I'm using it for my warmup tomorrow one giant set 10 reps for time

Push-ups
Body weight row
25 lb plate raise
20lb db curls
Bench dips

I will be but fighting some nasty crud my daughter gave me. She's on day 4 and I'm on day 3. At least my fever has come down. You put it up and I'll see what I can do next week.

Hey bro.. going to have hold off on our other challange I pulled something or pinched a nerve or something in my neck last night only got one set of shoulders done.. then I had to only do cardio the rest of the time... sorry homie...

You having trouble uploading videos homie ? Mine won't upload for some reason .. I got the 225 shrug challenge for you this morning .. had to pass on the overhead press didn't want to push it that's what tweaked my neck the other day
