How's the shoulder habajaba? Try doing external and internal rotator exercises with a band; ice; ibuprofen
Thanks for asking! It's getting worse. Once warmed up it doesn't complain much in workouts, but annoying burn and ache all day more or less. Tough to sleep on past couple of days. Monday I added external rotations, shoulder flys, and something else to the end of my lift. Did them with I think 15 or 20#. Today I forgot. Been icing at night and letting the hot tub jet hit it mid day, post workout. Also hitting it with injure-eeze and biofreeze as needed. Already on prescription NSAID for back, so I can't double up there.

Sucks. Back is finally feeling great, now this. At least my off week couldn't come at a better time. One more lift in cycle, then it's rest time. Will probably do light stretching on it next week but try and leave it alone.

This has worked the best for me. I do them at the end of my workout when I'm nice and warmed up. If I did them pre-workout my shoulder hurt too much.
I hear that. My warm ups include jumping jacks, overhead reach squats, and arm circles. I am only lifting arms to head height on first 2. But man. Those arm circles suck when it's all still cold. Burning and popping. No good!

mmorso is correct, I have been using kratom for pain in my right knee which is going to be replaced[soon I hope]...I only use kratom on pt days which aggravates my knee, the rest of the time voltaren gel has it covered....the kratom works really well, not only helps with actual pain also relaxes me so much I don't notice it, lol....
 
So clearly you now know how my shoulder is. It's like swiping and then noticing the junk hanging out from under the skirt.

I'm totally confused now. So your shoulder has a penis??

Up from 212.8 to 221.2. Had bumped as high as 224.

From what I can tell, my pics look about the same and my pants fit the same. Shirts seem a bit tighter in the chest and arms. So I think a good bit of the weight is going to turn out to be muscle.

Thank you, sir! I agree. The pics don't really look much bigger, but my shirts and my wife say otherwise :).

I wish I could shed the tire. But I think it has to do with my prior abdominoplasty. When they took all my excess skin from the weight loss, my belly button moved down. I think that tire is due to moving things around and may be even harder to lose than normal. Still getting definition in the top abs, but that thing covering the lower isn't budging.

And nice. That's my back yard/lanai. It's Florida, so it's tiny. We may not all fit. :)

When I thought my surgery left me a little misshapen with a "tire" the doc wouldn't talk to me until I got down to 200. So I think that is why that number sticks to me. But I appreciate the thoughts. Clearly there's still some to lose, but I'd rather keep the gainz!

I think you should go back to your Dr and kick him right in his vagina. Unless you're doing an amazing job of hiding it, I don't even see that you have that much to lose

Lookin good brother! Chest is lookin pretty massive. and the rug looks pretty good aswell.
 
Thanks for all the kind words of support, guys! You all are a huge motivator for me on this journey. Anytime I feel like slacking off, I stop myself because I'm afraid of the ridicule and don't want to let you all down!

Thermogenesis log is going up shortly. Should be a fun ride. Up 6.4 lb this week after the cruise. So the timing couldn't be better.

Today was an easy lift day. I kept my weights the same but took extra time. Didn't want to aggravate my shoulder right out of the gate. Plus I could feel all the fat and alcohol attempting to escape my body. What's funny is the locals I met in Belize swore their local beer cleanses the blood. So I had 3 with lunch that day. But my blood still felt pretty dirty. :)

All in all, a good lift day. Got my weights and reps and finished in 58 flat.
