First Test e cycle....

Starting my first test e cycle at the end of the month; really just looking for standard advice as I've done so much research I feel like I should already be f-ing super man.
Anyways my plan is 500mg of test e EW for 12 weeks with adex on hand, really looking for advise whether I should wait for symptoms to take adex. nolva and clomid for pct do I really need both can I get away with one or the other? I'm 6'1 195 and maybe 9% body fat been training my whole life, played college baseball, I keep hearing I may not have to take adex at all giving my genetic makeup, but this is my first cycle so vets and experts letterip with advice...please
 
Only advise on this: Pin twice weekly, 2x 250mg.
Either clomid -or nolva will do. I prefer clomid, it's up to you.
 
Do not wait until full blown gyno, but I would wait for just some general nipple sensitivity and don't psyche yourself out. If youre super nervous about it start with .25mg EOD and adjust from there. Some say just one or the other, but if I am running real test my PCT will look as follows.

HCG: Week 4-12 500iu per week
Nolva: 20/20/10/10/10/10
Clomid: 50/50/25/25/25/25
Reduce XT: Week 12-16
M Test/Alphamax XT: Week 12-20
Growth Factor XT: Week 18-22
Rebirth & Follidrone 2.0: 20-24
Fearn Soy Lecithin Granules: 1500mg through all of PCT

Super extensive, but when I run my first test cycle this is how I will run my PCT, I want my balls & libido back asap.
 
Super appreciative of the help guys f-nig love this site. That's the first I've heard of such an extensive PCT for just test for 12 weeks? Well thought out response tho no doubt, Im with ya on preforming in the sack ha I guess I'll have to look into all that

You are welcome.
Nothing wrong with "over doing" PCT. HCG would be a very good addition too.
Another thought: I would use adex only if e sides come up. My understanding is, the higher the BF percentage when on test, higher aromatization is to expect. You are really lean. Lots of people I know, who are lean, don't use AI when on conservative test dosages -or very sparingly.
Estrogen is your friend when not too high.
 
I agree with the others saying dont go anti estro crazy too fast. Estro is going to be what makes you stronger, but only in the right amount. Like also mentioned, keep Test levels balanced by pinning twice per week. Make sure you are taking a multivitamin/mineral, fish oil, Vit D, and fiber or your health will interfere with the body's growth response. Add protein increase slowely every week and not all at once. Finally, dont go crazy in the gym. Seen too many guys get hurt in first 21 days because they thought Test would bullet proof them from injury before hormonally Test really takes shape. Coming on AnabolicMinds feels like Groundhog Day sometimes. Youre in my prayers for them gainz!!!
 
Thanks brother, fortunately for me I've had my diet on lockdown for 2-3 years now don't even crave ****ty food anymore. I definitely plan on multi (is orange triad really the best?) vit d,c, fish oil(can I use flax seed oil instead? Used it the past year or so just curious on that?) I could probably use a few more veggies in my diet but I'll get fiber to be safe. Thanks again!
As far as the working out goes I actually have a degree in exercise physiology, hence my lean-ness lol, one thing I teach on a daily basis is injury prevention so glad to hear it from someone else. Thanks for the good wishes.....should I post updates on here...? Won't start pinning for 2-3 weeks.

Personally I don't spend too much on expensive vitamins and stuff. I eat lots of eggs, oats, meat, some veggies and fruit and have a spoon of coconut oil eod. Omega 3 I get from fish once per week. Supplementing with BCAA's, Whey and a pre workout stim is all I need.
All my extra money goes into gear, LOL!
 
Ah, talking about eating on cycle...
Digestion plays a major role here.
I indeed take a supplement regularly :
Betaine-HCL
This stuff ups the stomach acid and you digest your meals way better, highly recommended! 1 cap with every meal, I noticed accelerated gainz, no joke.
