle) be the same?

It's not something I can find much info on.

Let me clarify, I'm not just talking about push-ups and pullups (though they would be involved) and certain resistance gear used, but no cables, dumbbells, bars, kettles, etc... I'm talking HIIT, but utilizing routine segments involving things such as; speed boxing with weighted gloves, rock climbing, salmon ladders, mud running, chopping wood, batting drills with a donut on the bat, using a lead core baseball to pitch with, things of this nature.

Would do my splits something like
Monday: Push and throwing (distance and pitching)

Tuesday: Cardio(mud running w/ weighted ankle straps) and abs

Wednesday: Pull and batting (w/donut, hitting off softball pitching machine [heavier ball])

Thursday: Cardio (speed boxing w/ 8 pound gloves) and abs

Friday: Legs and Lower back

Saturday: This is my day for chores for the wife anyways, I'm usually splitting wood for myself, and both of our parents anyways (we all life in homes with wood burning furnaces, which are super effective and cheap, but can be a pain in the ass [or delts and lats rather, haha]) and finish with a full body routine til exhaustion.

Sunday: Rock Climbing!! (Do my usual 3-4 hours at normal pace, finish with an hour of speed climbing, finish the last 10 minutes with ceiling climb (think monkey bars but with rocks).

The first couple of Sundays might be snowboarding instead, but the season getting close to over :'(

Any input is appreciated guys. Thank you!

EQ comes to mind for endurance purposes. i think anything else will just add unwated size and unwanted/hindering pumps

I was going to run an Andro cycle (week1-6 330 of 1-andro, 4-8 500 of epiandro), I'm also on TRT (200 cyp/wk, 500iu HCG 2x/wk, arimidex .5mg 2x/wk)

I would be eating just shy of 3000 Cal's a day, more to recomp. Put on maybe ~8 pounds lean and drop maybe 5 in body fat.

Just run the 1-andro and epi-andro concurrently. There is no reason to stagger it like that. And run both for 8 weeks if you can.

I'm trying to drag the cycle out 8 weeks all together. It's what I have on hand right now without spending any money.

Run a 6 week cycle then
Or start with the epi andro then add in the 1
My thoughts on it were to add the mass first with the 1, the run the epi at the end to dry it up. Would it work that way or would it just be best to run them together and produce the same result? I only have enough epi for 30 days at 500 mg a day.

You can't bulk and cut in the same cycle that's only 6 weeks long, that's just dumb.

Sorry to be blunt but I'm being honest

Lower the epi till you can run them both for 6 weeks then run a full pct
Pick a goal and stick with it - bulk or cut

What sport(s) do you play? It's one thing to not place all your focus, or even your primary focus, on lifting, but I don't see a reason to avoid weights like the plague, even if your goal isn't getting huge. Even Bruce Lee lifted weights. He didn't do too much, as he didn't want to get too slow or restrict his movement, but he did lift regularly.

You can definitely cycle to recomp, I've done it once before, and my dad (who's been doing this stuff since the 70's) has done it plenty.

PCT I thought wasn't necessary since I'm on TRT.

I play baseball , but I also hobby other sports (snowboarding and rock climbing specifically) I do lift, religiously at that. 5 days a week for the past 9 years of my life. I was just thinking about giving something different a try to see if it works.

Being real here, it was a "I've been dead sick for 4 days and delerious 2 am idea", haha.

Haha. I'm sure you know that baseball players lift. If you want to try something new, that's cool, but I wouldn't recommend eliminating lifting completely, especially if you're going to go on a cycle.

Like I said, total delerious 2 am though, I probably am (definitely am) going to just continue my lifting routine. Maybe throw in some extra agility training though.

I appreciate the feedback though guys! Super glad I finally joined up here.
